Great place for pet food but the Discrimination Its horrible!Acting as if Im About to steal Every time I come in there There an associate floating around me pretending to fix things on the shelf while Watching me at the same time Theres no one else in the store being followed around Every time I come in there its the same thing Buy my things 🙃 every time I am not a thief and would like to not be treated as one.

Cant say enough good things about the grooming department. They had a scheduling issue and had to cancel my appointment, but Danielle came to the rescue and fit my pup in- on Mothers Day no less! She made my pup look fantastic, and even took a pic for me to keep. I would recommend thier services any day👍

No public restroom. Kids are there often. Reminds of Michigan

After trying other stores Pet Smart always has full shelves! Not half empty shelves.

The store didnt have any pets to view (except fish). Family and I stopped in randomly thinking that thered be some pets to check out. Customer service was good though!

The employees were very friendly and helpful while we were there. The store was clean even with the amount of customers that were coming in. They had a very good selection of everything for cats and dog, which is what we were looking for.

The people skills are exceptional and hold on to your hats for all of your pet questions to be answered.

Every PetSmart store Ive been to the people that work there have always been polite even when I walked in the store (after dropping off pet at the vet) not knowing the store part wasnt open yet. They were very nice about it ☺️ oops lol!!

Kudos to a store where the clerk at the front register hollers out a Hey, Welcome when you pass through the doors. They have such a huge selection of stuff for dogs that I usually end up leaving with more than I came in to buy. Very fun place to visit and shop.

If you love your animal and have their best interest in mind, please don’t get them groomed here. They took a buzzer to my Pomeranians fur and cut out his under coat. Now his hair won’t grow back the way it used to. Who doesn’t know that this is not acceptable? I guess petsmart.

Wonderful knowledgeable friendly and did not make you feel uncomfortable at all. Brought me to a quiet area to fit my golden retriever with a gentle leader and Fence stayed completely calm. Great service and great dog trainers there in the quarry if you ever need one. I recommend Amanda

Great customer service here, I asked an associate a question about my gecko, and she was well informed with her answer. And about geckos in general, and also gave me advice for care check out cashier was amazing nice also!

They had a very hard to find pet food. I was able to order it in a curbside pickup basis and now my dog has food for another month!

Amanda is an amazing trainer. We took our big rescue pup to individual and group classes. He enjoyed both and I no longer have to wear a brace on my knee from walking him😃

Friendly staff! They greeted me right away and even offered to bring the products to the cashier but I wasn’t sure what I wanted so they walked me to the area.

The people are kind, the prices are reasonable. Several times they have price matched expired coupons or the price of the larger sized quantity if it is sold out. That is the kind of customer service Im surprised to get at a big box store, but I thankful that PetSmart offers it!

If I could give zero Stars I would number one I told the lady I cant wear masks because I break out in rashes and Ive been vaccinated and she continued to tell me to put on a mask in a very rude way and after I said I told her I break out and hives from these masks she said oh yeah so do I in a sarcastic way so number one quipping rude to customers number two how are you supposed to adopt a cat if you cant even interact with it you guys are very disrespectful and I hope you can find a way to interact with customers in a nicer way no need to be rude Im a human being too have a good day and Ill be sure to let everybody know about this store oh yeah and go f*** yourself

Appointment was made week prior. Online check-in was completed. I dropped my dog off at the groomer for appt @ 1pm. Received call at 5pm stating they only got his bath/brushing done but not haircut because a groomer called in and my appt should have been canceled. The groomer I had appt with was who I dropped my dog off with. They said after I stated the inconvenience for their lack of scheduling/organization, they would stay and finish the haircut. I then go to pick up my dog and they said he was too anxious to finish the cut (after 5 hours without getting groomed). I was told that they would fit me in the following morning to finish after the salon manager could contact me. I set up alternate transportation for my pet the following morning and never received a call. In the afternoon received a call stating that I would have to bring him nearly a week after the original appt on Sunday at 4pm or I am welcome to check elsewhere. My dog has been half bathed/half brushed/ half cut. I will never return to this grooming salon. Ive never had my dog get anxious when I bathe him nor when Ive taken him to a groomer since hes been a puppy (now 5 yrs old). Ive been lied to by multiple people about my groomer calling in when thats who I dropped my pet off to. That they were overbooked was my fault/problem/inconvenience. I was mislead to when they could fix the cut. Now my dog looks hideous and will for a week until I get him into another groomer. Absolutely ridiculous service and respect from this grooming salon. DONT GO HERE!!

If youre getting grooming services, be sure to check their listed prices. If you ask staff they will avoid telling you about better prices they offer. Staff is unhelpful and even when its the same person I spoke with before, they pretend like someone else gave me the bad info. I ended up paying $20 for 2 services, but it would have only been $28 for 7 more services. Even after I pointed this out, staff said they would charge me $40 for what their website lists as $28. They told me it would be a 3 hour appointment for a bath. Staff does not communicate with you or your dog. Throwing a choke leash on your dog without warning. Services performed are adequate. I wont be back.

My new favorite petsmart! I needed help with leopard gecko issues and one of the staff members I believe her name is Anne? Awesome gal she went above and beyond to help me and put me on the right path with my concerns. Im sure I took up alot of her time but she didnt rush or anything she even wrote down tons of stuff for me and some tips and tricks as well. I had to go back and tell her thank you what she recommended worked. So grateful for her. The rest of the staff there are great as well Ive never seen any grumpy butts there so thats great:) Not a fan of the location lots of people because of the target and the other stores but so worth it!

The staff always greets us with smiles and no matter how excited our dog is, they welcome us in. Very knowledgeable folks with great advice.

First off the training lady never called us to tell us pay before we come, online it says pay when you get there she tried to lie and say she left a message but neither me nor my mom got a call for VM. She then walked off while I was trying to talk to her and figure out what went wrong because my dog is a service dog in training that’s why we were bringing her. Then after speaking to someone else we got another day I just called to see when it is and the lady hung up in my face. I don’t have time for games I have a baby to care for and currently 7 and a half months high risk pregnant sand catch the bus.

Its my closest pet store, so I do frequent it. The staff is friendly and does a great job at keeping a distance. The only thing that I find a little frustrating is that they lock the frozen mice up and you need to hunt someone down to unlock it.

They did everything they said they would. My dog seemed really happy afterwards too.

Friendly but sometimes slow. Glad they added a call button to the fish area bc they needed it. I have gotten the roses red minnows a few times and they seem healthy. Not sure why my turtle hasnt eaten then yet, but they are still alive and well after like 8 months.

I gave the 5 stars for the animals lol

I stopped in for pill pockets on behalf of a client. They were relatively easy to find. I found that an employee talking to customers near the checkout could have social distanced from me a little more. I once had a negative experience at PetSmart so I generally do not shop here. Overall, it was fine.

Toilet was stopped up they didnt come fix it until an hour before my check out so I wasnt able to use the bathroom in my room

Dr. Langston was very thorough in examining my pup and explaining to me what was going on. He delivered some difficult news but he provided me with several options and gave a clear recommendation. The vet tech was also very caring and helpful as well. I appreciate everything theyve done for my pups and me. Thanks!

I love the grooming salon at the Quarry location. I bring my dog in probably every two months for a bath and trim, and they always do an excellent job on my pup. He’s always very happy to get his bath and gets very excited when they take him back. He always looks and smells really good and they do such an excellent job with him, I can’t say enough good things about the staff in the grooming salon they’re so friendly and so good to my dog

The hidey-holes are so expensive!

It is a pet store. The groomers are very nice, though being a regular they can tend to be somewhat inconsistent. We will continue to go there for the great service regardless.

We only went in for some fish and an aquarium heater, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and they told us about their price match policy where they match online sale prices, which saved us $5.

Ive been going to petsmart im the quarry for years and they do really good hair cuts ✂️ all the hair groomers are caring, loving and friendly, I recommend this petsmart to anyone with a dog 🐕 or cat 🐈 because they also do cats wash and hair cuts ✂️

Seems to be very under staff and customers may have to wait awhile for service if there are multiple customers. My interest is the aquarium department and the offering seems to have shrink lately. Especially with the fishes, Im to assume that its not a big seller and not a priority. The store is clean and spacious and the available staff are helpful.

Employees showed little to no enthusiasm and were not helpful. Went to go adopt a cat and was given different information regarding adoption by two different employees.

The employees were super helpful when we were shopping for a new puppy. They gave us a checklist & even advice on what not to buy for a new pup. Love the “new puppy” coupon book - it was definitely worth the purchase.

The quarry store is a beautiful experience for those who love there pets and only want the best for them. my dog Mr Bologna loves it almost as much as his dairy queen ice cream.

It was difficult for me to find the restrooms were nit available. That meant I couldnt linger and look over the aquarium critters. Instead, I needed to spend time figuring out what kind of wet catfood my senior indoor cat could eat, and not turn his insides out. It was a stressful visit. Must be better prepared next time- if I have that luxury.

I took my puppy Bianca to get Groomed I guess the guy that was grooming her must didnt have patience for her coz she was knotted in the back so she was crying in I guess he said that she was trying to nip at him so they cancel her appointment call me and told me to come get my puppy they sent her out wet she look like she been in a fight with another dog They refuse to cut her to make her look decent so I took her to Royal pets that same day and they had no problem they had the patience for her coz shes only 4 months and she left out nails cut she looked fabulous I will never ever take my puppy back to petsmart grooming in northeast Minneapolis they get an F

This review is specific to the grooming services, posted hours for that are until 7pm. I prefer to get my dog’s nails trimmed by a groomer. Last time I came here, I was told you need an appointment for any services after 6pm. There is no option to schedule an appointment for a nail trim online. I called today before visiting to ask if I could schedule a nail trim that way and was told they DO take walk in services after 6, so I do not need an appointment. I get there today at 6, and I’m immediately told they do not do walk in services after 6 because there’s only one employee. Extremely frustrating.To clarify I do not put this on the employees and do not think disciplining them would help anything as they seem like well trained friendly people. This is 100% management’s fault for not setting a consistent policy. Either put another person on for walk in services past 6pm, or post a policy on the website saying you don’t take walk ins after 6. News flash, people who work 9-5 would like to patronize your business and you’re making it unnecessarily difficult!

Everyone here is so friendly every time me and my dog go in to pick up food or treats. They politely ask you to wear a mask or face covering during covid19. This is our local PetSmart and I enjoy coming here everytime.
