I was extremely disappointed with my experience with West Coast Hair. The extensions fall out extremely easily (even when following the long list of care instructions). Within less than 2 weeks of my install I had 5+ fall out and a total of 20 in the following weeks. I ended up having to get completely new extensions installed at a different salon due to the poor quality. Additionally, the staff is unresponsive and I haven’t heard back in nearly 3 weeks to help rectify this after investing over $1,000. Very disappointing and would not recommend West Coast hair if you are looking for quality extensions.

Tiffany did a fantastic job customizing the extensions to blend with my hair. What I love about this hair is the extensions that she uses are of the best quality, that with the combined proprietary method she uses to adhere to the extensions makes it impossible to see where the extensions are in my hair. As for Tiffany, she was terrific and very professional. She is truly an expert in her field. I would highly recommend checking West Coast Hair out if you are looking for extensions.

I HIGHLY recommend these extensions! I just got mine removed today, I wore my hair for 11 months, I scheduled 2 maintenance appointments, just to be sure I was caring for my hair properly, and to have a few strands adjusted, other than that, if you take good care of the extensions you will get great results. I used the shampoo and conditioner that Tiffany created and it helped maintain the bond strength and I only had 4 strands fall out over the 11 month course! The extensions didnt damage my real hair at all. I am so happy with the money I invested in myself to have this BEAUTIFUL hair and I look forward to my re-install! You will not regret choosing West Coast Hair for your extensions, they are worth every penny! These people are passionate about the product they created and the quality and care show in the results! :) I could rave all day!!

I would never go anywhere else for my hair extensions. I’ve been using WCH hair extensions on and off for 6 years. Stephanie and Tiffany are true artists. They custom blend your color strand by strand to perfectly match your natural hair. The bonds last for months and months, and if you stick to the maintenance schedule you can get a year of wear out of your strands. The BEST part of these extensions is that there is zero damage to your natural hair. The bonds are very secure but when you’re ready to take them out, they come out without damaging your hair. WOW! These hair extensions are awesome! Before I went to West Coast Hair I had extreme hair breakage from bleach, now I have 22 inch hair and it looks amazing. The hair quality is great and Stephanie did an incredible job blending them with my natural hair. The bonds are very comfortable and not noticeable at all. I have had these hair extensions for a little more than a month and I have not had any of them fall out. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get hair extensions!!

Excellent experience and product! I obsessively researched for months before I decided on this product. I cant say enough great things about Tiffany and Stephanie. Before my first install, I had about 800 questions and Tiffany was super friendly and patient with me. We met up and she was really honest about the product and what I should expect. Ive had a couple different kinds of extensions and this was by far the best. The hair is excellent quality and the install was comfortable. Stephanie did a flawless blend. She was great to talk (or not talk) to and the whole installation was really relaxing. I absolutely recommend doing the monthly maintenance. I had one problem with some matting after I went camping but I went in to see Stephanie and it was fixed- no problem. I had mine in for 4 1/2 months and they totally could have stayed in longer, but I did a total hair color change. They came out without any problem and no joke, my hair was way longer than I expected and HEALTHY! I had already scheduled another full install for volume and length and was able to adjust it to just volume!!Hair extensions are a luxury and it was definitely something I budgeted for and honestly, totally worth it.

Where do I start.... I researched to find the perfect hair extensions with minimal damage for so long until I came across West Coast Hair! The soft bond method kept my hair in great condition. I got 22” extensions put in for my trip to Vegas, but they lasted so much longer than I expected so I ended up wearing them for 5 months! Nobody thought I had fake hair, everyone thought it was natural because my stylist Cortney blended the extensions perfectly. I will definitely be getting them put in again soon!

Courtney did an excellent job installing my extensions. I absolutely love them and all the things that were stated on her website and instructions for care were exact. Mine lasted 4 months and I’m back again to get them reinstalled. I had tons of friends and family compliment my hair and even had a stylist say that the extension installation was really good. I would highly recommend this to anyone as it’s value for the end result is priceless!

I have had my extensions for a month now and they are wonderful. I got the volume boost (40 pieces) and its perfect. Good amount of hair that is easy to blow dry and style. The product is perfect for my thin hair- minimal fall out and blends perfectly with my natural. I have not had any bonds fall out, unlike other extensions I have tried. The prices were affordable and installation was time efficient. Other salons will charge an hourly rate for install, but here its just one price. Hair and install. West Coast Hair is amazing and I will be back soon!

I am incredibly happy with the beautiful, great quality hair, the attachment method and especially the caring services I received! I have lived in other parts of the country and have worn extensions for years. This is the 1st time I am able to condition my hair ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOTS! My only regret is waiting a month to write this, but I can tell others that the attachment method looks natural and allows me to put my long hair up. Highly recommend west coast hair for extensions. Ive had tape, tie, bead, and clip ins extensions before but Id definitely say the wax bonds are my favorite. I always have people say wait you have hair extensions when I mention it to them, its an amazing feeling. I suggest west coast hair to anyone who wants hair extensions.

Anyone who says this method doesnt work didnt take proper care of the extensions. I have had just about every method installed in my hair and this is the ONLY method that has allowed my hair to grow longer and healthier with NO damage. I have been getting them for the past year and my current install has been in since beginning of August - I have lost ONE extension. You need to use wide tooth combs and extension brushes and you should not lose them. Stephanie is fantastic and I plan to keep coming back!

I absolutely love them!! They work hard to ensure every customer has a great experience and their system is everything it is promised to be. I am SO happy with mine. I never thought Id actually be able to have my hair back after experiencing hair loss. But I have it and so much more! The hair is manageable, the system requires very little maintenance (just keep the bonds detangled and dont use oils) and it is very discrete. I went into have my roots highlighted and the hair salon I went to also does extensions- but my stylists didnt even know I was wearing them till I told her! I also havent been able to find naturally curly hair anywhere else, and the WCH hair matches my curls and color flawlessly. My favorite part is that I can wash and go without even thinking about it- I swim, backpack, chase the kids, work hard, play all day and just live in my hair like its no different overall than my real hair. You do need to commit to taking care of not letting the hair get matted, but it is easy to do and I couldnt be happier. If it have it my way, Ill wear the WCH system forever!

Just got my 5th install from Cortney at West Coast Hair and could not be happier with the results. Ive been getting hair extensions for over 13+ years and have tried almost every extension method out there but West Coast Hair takes the cake. Its non damaging to the hair and easy to remove. Cortney is a sweetheart and always does a beautiful job. Each time I always walk out with a giant smile on my face and have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. All seriousness be prepared for randoms coming up to you and complimenting on your hair constantly because it is the real deal.

I love WEST COAST HAIR, my first day of getting my extentions my confidence shot through the roof, I’ve never felt so good about myself before! I’ve had a lot of trouble getting my hair to grow over the years, because I straighten it and wore clip in extentions that would pull on my hair. I’ve now had my extentions for about 4 months, and I’m already starting to notice my hair grow so much more. I have super short curly hair so I never wore it curly, the extentions have allowed me to wear my natural hair and i absolutely love it! Tiffany and Stephanie are both so awesome! They have done very thing they possibly could to make me love my hair more and more everyday! Also Stephanie is like the easiest person to talk to, it wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable, she’s awsome! 10/10 recommend this for any girl who wants beautiful long hair!

Ive been wearing extensions for 7 years now and since Ive had to try different methods and providers since I moved to Minnesota. After meeting for a consultation and having verbal confirmation of the amazing hair and method they used, I was sold and tried WCH hoping my hair needs would be solved. Oh what a mistake! I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The quality of the hair is just awful. The hair would get tangled with no effort. Curls would not hold. The hair looked dry after the first wash and got worse by the day. The method did not work and the extensions would come off without a problem. I would lose 5-8 strands per wash. I addressed my concerns 48 hours after the installations and these were ignored. They kept telling me the hair was fine. The hair was fraudulently misrepresented because remi hair should not tangle and shed like that. Period. They were so rude to me, they questioned my integrity saying that I was just being difficult and maybe I was just too hard to please and my head was too warm in comparison to other clients and thats why the extensions would fall off.Be very aware of them. They do not disclose where they get their hair from and they do not stand by their product. I paid $1300 for extensions that looked awful after the first wash. They ignored my concerns and were rude. Had to pay someone else to fix their mess and now I got great extensions that DO NOT TANGLE!

I highly recommend the product looks so awesome, its a total transformation, look likes celebritiy hair style. The hair is the best quality and feels like your own hair without damaging your own hair great technique. Excellent customer service, prompt and reliable advice. Stephanie you er my sweetheart! She is an amazingly sincere and friendly person, she is very patient and she is very creative, she exectly did the style from the pic which i gave (style and hightlights), it took us 8 hours to get the perfect result and i dont even know how 8 hours flew away, we had a great time and main thing is she had to drop her kid pick up schedule for me its really impress me.
