Disappointing and frustrating experience. Schedule three weeks out to have them come on a Monday and they said they would arrive between 8-8:30am. I waited until 8:45am and called them and they said there were running late and would arrive at 9:30am. After that I waited until 9:45am and called and got no answer. I called again at 10:30 and 11:30am and still no answer. At this point I had to take a day off from work because I missed a couple meetings. Finally, they get everything done and tell us that we are good to go. We have people come and help us move everything into our new house. Once everything is moved in, we start walking around without our shoes on and we find the floor to be really scratchy. We call and they said they must of needed another coat on the top. Not sure how they would miss it, but we had to then move everything out of our house and stay somewhere else the next night and then move everything back in the next day. After calling to explain the situation, they were unwilling to provide any kind of discount after not showing up the day they said they would and then not doing/finishing the job correctly which forced us to have to move things three times. We will not be return customers or be recommending them to others.

The project took a little longer than I thought. But I think it worth the time as the outcome is great. Clean and shinning floors.
