What a disappointment my experience with this company has been. I hired Arne based on his reputation, his work in my community and because he is a small business owner that I wanted to support.He refinished the entire first floor of our home. My family and I were out of the house for 4 days while he did the work, and upon returning to our home, I noticed the following on our floors:stain drops, circular sand marks, bubbles, streaks, unfinished sections and uneven finishing.I contacted Arne, he came over to look at the work and ultimately challenged me - I am too picky, no one would notice this my furniture will cover it up he would have charged me more if he knew I was going to be this particular and my floors looked terrible before anyway. All the while agreeing that these issues shouldnt have happened and the only way to fix them is to re-do the floors completely. This would require me to move my family out of our home again, have the house cleaned again (to get rid of all the dust). We ended our meeting at an impasse.I have paid Arne for the work he did to match the floor stain, but have not paid for the balance of the work-because it is not complete. I am disappointed that he is not standing behind his work, nor working with me to find a solution. Until it is resolved, I have no choice but to rate this business as poorly as I am.

Arne and his crew are top notch professionals, courteous and clean they transform your hardwood flooring into a work of art! Highly recommend!
