Dr Reid, is amazing. Together, with his staff, they supported me and my family come to a resolution on an issue, that took over a decade to resolve. I would highly recommend, Relationships LLC for all BIPOC families needing healing and reconciliation.Thank you

Go elsewhere for therapy.I have worked with or been involved with around a dozen mental health professionals over the past 2 years working to help my daughter. I have never had such an unprofessional, unempathetic, invalidating, and intimidating experience as I did with Relationships llc. and Dr. Reid himself...and this happened before I even hired him for services.This is what I experienced at the intake.1. I was told that releases of information would be limited to 3 people, more than that will have to be paid for. Ive never heard that from any mental/medical professional Ive ever met. The intake worker handed me a pile of releases at intake for me to fill out if I wanted more than 3, typically its been my experience that the therapist or intake worker fills out the releases and the client just has to sign them, very unprofessional.2. I was told that Dr. Reid will only be in contact with my childs current therapist. This would have done a huge disservice to my daughter and to helping to fully understand the very complicated situation she is in if my daughters previous therapist was not also contacted. I was told that it would be brought up to Dr. Reid to see if he would make an exception. Ive never experienced this policy from any of the many professionals involved with my daughter.3. After 25 minutes into the intake, I was told by the intake worker that she would not answer anymore of my questions until I paid the $35 intake fee. I have never experienced treatment like that anywhere I have ever done in intake.4. I called Dr. Reid the next business day to speak with him about my concerns with my intake experience. I clearly let the intake worker know that I wished to speak directly to just Dr. Reid about my concerns, she said she would let him know, but that he was busy in sessions all day. About an hour went by and I received a call from the intake worker stating that Dr. Reid had a short amount of time to talk right now, Dr. Reid then spoke and said that I was on a recorded conference call with the intake worker present. I explained right away that I wanted to and was expecting to talk with just him and that I felt put on the spot with the recorded conference call, Dr. Reid stated to me that this was the only time he had to talk. That didnt mean or justify that it had to be a conference call, it felt very intimidating. I have never experienced treatment like this from any therapist or practice I have ever gone to or worked with.Go elsewhere for therapy.-Keith OBrien
