An excellent clinician and practice. A very comfortable environment to sort through the garbage in my head. I came here looking for someone specializing in childhood trauma and C-PTSD. The first time I walked through the front door was terrifying and took me forever to build up the nerve just to even make an appointment.That was, I dunno, three years ago? I wouldnt say Im cured whatever that means, but I cant remember the last time I experienced the level of anxiety and depression that gripped me for most of my life.And, even when I do, I have tools to get through it.Therapy isnt a clinic to get fixed - its a gym to get your brain into a healthy state. They have an awesome staff here that dont judge you when honestly all you need to do is walk in, sit down and burst into tears on the couch. Gotta get through the small stuff before the heavy lifting.
