Love living here, been here for about three-fourths years. Its a great area except its still Minneapolis so theres theft, vandalism and hooliganism. Id recommend downloading the app Next Door to communicate with neighbors and stay up to date on the goings-ons around this part of town.Being so close to light rail and airport is super convenient and surprisingly not very noisey at all. Most noise comes from late night drama at Minnehaha Manor (C-class apartments) across the street and the occasional firetruck/paramedics being called to said property for what appears to be no good reason.Mostly condos/houses in this neighborhood but there are a couple of B and C apartments across the street, and theyre building some public housing around the corner so it will be exciting to see how that affects the atmosphere.Also Frana is constructing a new building (I think retail/residential, probably B+ apartments or condos) on the lot across the street so that is going to block the view from balcony, but considering my view was the shady motel down the street Im looking forward to the addition the the neighborhood.
