I have had carpets cleaned in the past by other people and it is always so so but this time was different. Jeremy took time at the beginning to look at my carpets and recommend a different cleaning service. A cheaper one!! because my carpets were not that dirty according to him. I have never had someone who actually cared about the customer and the quality of the job enough to not overcharge just because they could. Usually people are trying to up sell products and services but Jeremy is just trying to give his customers the best service and quality possible. I commend him for that and after he was done the carpets looked good and new. All the stains were removed the the carpets looked great!!I would recommend and use Minnesota cleaning and restoration again and again.

Jeremy is amazing! His first visit was to remove a thick ballpoint pen ink stain from my expensive sofa. A miracle! It’s a light gray fabric and no trace of stain remains. He recently removed pet stains and grime from the same sofa. Good as new! He spot-cleaned my carpet and restored it to move-in day new.I will be getting my carpeting cleaned every year to keep it nice. Jeremy is super friendly, very professional, and reasonably priced. I asked Jeremy to clean our carpets and spot treat any pet stains he encountered. He thoroughly examined the spots I was concerned with using a black light, and then very honestly told me he thought the spots would go away without special spot treatment. So instead of charging me extra, for a service I did not necessarily need, he cleaned my carpets and they turned out great. His pricing is fair and he was very professional.

Jeremy did a carpet stretch and clean at 1 location and clean at the other. Both locations were pretty bad and he did an amazing job getting stains out that have been in carpet for years. Hes extremely professional and has great prices. I will use his services again.. Thanks Jeremy..
