Answer requests in a prompt manner. Do the cleaning correctly. After the technician left, the system was pushing items out of the overhead vents. Somehow service has changed since you cleaned the area rug and drapery.

The carpet cleaner was late! we wanted the tile in my shower done and he said it would take too long and he probably couldnt get it clean(its 2 years old!), and he complained a lot! he came to our house last year, and I specifically said that I didnt want him back!!!!!

When I made an appt. the guy told me they’re going to use a Camera before and after work! When the technician came he insisted it wasn’t part if the package. He didn’t use a camera at all. With the price I paid, I deserved a better job. Very disappointed!

The service was not what was promised in the estimate. For example, I specifically asked for before and after pictures and did not receive them. Also the vents and air returns were not cleaned as promised. The sales person and technician both told me different things. For what I spent the overall experience was poor.

The technician was wonderful. He was friendly and informative and did a wonderful job. Our ducts were disgusting. He cleaned our house in about 75 minutes, roughly 17 ducts @ $35/piece. There are coupons online so we didnt pay full price. He cleaned up his mess, took off his shoes and was accommodating the entire cleaning! thank you.

Worked for this company for about 9 months. Terrible work environment. All we did was rip customers off. I cleaned carpets mostly. Most of the trucks dont pull any soap. That means were not really cleaning your carpet just rinsing the carpet with hot water. Same with upholstery. We didnt always have the supplies to do the job so sometimes when we sold a pet treatment we didnt actually have any so we sprayed whatever we had to make the sale! Everything at this company is just a show! For HVAC all we do is spray air through the vents and wipe them down! None of the large vacuums work they just make noise. Its all a show! I hated my job but I needed the check. Now that Im done Im just spreading the word. Spend your money elsewhere!

After the tech left and 30-60 minutes passed the dust settled. It was terrible. No abatement machine was used. Only a shop vac was used and wasnt powerful enough to control dust. I had to spend hours cleaning the entire house after he left. Also metal shavings where left after tech left. Tech drilled holes above my childrens legos and toys (10month and 4 year old). My 10 month old found the first shaving but luckily didnt eat it as far as I know. Poor experience and left my house in worse shape than when he arrived.

I reached out to coit multiple times and they just stopped responding. I called and emailed the contact I had multiple times and did not get any response. If you don’t want my business that’s fine, I’m glad you don’t need business. But, at least tell me you’re not interested in my business.I would not recommend this company based on the lack of response and professionalism. Call stanley steemer instead

I had my carpet cleaned a month or so ago. I really wasn’t satisfied and was reluctant to complain. Well, I called back and COIT quickly scheduled an appointment for someone to come back out and clean our carpet again.I will know once it drys ... but overall, I appreciate their willingness to correct the problem.

I paid to have pet oder removed from carpet and after they were finished our whole house smelled strongly of urine. Whatever the product used did nothing for the urine removal or oder. Disappointed.

Henry did a great job!! Very satisfied with his work. I was a little disappointed to learn that carpet protection is highly recommended after the cleaning because a lot of it is apparently stripped off with the high temperature water that is used. This treatment added an additional third of the original price to the final cost. In the end this was the most we’ve ever had to pay to get our carpets cleaned so it would be nice to know that when we had our estimate.

They did a fabulous job! My old dirty carpet was brought back to life. It looks brand new again. Very quick also.

Our cleaner this time was terrific: very careful, thorough, and informative. (We have found COIT duct cleaners to be of varying quality--from very good to superior,--this time superior.) COIT is not cheap, but we felt the difference immediately.

Jason showed up on time, provided a full work-up of costs for the couches we needed to have cleaned, worked with us to determine options we had, and did a fantastic job cleaning and spotting, 4 couches a an oversize chair. Pricing was in line with our expectations, and he was done in less than 3 hrs from arrival to completion.

I have nothing but positive comments about the entire process of having my throw rug cleaned. In particular the man who delivered and installed my carpet was outstanding, kind and very helpful. The technician was courteous. He forgot to clean a walk-in closet that was on our invoice. I mentioned it when he was packed up and ready to leave and he quickly set up the equipment again and cleaned the closet.

Just beware - while the technicians are good - there are a few hidden costs youll find on your bill, including $172.84 for an emergency call aka answering the phone call and setting up the appointment. Ive expressed my bother with the manager and was told it would have been about $130 if Id just called an hour later during the normal business hours. I probably could have just rented the fans and dehumidifier from Home depot for about 1/3 the cost and I plan on doing that next time.

Associate picked up the vertical blinds with food splashed across all blinds, and they came back beautiful, looking new, with replaced and repaired weights and stitching. Beautiful work. Additionally, thank you so much for the HONESTY in clarifying what could and could not be done by Coit to clean my shower tile grout and that we decided the cleaning would not make enough difference, that we needed repairs. You are the best.

I have been aware of COIT for many years and looked forward to having them clean our carpets. I did this despite some confusion with their web site reservation service and being disconnected from the telephone reservation number 3 or 4 times. Once connected, the reservation was made and the technician arrived in the appointed time window. The quote was somewhat higher than expected even with the 35% discount. However, I had cleared the rooms expecting to proceed immediately. I did point out to the technician that carpets had not been professionally cleaned in 20 years. I also pointed out a segment of stairs had plastic carpet protector adhesive residue and expected COIT to be up to removing it. In summary, at least 95% of the carpeting was cleaned quickly and to my satisfaction. However, there was also a small 1/8 tar spot that the technician said could not be removed but which I did with naphtha, and the carpet runner residue remained. As a business owner myself, I was impressed by the ads, trucks, technicians, range of services offered, and reputation of COIT, but the company delivery of services especially with challenging carpet issues did not match. COIT needs to deliver on the basics. I will consider COIT again in the future, but will also consider other companies and reviews.

I am very pleased with the customer service I have received with COIT. I have my rug being delivered post cleaning today and I have not even seen the rug but am beyond pleased with the accommodation I have received from the driver. He called me and asked when I would be available and proceed to make sure his timing worked with mine! We are very pleased with our cleaning that we had done a few days ago. Our technicians were professional and friendly. The price seems fair but we had a coupon. I will say though that the detergent they use is very strong. It smells good but it is so strong but it gave my husband and I scratchy throats. Weve had to leave a window in my living room open because it still is very strong days later.

Excellent job! The technician, John, did a Superlative job! He was able to work around the furniture as the house is too small to have any place to move it to. The carpets look like new and he even removed what I had thought would be difficult stains but - theyre gone! It was efficiently done and left no damp feel in the house - and there were No fumes or chemical odors. Just perfect. I will use COIT again and recommend the service to friends. Just A+

My experience with COIT was quite unexpectedly very good. I did not plan on sending my rug to be cleaned on the day the COIT representative showed up, but I did. I had had a few estimates already and they had drop off and delivery and an extremely reasonable cost. My experience on the rug drop off could have been a little bit better, a bit more coordination and communication. The rug was returned and brought back to my home looking just like brand new again. I am quite pleased with the results and will recommend COIT.

COIT did a good job cleaning my vents. One person showed up to do the cleaning. A large vacuum was attached to the furnace; the big hose running from the furnace to the vacuum fell out a couple times but once I mentioned it, he kept an eye on it. One vent in the basement ceiling may have been missed. Took approximately 2 or 2.5 hours. Cost approximately $23.00 vent after the 40% discount. Without the discount, $30.00 vent (which is expensive) I can notice a difference when the heat is turned on. Im happy I had it done. There are two large holes in the main trunk line which now have silver tape over them. I would recommend COIT to a friend.

Our salesman and tech were spot on. They were both very knowledgeable and informative, and equally professional. We had our entire duct system cleaned and deodorized. I don’t think our tech cleaned our dryer duct, which was “thrown in” as part of the deal, and he missed a vent as well. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service.

I had three services performed, Duct Cleaning (5 STARS- the guy was awesome! couch Cleaned (5 stars - looks like new!) and Carpet cleaned (3.5 stars) Carpet traffic areas were GREAT but I would have liked under the bed done and some other furniture moved but otherwise I am satisfied.

Rep was friendly and did a good job. Had a couple of spots on the carpeting that I thought wouldnt come up, but he worked on them until they did.Furniture he cleaned was great and the shower walls turned out pretty good. Some spots around the edges didnt come out completely but was much better than prior to cleaning.Overall, I was very satisfied with the results on the carpet, furniture and shower walls.

The people at COIT are great -- very professional and deliver exactly what they say they will. Unfortunately, COIT is very expensive. To clean and deodorize my 3-person couch was $350. This included the 35% discount. My couch looks great and smells great too. Im very satisfied with the results -- just seems really expensive.Keep in mind too when you have anything cleaned, the floor around it will be wet also. I wish I had asked them to lay down plastic to protect my carpet but I didnt. This type of customer service would have been very much appreciated.

Overall I was disappointed both with the price as well as the service itself. i would have preferred a call prior to the service mans arrival. I had to ask his name as he only identified himself as, COIT. The service man was pleasant and provided me with a bid to cover the hallways and the sofa. He warned me that some areas although not bad were problematic. The bid was over $300.00. I had nothing to compare with so I told him to go ahead. He was here about 40 minutes and told me to wait until the following day to vacuum. I was disappointed with the results. The sofa he only covered what could easily be seen (cushions, front and sides). He did not do the back . A neighbor asked me if he pretreated the tough spots and I had to admit he did not. The easy spots look ok but sadly the tough spots look undone. I wont use COIT again.

We had our wood blind cleaned and the tile floors . The floors came out beautifully as did the blinds. I have a small issue to follow up with COIT on, but based on the professionalism of their service reps, and the quality of their work, I am sure it wont be a problem. Because I have travertine stone he told me he could not use strong chemicals and some wouldn’t come clean at all. The grout is not uniform at all. When I had it cleaned last year that company didn’t say that they cleaned it with their chemicals and it looked great.

I chose COIT for carpet cleaning based on reviews, but I most certainly would not recommend this company. After taking 8 hours of vacation from work for their arrival window, I received a call from a very unprofessional sounding person indicating that there was confusion with the online process. He was calling about duct cleaning when carpet cleaners were due at my home. I knew then that this company was not for me, and I received several texts from them after that requesting to compensate me. I have never been texted as a form of communication from a company before. I am grateful that it ended up this way. A competing company has been much more professional.

I had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned. The cleaner only cleaned around the furniture. When I booked the appointment I was told that the cleaners would move the furniture. The areas that were cleaned turned out well but I was expecting that furniture would be removed and the whole carpet cleaned. I wouldn’t do this again for the price.

I wish that when he had the vent grate out that he would have had a rag with cleaning product on and wiped off the grates before reinstalling them. Some were put back in really quite dusty. The appointment phone call was fairly efficient - on hold 3 times, but she said she was working out ways to better accommodate me since I had asked for a specific time frame (within 5 days). The technician was on time and explained the cleaning options well. I opted for the full package. I was not in a hurry or rushing him, but Sean said he had another appointment in an hour and he would be finished by then. He proceeded to bring the carpet cleaning equipment upstairs and work his way down three levels. I heard a lot of bumps and bangs but didnt think much of it until he left. The walls have black marks (Big ones that do not wash/scrub off), the corners have beading missing and paint peeled, some chips of paint walls and woodwork. The carpet appears clean, but the stains didnt come out even with the extra cost. My concern is the damage to the rest of the house. The house now needs a fresh coat of paint. Not what I had planned or budgeted!

We just had our carpets cleaned this week by a very kind Coit gentleman. After he left & the carpeting had time to dry we were very excited to see the results......only to see disappointment. Really wished for a good outcome, sadly not the case. So many spots remaining that we were able to remove easily with soap water & a paper towel. Really really wanted to be satisfied!!!.....epic fail.

Have never had carpets professionally cleaned before. Went the DIY route a few years ago, and never again. Was able to school and appointment to get an estimate very quickly, and once that was done got the work done much quicker than I expected. Both men that I dealt with were courteous, and professional. Very satisfied with the results, and thought the cost was very fair. Will definitely use Coit again and not hesitate to recommend their services.

I have used the COIT company for 11 cleanings--they were recommended to me by my interior decorator when I replaced my carpet. I have never been disappointed in their service--the service I had on 10/11/17 was exceptional--the staff member I had was the same person who was here two years ago!!
