Tried to clean carpet myself, made the whole house smell worse. Called Complete Carpet Care and they were able to come out the next day.Mike showed up, very polite, kind and professional. Talked about what my needs were, he explained what he could do, and he did just that! Carpets are clean, the dog piss in the air is gone, house smells good, couch is clean. Fair price, good work!Not all good carpet cleaners need to have a huge fancy van or truck!Thank you very much!

We had Lance out to our house today, from Carpet Care. My husband said he was very polite and professional. I just got home from work and my carpets are so clean. We are very happy with the outcome. My house smells so clean and looks clean too. I was also very pleased with the quick turn around. I requested next day cleaning and they were able to accommodate my needs. I will be a returning customer.

Yep reviews are bad, which means you’re in for a poorly done job. NOPE. RUN.

Very professional and did a great job

Just had them out for an estimate and what a joke! The guy kept making noises when I was showing him around and rolling his eyes. He didnt offer a brush for the vents which I talked about on the phone, he only vacuums the vents. I said no thanks, he rolled his eyes and made a gurggle sound. After quoting me a price for the carpets which I thought was to high and said no. He got mad turned around made noises and stormed out the door.BEWARE!He was here for maybe 5 minutes, didnt get his name, didnt offer to take off his shoes, looked scruffy and disheveled.

This company was supposed to clean all major vents connecting to and from a furnace system, prior to closing of a home sale. They did not. Not only that, they showed up to finish the job(2nd time on job site) and I had to point out each individual thing to clean because they left things fairly obvious in the incoming vent system. This led me to believe that they werent here prior to closing(the first time). After pointing out everything to clean, they left one return register full of dust. I guess quality isnt really a priority. Someone needs a brain detox.

At a total loss for words!! Unbelievable. AVOID these TOOLS at all cost.
