This is my favorite car wash around NE, and the manager is an amazing person. He listened my concern and he fixed right away. He’s very humble and understandable.I had a full car detail about 2 weeks ago, and I’m very satisfied with my service. My car looks brand new and it smells amazing.

Ive been going to perfect 10 a few times a year for as long as I can remember. I was there on a wed morning and was the only customer and you can see from the photos that they did a very poor job.I paid over $40 to go home and clean it myself. Very dissapointed.I sent an email with pics to the manager and never heard anything back.No need to go here anymore.

Same as the last two posts. Wish I would have read them sooner. I just paid over 40 bucks only to find myself angry and disappointed and detailing my car myself when I got home. They spent maybe 3 minutes on the cleaning after it went through the car wash itself. My cup holders weren’t even touched. Doors, shifter, dash and floors all looked like they weren’t cleaned at all. I used to use perfect ten all the time, was excited to get back there today. Now I’m just mad I spent the money when I had to do it myself anyhow. I came over break at work so there was no time for me to spend, going back through and dealing with it at that moment. Pictures to come when I have time.

We havent been to Perfect 10 car wash in quite a while. Last time we were there, they did a poor job on cleaning the inside of our car. We decided to give them another chance and stopped in today, as we wanted a full service wash. Once again, we left very disappointed. We paid $32.99 for the Rainbow Wash. My husband is outside right now wiping down all of the things they missed on the interior. When paying $32.99 for a car wash, he should not need to do that. Needless to say, we will NEVER use Perfect 10 Car Wash again.

Was once very good, but not sure anymore. $40 car wash to hopefully get some salt off and doesnt look like they will anymore.

I purchased a rainbow wash $30. It includes tire shine and vacuuming of your car including the cargo areas. They shined the drivers side tires, but not the passenger side tires. They forgot to vacuum the rear cargo area and there were big strips of area that were missed with the vacuuming. I expected a little more for a $30 carwash.

Not good. I have gone here for years. On this last visit, I actually asked for manager to voice the poor experiences I have the past few times. He apologized, and said he would go out and personally look for it to be cleaned. As I drove away, I noticed the same issues in the interior. After I use up my PLUS interior/exterior package plan, I will need to find a new car wash.

Usually, I am very happy with the job they do on my Suburban. However, today a lot of places around the lift gate were left spotty, and the empty cargo area was barely touched by the vacuum.

Came home to find new scratches on the hood of my car. Was respectful to the cashier and the assistant manager, but the manager of 25 years who has never seen scratches like this and claimed I used a wire brush to wash my car, then argued with me that the pattern didnt match the guys wiping techniques. The scratches were fresh, and I really dont recommend going here.

Super disappointed with this experience thus far. I last went to perfect 10 probably about 3 years ago, to get my husbands car interior detailed. It was amazing! I didn’t have to make an appointment, just drove up and i was able to wait about 1-2 hours for it to be completed. This time around i scheduled an appointment about two weeks in advance to get my own car detailed on 3/16. The day of i get a called that due to weather the technician called me and said they were closed. fair enough because it was rainy on that day and that he could reschedule me to the following week same day and time on 3/23. I said that’s fine it works. On the day of my appointment on 3/23, i get a call from Tiffany stating that my appointment needs to be rescheduled once again because your company was short staffed and for me to call back in 2 weeks to reschedule, with that being said, she also said that i would get 20 percent off my service for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable customer service because i notice that on your website after 4/1/2022, you will no longer be taking detail service appointments... this makes no sense. So technically i don’t have to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks and can just drive up for service? I will not be a returning customer. And also based on the current reviews, it doesn’t seem as if customer service and service is up to par as it use to be.

Ive gone to Perfect 10 for many years to get my cars detailed and have been very happy. Today was a bit different however. It seemed that a lot of the young kids cleaning the car were in a hurry and missed several spots on the inside, and I had to vacuum the drivers side mat as they never picked it up to vacuum around or under it. Ill go back but will have to double check before I drive off that they preformed what I paid for.

Paying over $30 for a wash, I would expect a little more attention to detail. Outside looks great. Inside has many places that were clearly never touched.

My soccer mom van is so dirty with so many littles and messes...it’s embarrassing to bring it to a place but really worth it!Ryan at this place is amazing! Worst $40 spent in a long time. This car wash place is garbage. They went thru with a vacuum in about 12 seconds and left complete interior untouched. Just take a look at these pictures, they tell a 1000 words.

5-4-21When I 1st got my ride washed today I was not happy with the interior cleaning so I called back and was told to bring back the truck. When I arrive a very kind and polite young man explained and told me what was covered in the $35 pricing and what was not he also introduced me to his supervisor Mr Chris (blue shirt) he also explained all the services in more detail and stated he will redo the dashboard because finger prints was still there so he left and another supervisor named Mr Chris (red n black shirt) came and I informed him that I wanted more services so he helped me out and fixed up my ride I was totally impressed with his outstanding service.Thank You a million times over I am very very very happy with the interior cleaning ☺. Diamond 💎 looks so sexy cute now too.

Every time I come here there’s a new scratch on my car. I dropped it off for a detailing a couple days ago and came back with 4 new scratches, some weird wax orsealant was also sprayed on the paint despite me explicitly requesting they don’t do so when they tried to upsell me for it. My car is also never sufficiently dried, leaving watermarks everywhere. Detail job was sub par, the storage compartments were emptied (as requested by them) but completely untouched. There’s still a considerable amount of dust on the screen and whole center stack. Glad my gift card is finally empty.

When I pay $40 to have my car washed inside and out I expect it to be clean. The last three times I’ve used this place the seats looked like they were not vacuumed, the mats, we’re not vacuumed, the dash was not wiped down, the cup holders were not cleaned out. Not too long ago this was a great place to go but ever since Covid hit this place is a waste of my money

When on the website to look for any kind of deals need my car detailed just dont have the time to make an appointment ahead of time since I work two jobs

The car looked great afterwards but the cashier was the only friendly person I saw. The people that vacuum and dry the cars did not respond to my thank you and hi hows it going so I was a little disappointed in that but the car looked good and clean. It was hot out so I get that they were probably hot and tired but it is a service based place and I think they should be more friendly.

Asked the person witch lane to be in, she asked if we were getting it detailed. I said, sure.We wated for an hour in the second lane behind a truck without moving, finally asked how much longer and she then said we were in the wrong lane.Maybe the solution is, better signage or staff that is on the ball. Extremely frustrating.

By far one of the best shops around! Wouldnt take my car anywhere else. If they missed something they take responsibility and re-do it. Thanks to the staff!!

Expecting many nice days I was excited to be getting the top wash! I was worried the lines were long but surprised at just how fast they moved. My truck came out shiny and beautiful, Inside and out. I highly recommend Perfect 10! Very efficient staff!

The old, senile, Karen at the front desk, is rude and inconsiderate. If you dont know someones gender, dont ask. Its none of your business. Probably should be focusing on answering phones and replenishing shelves.

I get the unlimited monthly wash service because I like a consistently clean car. The service is affordable and well done. Not too often you can say both are true with any business!

New owners but still attention to detail. They did miss cleaning around my steering wheel but they were happy to fix that. Pretty spendy these days but worth it after a long winter. I love their greetings cards and array of products to buy, fun shopping!

Quality has declined over the years, now its average at best. As an example: paid almost $40 for the top wash today, yet a small but very visible amount of sand wasnt vacuumed out of my trunk. Another time, I had my car detailed here and they yanked the floor mat off without turning the retaining clip, broke it off and lost it. That cost me $20 to replace. Id be curious to know what the worker pay is here, as they seem to rake in the dough on the busy days. If the quality was better Id visit here once or twice a month vs just once every few months.

Gave them two chances but nope. If you want it done right, do it yourself. It was a $45.00 lesson.

We have used Perfect 10 on and off for many years. However, as the years go on the pricing keeps getting higher and the quality of the work goes down. We were in town for the weekend and brought both cars in for a carwash. Both cars appeared to have just been skimmed over and the windshields were both greasy looking with smears that we had to reclean ourselves. Spending $47 for each vehicle I expect a lot better quality service. I shouldnt have to rewash my windows when I get home. Dont waste your money here. You can do better yourself and save a bunch of money.

Great spot for a decently priced wash.Only reason I cannot give a 5-star rating is due to me having to request a rag to clean my own entry step on my SUV dang near every time.

I was in today for a wash. It was almost 100 degrees outside. Half staffed and dog tired employees, no corners were cut! Nice Job to Chris and his Team! It was worth the wait.

Do Not ever go to Perfect 10 if you have a GMC SUV. I used to go there every month but 4 different times the idiots wiping the it down yanked the wire off connecting the rear defrost from window. Twice I had my mechanic solder it back on but the last 2 times I had to replace the whole back window and take glass claim on insurance. I will Never go to Perfect 10 Again.

Place is always able to do a near perfect wash on my cars, they arent miricle workers or anything but they sure as hell can make a car shine like brand new!

Not a good job on their part. Close to $26 after tax, my inside windows were far better before I went into car wash and their vacuum job missed 2 seats completely and most crevices. ☹️

Payed to have the trunk vacuumed with the rest of the car and they did not vacuum it. Besides that good

I would never go back there after the cleaning they gave to my car, outside was fine. The inside was so dirty they didn’t clean the seats in the back, the rubbers were dirty as well I didn’t pay $35 for that type of cleaning. Super disappointed!

Today was a Perfect 10 day. I found that if you look at the quality of the work and what is expected. They did a great job. I did have a few issues at the end of their day. They forgot to clean the mats I purchased. They missed a few spots to clean with muddy spots. But if you mention their misshapes, they cleaned the concerned areas. Dont complain after the fact. Let them know during your session.

I just brought up to my pops that I was scared to go to car wash that wasn’t touch free. I came here after I drive across the country and back for a much needed car wash. Now I have all these tiny scratches from what I assume is the towels they use to dry. It’s unfortunate but hopefully they’ll switch the type they use to avoid this happening to someone else’s vehicle.

The work these guys do is great, but they do not enforce the mask policy. There are many signs around their building mentioning how masks must be worn while inside, but the clerk wasn’t wearing a mask when I entered nor did they require their patrons to wear masks while waiting for vehicles to be vacuumed. This made me uncomfortable and I am not likely to return in the future.

Its nice to have a full service wash but in the last few years the wipe down on the inside has been minimal effort.

Sad—I used to love taking my cars to Perfect 10 for the quality work they used to provide. Beginning in 2012, I could hardly believe the great fortune I had discovered with your services; I would recommend Perfect 10 everyone.Over the years hence, the quality of cleaning has gradually deteriorated to the point that I—and many others I know—am reluctant to offer Perfect 10 another chance.My last visit (3/5/21) I paid $54, which included the best wash and a few air fresheners (I always chose the top wash job). I did not, under any consideration, receive a $54 value. Rather, as I drove away from your business, I did that to which I had become accustomed: I would notice immediately all the areas that were not vacuumed or wiped clean. I had even developed the habit of wiping down areas myself that I hadn’t any faith your associates would clean. What areas were wiped were clearly evidenced by the dirty residue left from either unclean clothes or merely sloppy work. To be clear—I am not a perfectionist; however, the inside of my doors were cleaner before I arrived.I have personally spoken to management on more than three separate occasions; yet, while they seemed understanding, as was I (e.g., temporary help, finding and retaining good work-ethic cleaners for a low-skill but demanding job, etc.), the solution offered was to return with my vehicle and enjoy a free wash. I was grateful, but the results were almost always the same. So, why bother.Please understand, I haven’t an axe to grind. I have no dog in the fight. Like many people, be they regular people like me or the nit-picky customers whom I am sure you must encounter, we all want our money’s worth. I used to receive that from Perfect 10. In spades. But, no longer. I can get the same value at other car washes where they are very clear about the minimal services they offer.Finally, one of the reasons I would continue to drive to Perfect from my home in Lino Lakes is because I continued to remain optimistic that I would again experience the quality of service and value for my dollar at Perfect 10. That hasn’t happened for a long time. My hope is that whatever challenges have reduced my and other customers’ equally disappointing experiences with your establishment will one day return. As it stands now, I have personally heard people refer to Perfect 10 as “Perfect 0.” I think that’s an overly severe criticism, but I can empathize with those whose experiences at Perfect 10 gave rise to such harsh criticism.All businesses are facing incredible obstacles during these challenging times. Waste of money period. They barely cleaned the outside of my car. They wiped down the dash on the inside, that’s about it. There was still dirt everywhere and streaks of dirt on my doors. Dust everywhere. All on the inside. I expected way more. Place is trash. The inside of my car looks like it was barely even touched with a rag.

There are times that it is done very well with cleaning our vehicles and we have 3. But more often then not they always always for get to clean the sun roof in our car or it’s not vacuumed very well at all in the back seats of our car or our trucks. And not everything wiped done well. Now I am not trying to be picky but when you go to a car wash you pay for the best wash I expect good service and we pay for the card or so many washes. So from now on I will make it an effort to tell the guys and gals to clean my sun roof windows and all windows.and inspect everything before I leave cause I am tired of being disappointed and paying for a service that I am not satisfied with. I will return every time going forward to my liking. I expect my car to be clean. This is why I pay for it. And I always tip even when it’s not done right.

Thay didnt vacuum under the car mats nor in between the seats and the middle console nor between the seats and the door jams. Disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I requested for the perfect 10 full service wash, along with getting my weather mats cleaned. I only requested it because I asked the lady who stands on the sidewalk who marks up what kind of wash customers want. I asked specifically asked what kind of wash would get these kinds of water stain looking marks on the exterior of my car. She guaranteed me that the full service wash had what it took to clean it off.When the wash was finished the marks were still very visible, the trunk was NOT vacuumed out. The sides of my doors were NOT vacuumed nor were they cleaned off. The windows had streaks everywhere.WHAT A RIP OFF!! I could’ve ordered the basic wash for just the same kind of service my car had. VERY ANGRY WITH THE MONEY I SPEND HERE FOR YEARS! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT.

My windows were badly streaked and when I called no one bothered to call me back. I was up in the cities from Wabasha and needed a good cleaning. Very disappointing.UPDATEI was quite surprised by the quick response regarding my visit. I was contacted by management and offered a free wash to my vehicle. I plan on going in this weekend. Very nice to know that they reached out to me to make this right.

This is the best full service car wash in the Twin Cities, I have yet to have a bad experience here, and its been 4-5 times a year for about 20-25 years.

Over all its a great car wash. Ive been bringing my cars there for years. They do a great job of cleaning the interior of your vehicle as well as the exterior. However. The last two visits Ive had, the cashier never offered me the free air freshener, and when I asked, she looked at me like I was putting her off by asking. Kind of annoying.

This place has gone downhill. Half of my dashboard was not touched, my carpets were still messy. I remember when this place used to make my car look like new!

Very clean and friendly place. I had bugs on the windshield and they were able to remove most of it.

Generally they do a good job. But they are not detailers. Its more like an interior/exterior car wash. Some cleaners do a better job than others but they sure do save me time doing it myself. Price is ok, go on their website for coupons.

Two days ago I paid $229.99, $246.38 with tax, for detailing on my Subaru Legacy, first time. Never have I been so disappointed in the work done on my car. I have used this car wash off and on for many years. Instead of a detailing I could have just run my car through the car wash and got the same result at less then a quarter of the price. Walking around the car after the detailing was done I noticed first off that if this was missed then who knows else was, issue being a line of dead bugs in the back window where the third breaking light is. I mentioned it and the manager said well there is no way of getting in there to retract those bugs, this is probably the cast with a sub-standard detailing job. I argued the fact a good vacuum could retract these bugs, no he says, no way to get in there. I was not going to let this issue go because going through a regular car wash it has come out clean in that area. He took the car back in and it came out with only one bug left...didnt quite understand but at that time I saw there was no way this gentleman was going to pay any attention to any other issues I found or find excuses for the other things I found sub-standard. I left the lot a very unhappy customer......not to return for that kind of service again and will tell any friend looking for detail work NOT TO GO TO Perfect 10 Car Wash.Some other issues found, dried soapy water spots, dirty inside glove compartment and trunk not clean, upholstery spots, was told all smudges (not scratches) would be gone, they were not. Not only am I voicing my grievance with these issues but will copy to any officers I can find access too.

I hadnt washed my suburban since beginning of June lots if mud dirt and who knows what else on the exterior the interior was covered with dirt and dog hair before they cleaned it and now it looks amazing inside and out looks brand new Ill definitely be back!

Closed for now... They are quick. I get interior & exterior. They have a single tip jar which is nice.

The manager Craig cares more about stealing your money than earning it! Unlimited wash and card payment cant even be stopped by your bank! After 8 months of unused unlimited wash$74 mo fallen through the cracks. Management said there was no way to track that information, wouldnt even refund 1 month the first business day, when a manager was available I guess that scanner goes nowhere! Do they still handwrite pay checks? Filling their pockets and or stealing from you & the Government, which 1 is it? All Of the Above!

This place is a joke the manager Chris think him and his stuff don’t do anything wrong and the customer is wrong all the time. I had 2 problems here in less than a week they never apply tire shine on the passage side of the cars when I asked for it the guy told me I did not pay for it. Chris came and said they did do it and never did it. This place sucks I will not recommend them. Wait for the new Tom’s Car Wash coming down the road or wash your car yourself.

Boy should i have listened. $150 down the drain....dont make my mistake and look elsewhere. Even if the appointment is readily available here, just please, dont!

This is the best car wash around, they do detail jobs, oil changes, and definitely the best full service car wash around, you can watch every step of the wash till there done blowing the water off the seals of windows so no streaking if you need to roll window down and back up.

They do a ok job. Floor mates were still dirty but overall I would still go back to them.
