I will start by saying this would be a 1 star review, but they cleaned everything up that I called out, and was refunded $150.Here are the details: This was quite a bit more expensive than other places. Full Interior/Exterior detailing was $350, after an $80 discount, other places have similar service offerings for $220. I have been to other places at $220 price and thought it could be better. I saw all the great reviews so I thought I would pay a little more. I thought you get what you paid for and hoped this would be quality detailing I was looking for. I was wrong. The job done here was worse than the $220 places I have been to. There was dirt in all the door jams, dirt and pine needs in back, salt wasnt completely removed from carpet, pebbles on the floor, and all the rims still had dirt on them. I looked under the hood and there was a lot of leaves, they didnt even lift it to wipe down the exterior. In the morning when giving the keys to the manager he asked if there was anything special, I said No car is in good shape, just needs a good cleaning, I would appreciate paying attention to detail and clean all the nooks and crannies. I would like to say I will be back because I think they made it right, but the quality and pricing are just too far off.

My partner bought me a gift card for Christmas 2020 to get my car interior detailed. Because of everything going on this year, I didnt get to use it until September 2021. By that time, the price of the detailing had gone up about $50 from what my partner had been quoted. Out of curiosity, I asked about the price changes over the last year so that I understood what had happened. I wasnt trying to get a deal and was willing to pay the new, increased price, but Lindsay, the manager, told me that even though prices had gone up, he would honor the original price quoted to my partner. This was unexpected and very kind. In addition to the professionalism and kindness, the car looked great! I definitely recommend this location and Lindsay specifically!

In my humble opinion Lindsay and his crew are very professional and honest. I have been coming here for service for the last 20 years with my old Toyotas and my news Toyota. I have recommended Lindsay Ziebart to a lot of people and he always explaining exactly what your car needs. Ive been completely satisfied customer for all those years with the service they done on my cars. Lindsay, has been advised me if something that they cant do like the auto body. I have too many good things to say about Ziebart and if you love your car and take there. Good service!

Ive brought all of my vehicles here for the last 17 years and I tried bringing another one here today (my 6th vehicle for them). On July 22nd I called to schedule a window tint for my wifes new car. They said it would be a couple weeks which was okay so we scheduled for today 8/10/21. I received a call yesterday confirming that Ill be there at 10:00am. Today I arrive promptly at 10:00am and was told someone didnt show up today and as a result it would be a 6 hour wait. They had no solution or recommendation other than to deal with it. Unfortunately my schedule was not able to accommodate the 6 hour wait. After leaving I called back to try and talk with Lindsay the owner who was unavailable so they took my name and number but I never heard back. Not sure what to do now? Do I have a new appointment? Should I go somewhere else?

Only place I have ever been for window tenting, service is 5 star never considered looking for any place else!

Telling my windows and put it up a front windshield for a very decent price love the work always had for over 27 years I always been going to the one man at z-boy and I recommend that to everyone everyone cuz everything is totally guaranteed no if and buts about it cuz if you get your windows tinted somewhere else next week is peeling or something you try to take it back a reputable company would have some excuse but ziebart they stand behind everything kudos to ziebart down off of grants downtown Minnesota Minneapolis and when I get my car oh trust me I will be sending you some pictures

Window tint on my WRX. This shop did a fantastic job explaining the various options and price points of tint. I went with the Nano Ceramic and love it. They were polite, professional, and responsive throughout. Even told me where I could wait down the street at a cute coffee shop with wifi by a park. They were done quickly and the results were great! The bill was as expected too. Its been almost a week and it looks perfect, no issues at all. Best part? No more one arm sunburn! The ceramic really works! Thanks again!

This place is kind of that car secret place to go to make your car look good!!I have always had excellent service and bring all my cars theres to get SCRATCH PROOF tinted windows done.The staff take pride in there work and you can see it vs other detail shops that have staff that need jobs for the summer and then are gone.This staff has been the same for years and are very good at what they do.I love the high gloss shine which is not cheap but is worth it coming out of winter so the car is shiny and clean for spring and summer.As noted above, the tiny is worth it also because it wont tear or deform or scratch upon it being bumped or hit.They run on time and the once or twice I can recall they didnt they ALWAYS called to share that information. That is why I return to them over and over just the curiosity they provide.Coupons help but also ask if they have a special if you drop in.Good guys over there!!

Lindsay has a top notch crew that does fantastic work. I’ve been bringing all my vehicles here for years. The rust proofing, paint coating and window tint are far superior than what you’ll get at the dealer. I have a 2007 Honda that I brought here fresh from the show room. That car still looks brand new! I get asked all the time “what year is your car” and people are shocked when I tell them.Bring your vehicle down to Ziebart- you won’t be disappointed and 5 years from now you’ll be SO glad you did!

Pros:- ALL staff were exceedingly professional and friendly- Calls returned promptly.- They were able to get my vehicle in before my desired date.Cons:- Detail quality not up to par with price charged (even at the sale price). For example, significant dust/dirt still present in the trunk jambs, in the fuel door, and around the roof antenna.- Understanding there are likely staffing constraints due to COVID, I did wait in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes before being helped.Overall, I would absolutely bring my vehicle back here as good service is tough to come by these days. That being said, improving the “detail” part of auto detailing would easily move this to five stars, as it’s nearly there with value and service alone.

The person who took my car keys and walked me through the process was very helpful and patient. I asked to be called when the cleaning process was winding down and that’s exactly what happened! I was immediately met with a warm welcome when I picked up my car, a person walked me around my car so I could inspect the cleaning to make sure I was completely satisfied with it. I even noticed that they fixed small things (ex. They re-adhered my remote start box that had fallen off my windshield a few months ago). My car was very clean and the people who took care of my transaction and my car seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I’ll definitely be back next time I need my car detailed.

Need window tint? Yep, this is the only place youll ever need to go again. So I got my windows tinted 7 years ago on a beautiful Jag, Id never gotten tint done before and it was flawless and perfectly to the edge all around, just beautiful. My next vehicle I had the dealers guy who he recommended do the tint, huge mistake. I didnt look closely at the time but there were gaps all around the edges and in hindsight it was terrible. Just got my new truck limo tinted here at Ziebart downtown again, and dealt with Lindsay again, who also is fantastic to work with, and learning from my mistakes in the past, and low and behold, once again, perfectly cut all around! I would even say that if you didnt know the tint was added you would think they came from the factory that way. I will never go to any other store again for tinting, this is the best. There might be others who match the quality, but the only time I strayed and used someone else, I regretted it for about five years of owning that vehicle! So, I know for sure now that I will get the best quality each and every time here! Thank you guys, amazing work!

My experience with Ziebart was outstanding. A bottle of apple cider vinegar had broken open in my car and soaked into the carpet under the front passenger seat. It smelled awful! Id tried to suction it out with water, baking soda, and a shop vac, which helped some, but did not solve the issue. Ziebart got me in the next day and did a full interior detail, paying special attention to the area where the vinegar spilled. I got my car back the same day, it was incredibly clean (theyd even washed the outside, free of charge), and most importantly, no smell! It was pretty remarkable. Service was great and I thought the price charged was fair. I highly recommend Ziebart for detailing work and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! I dropped a friend off to pick up his truck, loved the tint he put on his vehicle and needed some myself. The office, service tech and I were able to work out a quick deal they took my vehicle on spot and got it done within a couple hours. Im sure I just got extremely lucky and they are usually pretty busy but their customer service and work was extremely well done! I will absolutely be recommending this place to all my friends!

My OLD car looked awesome again. My 75-year-old dad drove up in the dark, came in the house, and asked why we got the car repainted. (We didnt, just an exterior detailing looking GREAT.)

Needed my car clay barred to remove small iron deposits. These deposits were everywhere and hard to remove with over the counter products. I was more than happy with the results. My car is white which made it easy to see the difference upon completion. They completed my car within the time-frame originally quoted, and will always use these guys for my detailing needs. I have been here a few times. I always get the best service from the owner. Once in awhile the crew misses a few things, so I complete them at home. It is too really a big deal. They still deserve a full 5 stars to say the least.

This place has been hidden downtown for years. And they always tint my cars with quality products in a timely manner. The prices are similar to most places but the quality here is top notch. Me and my family have been bringing our cars here for years. I have personally had at least 10 of my cars tinted here. And i havent had a single issue with peeling or anything.

Ziebart on E Grant street gives speedy service and very affordable prices. I made an appointment about a week out because that is what they had available, but as soon as someone canceled they called me to see if I would like to move my appointment up. So I took my new Honda accord to get the windows tinted and they were done within the time frame they told me. 3 days later the tints look great and I have a lifetime warranty if I am not satisfied or there is a problem with them. The shop is tiny but efficient, I would recommend.

After seeing the great reviews I decided to take the 4Runner I bought a week before to Ziebart to get it a deeper clean. The dealership had pretty much just vacuumed it, and wiped it down with Armor All. I went with the total interior package, shampooing, everything. $160-something out the door.At Ziebart I showed them some areas on the seats and headliner that were particularly dirty as an example. They said no problem.I went to pick up the 4runner and immediately noticed that the spots I pointed out werent even touched. The headliner and door pillars were filthy. Even the radio knobs had dirt rings around them that I easily wiped off with my finger. They didnt bother to shampoo the edge of the seat, just the middle.The person helping me acknowledges the issues (same person when I dropped it off) and grabs a spray bottle and rag to quickly wipe some areas I pointed out. There was clearly hours of work left, and he was done in a minute. I pay for the work, unhappy and head home. I later spent hours cleaning the rest of the car myself and finding that they didnt bother to clean the most simple surfaces.I waited a month to cool down and write this review, and Im still extremely disappointed. It was a total waste of money and i couldnt recommend anyone getting their car actually detailed here.The pictures are AFTER the detail.

Was initially offered a rust protection service through the dealership and so glad I said no. I reviewed the service they used and saw subpar reviews, then found Ziebart. I took my car to get rust protection and other services. Lindsay was awesome! He was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful.

Lindsay is very cool guy and has plenty of knowledge. Got my exterior detailed, but not all the scratches came out which i believe could be worked out with a little more effort. However, the car did shine way better afterwards, just not sure it was worth the $300 i spent.

I run a limousine business for the past 7 years and I get my tint and detailing with this location for long time. After I read some of the reviews I didnt find them quite right so I decide to get my side review. Friendly service, affordable price and every time the tint come of for some reason they replaced it quick enough to get my cars back to the road!
