Detailing took 4 hours longer than it should have. There was a significant lack of communication with estimated time until job was done. Attempted to call several times and no answer of callback. My floor mats were just tossed into my truck without being cleaned, the underside of my back seats looked as if they werent even vacuumed, and my truck wasnt cleaned at all. I paid $135 for probably $50 of work that I could have done better myself. Very disappointed. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

They left the light on in my car and the battery was dead when I went to pick it up before work in the morning. So, I had to get a ride to work and go back to the shop later to get it jumped. Then, I noticed they lost my panel that covers the access to the brake lights. I have a hatchback so it can be easily noticed. They said the detail guy would call me - but, he never did. I called many many times and got a ton of empty promises. The cost of the detailing equaled the cost of the panel from the dealer.

Took care of my ride. Its the cleanest Ive seen it in months. Cant beat the crew here.
