Staff were super helpful and informative, I forgot her name but she was really nice and personable. Only complaint is that the wood fence seems to be regularly broken down at night and people sneak in. Also the door to get inside doesnt completely latch shut so that is kinda scary.

Steer clear. Terrible management and false advertising. After initially reading (what Ive found to be 100% fraudulent) claims on their website of State of the Art security I went ahead and got a storage locker at Acorn in Northeast.. I got a heated space in an interior building. So, people would have to enter not only passcode protected fences and outer gates, but also reinforced inner doors into an interior heated building. But what do you know, my entire space was robbed of over $4000 worth of gear. Whats worse, it turns out they dont have cameras in the interior buildings, the locks they gave us when we signed up were very cheap and easy to break (by their own admission), their outside cameras were conveniently turned off the night of the break in.. and basically Acorn had absolutely nothing to say to help the matter. The manager said there has been a series of break ins at this location which is all public record.. yet they dont up their security. Ive seen friends of workers routinely behind the desk, making me wondering what other kinds of people have access to the grounds. Basically, Acorn is guilty of false advertisement. If you proceed with acorn, make sure you have insurance.

Front desk ladies were very rude... Not professional at all if you can find another storage place that has 24 access I would suggest go there....

Helpful people at the front desk, but HO-LY COW — SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than other, bigger/newer storage options nearby.People, do yourselves a favor and compare prices before you sign on! So crazy for such an old facility. I took my business elsewhere and got a much bigger unit, in a nicer facility, for a lot less money. Word to the wise.

The circumstances that led me to need storage could have been better but the people at Acorn couldnt have been friendlier. The facilities are clean, well kept and easily accessible. If you are need of long or short term storage I would highly recommend Acorn Mini Storage for your storage needs.

Been a tenant there for 25 years and cant complain.

I have been renting with Acorn in NE Minneapolis for a little over a year now. When I first started renting here there were a few tenants that seemed a bit sketchy and the place was a bit messy but in the last year i have seen this place become a really nice affordable place to rent a storage unit. The staff are really nice and do whatever they can to help accommodate any needs or concerns I have. I would recommend Acorn in NE MPLS.

Nice staff but very weird and of putting that units in tunnel have no lights inside them. So during the day its dark. Night would be terrifying.

Good, easy access 24 hours a day. Sppoooky isolated place... Good place to film a movie about a time machine or or alas a slasher. So take a buddy. I once had my stuff pranked here, but my friend had good luck. The brand Acorn storage is clean and well maintained but this one is isolated.

Very helpful as I needed to rent moving trucks twice and she was very helpful each time. She even helped me extend the time over the phone foe the second truck rental and had great stories as well!

Horrible. Manager is rude, disrespectful, poor customer service. Ive never been treated the way I was. Even the corporate office is disrespectful. Ive tried to contact the office for over a month. DONT RENT A SPOT HERE. THE MANAGER IS THE REASON WHY!!!

Avoid this store at all costs.Not only are the boxes marked up by 350% but they don’t buy them back. I was refused a refund. The store manager, Megan, is extremely rude and very condescending to patrons. There are also many ‘hidden’ costs. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this mess.

Prices go up before the so called promotion end. The uhaul couldnt make clearance and so it made unloading and loading much more work. I could go on but Im just gonna say Id never rent from here again

Clean, secure facility. I only had my unit for a short time and wound up paying more than I expected due to their cancellation policy, but overall they did a good job. Would rent again.

3 month discount is really 3 payment discount was really only 2 month discount and discount on initial setup. I also had a minor annoyance that I asked them to give me a 12 day notice on my bill so I could have opportunity to offer a 10 day written cancellation notice and never received my bill until a week before it was due
