I choose the St Louis Park facility on the recommendation of my son who previously had a unit and highly recommended them. From reservation to check-in the process was quick and flawless! The facility is clean, secure, and reasonable! Access is easy and I am confident my property is secure. Bridgett was wonderful to work with- professional and friendly. Highly recommend Extra Space.

I’ve stored at Extra Space before (different location) & this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Was a lightning quick set up process, as I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Jordan went above and beyond to help me out & make sure everything was in place for move in. The actually building was extremely clean and well maintained, which sometimes is an issue at other self storage locations. Would 10/10 recommend this experience to anyone in need of a storage solution. Jordan even followed up with a call/voicemail confirming my gate code was working and everything was set up on Extra Spaces end - unbelievable service all around. Thanks Jordan!

Members of my family have had storage areas here and thus I decided to get one which is not as close to my house as Id like. The thing is, the quality of this place is amazing. There are nice garage doors you can pull your car into, carts to transfer things in and out of the unit if you want to, and its climate controlled. Theres also an elevator for units not on the 1st floor. Ultimately I decided the extra drive is worth it for the wonderful quality of the units and place. Id highly reccomend this place.

Staff and management have been extremely accommodating throughout, which has allowed me to continuously operate my business in a smooth manner. Great place, but horrible customer service. They will continue to raise your rates after your unit is full, and do nothing to help you. I have seen a 20% increase happen twice in the past year now, without notice, and with no way to talk to anyone that can actually do something about this from a billing perspective, or a regional manager.

Amazing, easy to use storage unit with all the supplies you need to bring your stuff back into the unit. Very clean space, very organized. The staff was especially friendly. Huge thanks to Bridget for helping us when we needed to move out. Would definitely use again if we needed to!

I reserved a 5x9 space online and then went to view it that same day. Bridget Lee greeted me on arrival and showed me the space. As we were walking back to the front desk, she showed me another space with a different size configuration, as she thought it would possibly serve me better. It did! Bridget was friendly and informative. I felt well cared for!The Extra Space Storage facility is clean and modern. I am very happy with my Extra Space Storage experience.

Extra Space Storage in St Louis Park, MN is great to do business with. This will be my third winter storing a vehicle. No issues, easy access, very secure. The staff is friendly and provide great customer service. If you call and it goes to voicemail, you can expect a call back shortly. My experience is they are helping another customer and could not answer the phone. VEry pleased! I recommend Extra Space Storage!

I spoke to the new manager today, Jordan, and let him know about light bulbs that needed to be replaced outside my storage unit. He said he would look into it and call me back. When he called, he had informed me that he replaced them. Very much appreciate the customer service and nice hire Human Resources!

Needed convenient storage for a recent move and reached out to extra space. Started the rental process late one night, and received a call to go through my order first thing the next morning. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, process was easy, facility is clean, and convenient. Hope I don’t move for a while as it was a lot of work, but the storage option was great.

Ideal space for storing your car or valuables. I have been storing my summer vehicle here during winter months. Bridget is one of the best at handling all the paperwork and even finding you the best deal. Highly recommend this place and is my choice forever when it comes to winter storage. Heated underground garage space that treated my cherished convertible very well. Also easy access whenever you wanna take a peak at it.

Great staff, confortable space

The storage is great. Buyer beware!!!! They will bait and switch you with a price. I have been there less than 6 months and my rate increased without warning by 20%!!! I tried calling, got no answers, no call backs. Emails do not get returned. While the place is great and clean, I would not use them again.

I was there 6 months. They increased my rent by 20%. I called to complain they said that they will increase the rate every 9 months.If you want a short term storage, this place is great. Their business model is not for long term storage.

My husband and I recently had a storage locker at this facility to store a bunch of stuff while we waiting for our new home to be built. Bridget was awesome at finding us a 9 x 10 locker and getting us moved in same day. The facility is clean and we loved the security and accessibility of this location. Would highly recommend getting a locker here if you need some extra space!

We recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space in St Louis Park. Bridget, the manager was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything very simply, and gave us a tour to help us decide what unit would be best. She has been very responsive to all of my subsequent questions as well. I have used many different storage facilities before, and this one has the best lighting and was by far, the cleanest facility I have ever been in.I have already been recommending it to others.

The facility is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible and very, very clean. All your stuff stays secure and no dust at all. The pricing though is a little ridiculous. In 2.5 years, the cost has almost doubled. This kind of rate increase seems very unnecessary, especially for this part of town. I am glad I am able to move my stuff out.

Service was excellent, process to get a new unit was straight forward, and the space is incredibly clean and well kept. Bridget and team were amazing to work with - so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving my personal items in this control tempature environtment. I would highly recomment this storage space. 100% satisfied using their services.

The team at Extra Space in St Louis Park have been so incredibly friendly and helpful. Weve now visited several times have moved our things in and out over a 3-year period. The place is spotless and easy to get around, and I love the secured access for the basement and second floor (only authorized renters can get on other levels). They have made it easy for us to make the arrangements, and were looking forward to storing our things there for a bit.

Guys are super friendly, nice new facility with great access 7 days a week. If you have a business that needs 24/7 access they can accommodate that as well. Easy access to Hwy 100 once construction is complete. Carts in the lobby for easy hauling items to your climate controlled rental space either on 1st floor or via the elevator. Below ground heated parking as well for keeping your cars and toys safe.
