Difficult to find the office when attempting to drop off freight. (Office is in between the main building and open air loading dock, the lady inside was nice) Lot is pretty tight, might be difficult to hit some docks with a sleeper. Also worth noting the lot is pretty dark at night.The access road leading to it was closed causing for a detour getting to the lot but that isnt reflected upon in the 3 start review.

First order placed with this company and they used SAIA Freight who had or order sitting on their dock for 6 days!!When we called them Saia Freight said the driver for our route had to go home for some reason!!When iGas contacted Saia Freight, they told them lies to cover their poor service!!Rather then assume responsibility for their poor service they choose to lie to iGas and said we changed delivery times! Total lie!!Our order sat on their dock for over 6 days.We canceled order and terminated our relationship with iGas.We will not accept any delivers from Saia Freight!

Poor management

It was a little challenging getting in but the people there was nice and unloaded me fast so good place over all!!
