Their main customer support is great, but the Milwaukee line gave me a disconnected number/no service sound when called. The main customer service asked them to call me about scheduling a delivery as they could not do it themselves because Im rural (though mine was scheduled twice without my notice and then not delivered either time, according to the tracking info on my Amazon). I got an email with a link to schedule the delivery, at which point I was told to call the number... and, surprise surprise, it was still out of service. Im going to give them until tomorrow to see if they actually return my call or if the email was supposed to be the return call.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! We, very unfortunately, needed to use this delivery service with an order from Costco. First, our order was sent to a completely different state. Then, we rescheduled the delivery and it was cancelled on us without notifying us. After that, we then tried to contact customer service - after waiting on hold for HOURS on end and getting hung up on multiple times, we finally were told they didnt know where the order was. Our delivery still has not arrived.After trying some more, we finally were told it was in the Cudahy location and we were given this number to call. After 3 rings, the phone just disconnects. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
I have tried coordinating a delivery from Home Depot. They changed delivery on the day and did not notify me. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to them. They changed the date to another day, without my knowledge, and then they didnt show up on that delivery date. Right now, I am STILL waiting for the package to be delivered, after contacting Home Depot to help coordinate delivery. Absolutely awful service!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a couch via Overstock and they shipped with these guys. The phone number doesnt work, and customer support is a total cluster F. AVOID!
Costco hired this delivery company to deliver my purchase. The tracking number said to call on June 7th to schedule the delivery. I called on June 7th and was told they had a different carrier that was going to do the delivery and they would call me to schedule. A week later with no communication I call again to schedule a delivery/get an update. I was told they can no longer deliver my purchase and to call Costco and cancel my order. Needless to say I contacted Costco and let them know about the shipping situation. I am not going to cancel my order, I just want my purchase delivered. Avoid this company at all costs.Not to mention the majority of the times I tried to call (during standard business hours) I was not able to get through and got a Verizon error message that the phone number was not in service.
Delivered patio furniture 3 days earlier than scheduled and left it on my front porch. I couldnt budge the boxes and their local number refused to answer the phone and their 855 number would only pass it off to their local number. Worst carrier ever. Dont buy furniture from Houzz because this is their carrier.
This place deservers a negative rating. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Costco Unfortunately send an item for delivery. I have contacted them to NEVER CONTRACT THEM FOR A DELIVERY FOR MY ACCOUNT EVER AGAIN!!! They changed my delivery date the day of delivery. On the new date they set up. They SHOWED UP LATE!!! After trying to contact them and failing to do so on the first try (after waiting for over 2 hrs on hold) i tried to speak to someone (on the day they were late) and was on hold for 2+ hours again! NEVER AGAIN! Do no use this it is horrible!
This company, if you can even call it that, is terrible. They have large contracts with large companies (Costco for our example) and have rescheduled our delivery four times now in a matter of a week and a half. We have tried calling both their 1-800 number and the local Milwaukee locations number where our shipment has been sitting for two weeks now and both just ring with no answer and no way to leave a message...doubtful they would return it anyway as Theresa and Annemarie apparently do not respond to emails either. This company is a joke and should go out of business stat. Costco will be hearing about this as this is their reputation you are now ruining. Your poor business practices are a reflection on them. I rarely go out of my way to leave a bad review, but the lack of customer service or any service in general is sickening that you are even able to secure such contracts.
Awful communications with this delivery company. Cant get a hold of people within the company (Verizon wireless states temporary unavailable on two different numbers that they call me from??). Emailed Theresa and never got response. They dont come during the times scheduled. Once didnt even call before delivery. Miscommunication with in the company makes it extremely difficult to work with. On positive note the delivery guys seem nice.
Worst service. Never heard of this company before and now I know why! I was on hold for 90 plus minutes! And all I wanted to do is track my order. I recvd an email from Amazon with one delivery time and ceva sent another delivery time. Smh. This is awful. With Lifetime being a reputable company, with quality items, Im surprised they are using a company like this to deliver for them.
Worst company ever their delivery driver didnt even wont to deliver this stuff kept lying where he was i think he was trying to steal my stuff ore something and I still didnt receive them
