Thorough workout but you have to go minimum once or twice a week if you want to see results!!

They told me the wrong time for a doctor appointment ended up taking off work to acomadate their horrible hours not only do I lose money from the day I went in but I lose money when come in the next time. Honestly not very pleased with the place at all if I could I would rate it a zero.
