I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was above and beyond. My car clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. I wish I had a before photo so you could see what they were working with. My partner “couldn’t take it anymore” so I called Metro. They were able to get me in super quickly, and it looks SO GOOD. I can’t recommend them enough & I will definitely be back! It looks like the kind of Uber you pay extra for. I mean, just look at those cup holders.

Pretty good job inside and out. My only complaint would be a better scrub on the wheels, dirt can be seen clearly. I purchased the Detail Package 3 which is on the pricey side for SUV, and expected the wheels to be cleaned a little bit better. Will definitely be back though for interior and exterior clean!

Highly recommend, they were super friendly and professional. I mostly cared about the interior which turned out great and I was very happy about the exterior. My bumper had some damage and they popped it back into place, removed a dent, and made it look super clean. My mom didn’t even recognize my car at first and thought I got a new one!

Decent hand car wash in MKE downtown. They get the job done. You have to check your car properly as they missed cleaning few areas. Overall satisfactory service with price on little higher side. I would stick to more basic services which they do it pretty good.

I had the presidential service done. The exterior was fine. As for the interior there was still dust on my vents, on my dash above the steering wheel. On the inside where the hatch back latches was very dirty. Not impressed at all. I keep my car fairly clean regularly, so when I pay someone else to do it. I expect it to be spotless, and it was not. I just wanted to take a break and let someone else do it. I’ll be detailing my car myself from now on. Thanks for nothing.

For the price, you get fantastic value. My car looked new after a complete detailing. Routine hand washes keep it looking great. They do a really good job with the vacuuming as well.

This is the first time weve ever had a car detailed. Were going on a road trip in a couple of weeks, and I just couldnt bear the thought of spending hours in our disgusting Ford Escape (husbands car, covered in dog hair and coffee spills and god-knows-what). Well we are AMAZED at how good it looks and how clean the folks at Metro got it. My husband said, after he picked it up, that he felt like he was driving the wrong car haha. He also said the heat vents work so much better (maybe they blow them out?). Anyway, we are thrilled. It looks and feels like a brand new car. The price was reasonable and the people working there were super friendly. Were planning on doing this once a year to treat ourselves. Our ride feels luxurious. 5 star service. Money well spent.

I wanted to surprise my best friend in Milwaukee with a CLEAN car (inside and out) and had nowhere to begin, since I live in a different state. I contacted at least 5 places, and Metro not only responded, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Picked up the car secretly from my friends workplace, cleaned it, and dropped it back off for when she got off work. I did not even expect this process to go so great, and it made me feel really one of a kind!!! Not to mention, the car was spiffy!!

This was a new one for them, we werent sure if they would be able to wash and apply the sealer, but they did it!!!Very professional and incredible results, the van looks shinny and clean we were extremely happy with the results. Thank you Mason for such a professional job.

Been going here for the last 3 years and they always get the job done. The owner is great and took extra time on a Friday evening to make sure everything was clean.

Fit me in in an emergency to remove latex paint off my upholstered car seat - owner graciously only charged price of interior detailing, and with that I got an exterior wash too. Saved me because that stuff sets after a couple days. The paint is gone and their staff did a beautiful job detailing my car that wasnt in great shaoe to start with. I dont live by the east side anymore but will continue to come here for deep cleaning my car. I just had to leave my car overnight which was no problem. 5 stars.

I was so very pleased with the service I needed on an ASAP basis. I had used Metro for a detail in the spring 2020 and it was exceptional. This time I was putting my car in storage and wanted sap and road tar, removed as well as cleaning up the mess little ones left in the back seat. Car was done quickly and looked better than new

We had made an appointment for a Deep Interior Detail for Saturday morning. Took the car in and left it with Metro all day. We get a call before 4 pm that the car will be ready in 30 minutes. Fast forward, the car isnt ready until 5, which we were not too upset about since we didnt want them to rush their job. This delay, however, made us late for an appointment so we werent able to give the car a detailed look before we left, which is also not that easy in the rather dark garage at Metro.When we looked at the car in the daylight 10 minutes after leaving Metro, we were surprised to see dirty air vents, dog hair on the seats, remainders of a spill on the left door (which we ended up getting off ourselves with our bare hands after it wasnt done during the detail).We left town for six months on Sunday, so I called right after we left and nobody picked up, so on Sunday spoke to the lady who presented herself as the manager on duty who advised that she needed to take my complaint to the owner. Fast forward four days, no response from the business and nobody picks up the phone after a handful of attempts to reach back out to the business on my own.Things happen, but what is upsetting is the complete lack of ownership and responsibility by the business to make good on their lack of service this day.This is not worth 8 hours without my car and $155 later. Weve gotten the $38 car wash and vacuum for many years, which we never expected to be perfect so we sprung for the extra detail this time and 8 hours later we got a car wash for the cost of a detail.

I walked in at the end of their workday to ask for assistance and they didn’t bat an eye. They helped me immediately and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Went there super quick one day when I was selling a car that I needed clean right away. This car was so dirty...I mean dirty from my two dogs and treating it like a beater in the inside. In about 1 hour on a Sunday he had my car cleaned and ready for me. For 35 bucks this thing was cleaned quicker than I could and better than I could. He gave me some advice on the car which really helped with my sale. I went back there today to get my new car cleaned up. I decided to go with the presidential wash and for 70 bucks it was perfect. My dogs hair is hard to vacuum up so I expected some to be there afterwards. Turned out to be way less. I know they take a bit longer than usual but for how hard they work and how busy they are it doesn’t bother me at all. The owner is so nice and cool to talk with. He remembers who I am which is really nice. I will be a customer there as long as I’m in Milwaukee.

Got my car washed, buffed out scratches, and waxed. Took all day but was 100% worth it, looked better than new, would go back again.

Brought my 15 year old Porsche’s paint back from the dead. Paint correction and waxing done by a passionate team of car guys. I bring all my vehicles here. A+++

Its a detailing shop unfortunately I was able to pay more attention to certain details they missed from the moment I got in vehicle. I spotted dusty steering column that wasnt even wiped down and looked like they only went over certain areas with a damped rag.

I dropped my car off after 2 weeks in Southwest Utah’s red rock National Parks, and it was filthy. We camped out of the car and had a basket loaded on the roof. So there was dust and dirt everywhere, and footprints all over all the door sills.And after I picked it up from Metro, you would’ve thought I had picked it up from the showroom floor. They got everything inside and outside the car spotlessly clean, even the engine bay was cleaned and dressed.This is the second time I’ve taken one of my vehicles to Metro and both times I’ve been blown away by the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

It seemed as though they rushed to get done as my floor mats were in the back still covered with mud. High priced with high expectations going in lead to a let down in the end.

I think this is a great spot if you want to get the inside and outside done it was only 35$ and they did a good job for the price they wiped the dash and vacuumed out the car which was my main concern and they have very nice workers. I would recommend the inside and out job for sure and it was done within an hour!

It did not wash my car at all Im very depressed

I dropped my car off to have it detailed. They told me it would be done around 3:30 pm. They didnt end up finishing it until 4:55pm and they close at 5, so I was without my car all night, because it was impossible to get there in the 5 minutes before they closed. Additionally, I had an ice scraper in the car which they removed and never put back. As a result when it snowed 6 inches 2 days later, I could not clean my window. Additionally, I have tried to contact them many times and they dont answer the phone, return messages, or clear their voicemail. The detail job was fine, but not worth the headache in my opinion.

This is an excellent “city” hand car wash. Being in the city it does not have good parking. I often have to park down the street, but I do so as these guys always do an excellent job and have never tried to push unneeded product or services on me.The $30 full wash is economical enough that it is easy to bring your car back week after week. Especially in the winter months.If I am not detailing my Tesla Model S myself I will only bring it to these guys.

Would not recommend if you have a classic car. I made an appointment for a clay restoration treatment and was told to drop off my car when they opened at 9:00 am, so I left work and ran over there. Several of us were waiting outside when someone finally arrived at 9:15 to open the business. When I picked up the car later that day I immediately noticed two bad scratches down to the metal in the drivers side door. Also, paint on the rear hatch of the car was missing in a few spots. To my amazement, I was told it had been that way when it was dropped off. It had not. People who have classic cars know them like the back of their hand, and to repeatedly tell me this damage had been there previously was bizarre.Will never use again and cannot recommend to anyone who 1. cares about their time, and 2. cares about their cars paint.

This place always exceeds my expectations. I have a new 2017 B9 Audi A4 and it ALWAYS comes out looking brand new. The staff knows me when I return and are always great to work with.I take my car here for weekly car washes and also for yearly detailing. I had a pickle juice spill in my car this last summer and because I couldnt get in the same say I tried another detailer. They did a HORRIBLE job, not only tearing some fabric but they didnt get the smell out. They put air fresheners on the ground to cover it up, no special treatment foe the spill!! The next day I took it to Metro Car Wash and they did me a solid and got the smell out for a good price, they didnt charge me for the full detail and I am EXTREMELY grateful. They told me it didnt even look like it was just detailed. The next week I took it back for a proper detailing and WOW, so good.Will only be going here from now on. Fair prices, great staff, and consistently great results.5 stars for them!!!!Side note: make sure you tip!!!! I hate it when people stiff them, they do such good work its only right to at least throw them a 5. Youll be spending more for a worse result elsewhere and it keeps the good staff happy with their job so they stay there!!! Plus its good to show them you appreciate the great work.

Totally worth it!

Did an deep interior clean and i can still see grease stains in carpet and gum or something. The interior defintiely looks cleaner but not 125 dollars and 7 hours later cleaner. Also i have a push engine car and they left my keys on the outside of the windshield. I would rather have it handed in my hand cause I totally forgot about it and drove off and realized where it was before it could get lost somewhere. I just had higher expectations especially for the advertisement, price, and time. It almost looks like they tried to clean this tough spot but realized it got worse so they left it. The only thing I really liked was the windows, the tires, and the one guy who assisted me (Rodger?).

It is not in my nature to leave a review, but this place deserves the credit. My car was a disaster. It was a year of a lot of travel and I just could not take it anymore. Long story short, I was so happy when I received my car today. I got the most thorough detail, inside and out, and they really delivered. I cannot find anything Im unsatisfied with. I highly recommend this place.

I dropped my car off this morning and was welcomed by the Manager Tim, who was super nice. He then directed me to the Lounge, which is clean and super cozy with a flat screen TV!! My car looks amazing, and I will continue to go back here to get both of my cars cleaned and detailed!!! Thanks Metro!

Fast and good wash

Was here early today dropped my car and left to get lunch the guy told me it will take 30 minutes. He calls after 15 Minutes to tell me that theyll close due to rainy weather and I have 5 minutes to pick it up. I get there and they are still working on it. LOVED THE SERVICE BUT NOT GOING HERE AGAIN

I called and said if they do appointments they said no its first come first serve. I get there and theres no cars in there so i figured i was next but then the guy said i had to make an appointment and that they couldnt do my truck at the moment.

Was there Sunday morning 15 mins after they opened trying to get a car wash, so, I pulled into the car wash location and one caucasian guy approached me (very rude like he didn’t want to be there) and tells me that’s have to park my car outside and there’s an hour and a half waiting for a car wash. I can see if the guy was more friendly about approaching me and didn’t have to park my 2018 car in the street, I would have waited, but with that attitude and risking my car being parked outside on a busy street, NO THANK YOU!!. May I add, they only had two/three vehicles in and plenty of space inside for 6 cars more when I pulled into their location. Honestly, their customer quality is garbage.

I had a 9:00 am appointment for a complete detail but me and the employees were locked out of the building. At about 9:30 I was ready to give up and cancel my appointment so I talked with one of the employees and they said I could leave my truck with them and they could start when someone opened up the building. Metro did a very good job detailing the exterior, the wax and the trim turned out really nice.Unfortunately it looks like my driver’s side window tint was damaged during the detail and I didn’t notice it until a few blocks after I left Metro. There were about 20 small gouges where it looked like the corner of a tool hit the window. Most were near the bottom back corner of the window which wouldn’t have been a such big deal but there are some in the middle of the window and it is noticeable when I check my blind spot. The top inch and a half of the passenger side window was left dirty. There were also a couple of corners that were still dusty around the speedometer and in the bed of the truck.I should have trusted my gut and just cancelled my appointment when the place was over half an hour late to open, but at least I can remove the window tint to fix the damage.

Lied in my face then damaged my paint.Damaged my paint job, I ordered the full exterior paint restoration. First they gave me my car without even fully washing it, the manager lied to my face and told me the car was irreversibly stained on the lower half, after taking it home. I was able to rub off the stains with my bare hands, I brang it back the next day extremelely upset and the manager then apologized when i rubbed the dirt off with my bare hands in front of him and said he would fix my vehicle himself.I dont know if they were upset or made a mistake but after picking my vehicle up it looked a million times better but I noticed some scratches.Lied in my face then damaged the paint on my restoration project.
