Been getting my car serviced here for 2 decades now. One of the best auto repair shops in town imo; voted best of Milpitas for many years and is different from other shops because the management and workers are honest and dont try to hustle you left and right. I refer all my family and friends here and I definitely recommend you give this place a shot.

I went in because my car was making noises when I would turn to the left or right. They fit me into their schedule same day, drove it around, and spent a bit of time examining the car for the source of the sound. Both axel boots were cracked and were replaced free of charge. I was amazed! Noises are now gone.

Owner is a grumpy rude guy; I gave him 2 chances and every time his attitude was offensive!!! Will never go back!

Oil change only from 9am-12pm. Rest of the day they are busy with auto jobs and will probably turn down oil change requests. Bring in your own filter and oil for a quick change.

Finding an auto service shop you can trust is like finding the Holy Grail. I use Abbotts for anything I cant do my self. I can count on a fair price and work that theyll stand behind.

You can see what they are doing and how they are doing it.There are no appointments, just walk in. They open at 9 am, ensure that you reach well before 9 if you need an Oil Change. People start waiting from 8:15 am.Pros:- Quick Service- Reasonable Charges- Experienced MechanicsCons:There are no significant cons as such. They do not pick up calls, but this is because they are immensely busy all day that they do not have any time to pick up calls.It is advisable to just visit them. If you are going for an oil change, visit them at around 8:30 am and wait till they open.

Extremely fair / honest place. Needed to get the drivers side view mirror replaced. While other places quoted anywhere between 200-400$ they straight up quoted me a price under 50$ and fixed it for the same ! no games, no cheating! Wish more people were honest like these guys. Will never go to another place ever again.

Very quick, very very honest and reasonably priced shop. I called at 11am to get a quote for my oil change, they estimated $40. Came in for the job around 11:30am, it took me ~30min to get everything done and they only charged me $30 based on the actual oils used.While I was there, I saw a lady brought her car in and ask about some part changed - which I think other mechanics told her to. The owner checked the car thoroughly and told her there is no need for that, everything is fine, and did not charge her anything. Very very honest, I was pleasantly surprised.This will be my regular shop from now on for sure!

Ive only been living in Milpitas for 10 years but can honestly say this shop stands above all. They are fair and honest when it comes to pricing and dont compromise the service. They work on many brands of vehicles, I brought my Chevy Malibu few times and my siblings took the following vehicles here as well, Suzuki aerio, Toyota Corollaand Dodge Durango.

Very genuine for actual work needed for the car. Very fair and reasonable priced. Is open till 6pm and extends sometime to deliver the car same day... The owner Mr. Thoy is kind enough to loan his Toyota truck when u leave your car...
