I didnt really have a major problem going here until my last dental cleaning which I was told I need fillings. It wasnt explained well where are the cavities in laymans terms.4 fillings was done.initially, I was told only 2 cavities but when the dentist started the process I ended up with 4 fillings.After the procedure all my fillings feels very rough, and sharp. When I floss, it kinda get caught in bet the teeth. Lots of sensitivity too. I slowly felt dull ache I waited for a week to see if it will get better but sadly it didnt.I came back and explained my concerns but it didnt get address.They tried to help but communication is very poor.I ended up getting a root canal somewhere elsein one of the fillings and max out my dental insurance.I agree with the other comment in yelp regarding prescription bec. I had to keep calling them to get the prescription right. I was in so much pain that a narcotic was prescribed I didnt get it until almost 2 days bec. They keep not giving the right prescription.The dentist didnt really explain well unless I ask more questions and always in a hurry.I will not be surprised if the clinic will deny my review or blame me, but then again I will not gain anything from this other than hopefully it wont happen again to someone else.Other than dental cleaning I would recommend you going somewhere else if you need to do a complicated dental work up.It was unnecessary pain and expenses for something that could have been easily avoided only if there is a better communication.I hope goggle doesnt remove my honest review.Some business pay to get negative reviews remove which defeats the purpose of reviews.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. I am deathly afraid of getting dental work done and Silver Firs has completely eliminated that feeling. They worked with me and my budget to ensure not only the health of my teeth but they got the most important things done with working with the look of my mouth. I have missing teeth and they completely brought it back to a actor quality smile. I am no longer afraid to smile and I always look forward to seeing the team of amazing dental workers. My husband is a regular customer here and he said that the service is great and the price is very reasonable!. Yes, thats truth. I had experienced check up and deep clean. and I just did tooth extraction and bone graft yesterday (05/21/21) by Dr. Bal. Everything went well, Dr and his assistant helped me feel comfortably and no painful. Thank you. I thought that an hour later maybe the extracted tooth area would hurt me but nothing happened. That s awsome. Moreover, all staffs here are very friendly and enthusiatic. 5 stars for service 👍

I was in for my semi-annual cleaning. Dr. Singh and his staff found a discoloration in the roof of my mouth. My visit went well, but they told me to come back to check it out in a week. When I came back Dr. Singh got me in immediately and checked me out in a week. The discoloration was gone. As a former Risk Manager Im grateful for their professionalism and follow up on a potential problem I could be having with my mouth. Thank you.

So its been 3-4 months now since I got my filling on my molar done here and it actually hurts worse than when I had a cavity and I can feel indents where they didnt fill in.... Now ever since the filling if I have anything hot like coffee or anything with ice or sugar I feel like I have someone punching me in the face every 5 minutes. Also im lucky if I can even get 3 hours of sleep a night since getting the filling cause just brushing my teeth makes it hurt so bad, and it lasts the entire night. End conclusion unless you hate yourself or your kids dont take them here!!! Its not worth your money or anyones to be in this much pain.

I have been treated by Dr Singh from more than 5 years ago. He is doing such a great job I really appreciate all his tremendous implants which I was very worried before he treated me. He let me feel that the implants is a very pleasant and easy treatment. I usually advise all my relatives and friends to have all their dental needs to be treated by Dr Singh.. I have some cavities today which were treated by Dr Singh as usual with extra care. The staff is very friendl helpful and nice. They work the great with your schedule to be sure youre taken care of. This happened to someone I know:“ I went to this dental office on 10/3/2019. I went in to get 2 fillings on the right side. I came out with horrible skin tear on my face. Dr. Singh told me it was an allergic reaction but I am a nurse and it was a straight up skin tear. They documented it and gave me a refund of my out of pocket costs but they still took the insurance portion. 11/1/2019 they messaged me asking me to remove my review. I put a Google review with photos and they somehow got it removed.i tried contacting google to see how they got my review removed because it is 100%. Removing my review that is 100% true is infringing my freedom of speech and a total messed up part of Googles part.the first photo is right when I came out of the dentist. I took photos to monitor the healing and for my own documentation. I posted the screen shot of my review on google and the email they sent me asking to remove it. I cant believe this dental office got my review removed from google. my review is 100% true and it is concerning they would remove a customers 100% true experience.” Photos can be seen on yelp reviews.

I love this place! I unfortunately have been to the dentist more then most and have bounced around dental offices due to lack of bedside manner. Every employee my little sister and I have encountered has been incredibly friendly and makes us feel welcomed. Something I really like about this place is that the staff remembers who you are; theres been plenty of times where I didnt need to properly check-in because they knew who I was and what I was there for. Also, the billing process is a breeze; its convenient because you have the choice of paying upfront or being sent a bill. The staff is patient, kind, and professional.

Dr. Singh is the best dentist I have ever been too. I shopped around to find the best prices for the work I needed and they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I was worried that because of the great prices that maybe I would be sacrificing quality, bedside manner, attention to detail, etc. But boy was I wrong! Not only do they have the best prices around, but all the things I was concerned about were quickly put behind me. This place will do the best work, and not do anything that you do not need. The staff and dentists are very friendly and professional. They try really hard to make your appointments work for your schedule. Also they tell you up front what any charges maybe after your exam for any further services. One thing I have noticed is that they have started to send appointment reminders via text message if you provide them with a cell number and if you have like gmail they send you an appointment notice as well. I would recommend their services to anyone.

When i had a tremble tooth pain they were very good about trying to get me in to see the dentist the same day. When they informed me that i had to get a root canal they gave me a few options as to what i could do in the mean time. But the next day the pain was so bad that i couldnt wait any longer to have he root canal done. They were able to get me in the next day when i called saying i needed it done asap. I have to say that the root canal was so painless that i didnt even know that i was having one. I would highly recommend their services. The staff is so professional and approachable and know who you are by name when you call them.

I had looked everywhere for a creditable implant dentist that was a fair price since my insurance doesnt pay.The tooth was my front tooth so I was very concerned about the Esthetics of it. Way over priced. Customer care honestly could be much better. You get a lecture over the phone if you have to cancell or change your appointment. They even moved thier office and failed to notify patients. Who does that?!?!? I could go on and on. Do yourself and the family a favor, go elsewhere.Wish I could give a negative 1 star.

Scheduled an appointment for myself and my teenage son, received a date and time. In my experience an appointment is set once you do this. Just a heads up you must call back to verify you still have an appointment at this place. When I called back to verify my appointments they had an appointment for my 2 yr old son, not the teenager. WRONG!!! Sandy the receptionist whom I made the appointment with originally asked me if I had a confirmation number. This was in response when I told her she scheduled my appointments incorrectly. By the way I never recieved a confirmation number. This place is a joke and I would double check if you ever plan to go and get your teeth cleaned. Unorganized and unprofessional. Its too bad I never got to experience the dental service due to a poor front office. When you waste my time I will find business elsewhere.

I have had the extreme privilege of filling in this week as a temporary dental assistant for Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Singh. I have temped a lot around Snohomish County and this is absolutely one of the most professional and considerate office I have worked in. Their infection control practices far exceed industry standards. The staff is incredibly supportive and informed. Both providers care deeply about the dental field and have their patients best interest at heart. You will be well taken care of at Silver Firs.

My wife and daughter both go here and we have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. The professionals are gentle and display loads of compassion.

Be prepare yourself for more than 1/2 hour wait time to your appt.

Horrible experience with this dentist drilling without use of anesthesia on my child and not being very sensitive, making my child feel bad about being anxious after this traumatic experience. When our new dentist called to get records, Osborne square made it VERY difficult to get records sent over. They would not return phone calls and would only answer if from an unidentified number would not answer from my number or from the new dentists number. Very odd and unprofessional.

Dentist coughed in my face on two separate occasions. Billing is a mess. The front office never knows whats going on. And they cancelled my daughters appointment in retaliation.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My niece, who is my dependent, went to their office for treatment. After the X-rays doctor Bajwa came in with her assistant and started talking medical terms over my nieces head. My niece was never shown the x-rays, and it was never explained to her what needed to be done. My niece found out that her next appointment was for tooth extraction, and she heard that NOT from the doctor, but from the receptionist! When I called and complained I was told that next time we come in the doctor will make sure to sit down with us and actually go over the treatment plan. However, a few days later the letter came in from the doctor saying that they requested that the ins. company re-assign us to a different office. They dumped us without even talking to us and making things right! They probably only deal with patients who keep their mouth shut about whats going on.Also, they didnt finish cleaning both my husbands and my nieces teeth. They flossed and brushed, but didnt do the plaque removal because the doctor was busy. They did charge for it though. What a scam!
