Dentist is very thorough. I really liked my hygienist, Julia. I was disappointed in the loud (I thought) music combined with loud voices from other hygienists at other stations. Just have to tube it out.

Emily, Dr. Chins assistant, for my procedure was one of the warmest, most thoughtful and kind people Ive ever met. Both Dr. Chin and Emily had the patience of angels with me and I just cant thank them enough. Dr. Chin is really phenomenal at what she does. My dad was a dentist and a brother too. Hes just too far away for me to go to. So, to find a replacement for him was a heck of a chore! :)

The crown went on with ease, very few adjustments needed. Dr. Chin and her colleagues are good listeners, and make me feel comfortable. I have been getting my care with this clinic since my previous dentist left. I have continued my care because of the skill and sincere friendliness of all the staff.Dr. Chin has exceptional skills, is sincere, always prompt and explains procedures well.

After an injury requiring follow up after oral surgery, I was referred to Dr. Chin. Her entire team was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They were aware of the level of trauma I had endured and demonstrated great empathy for me, whilst still getting the job done. The office itself is modern and comfortable and the equipment is of the highest quality, making the experience pleasant. Even if the office were not conveniently located for me, I would commute to keep this team for my dental health needs.

I had a filling fail and started experiencing some tooth pain. I knew I had to get and have it looked at right away. wasnt able to get into my regular office due to the COVID closures. Dr. Chin was accommodating enough to see me. Even though it wasnt a real emergency, she was did a thorough exam and eased my worry. I was very pleased.

And 24 years and a new dentist, the practice remains excellent as Dr. chin and my favorite hygienist provide great, comfortable service.

Unfortunately, we both required deep cleaning treatments...never fun...but the performance of the hygienists was phenomenal and I can truly say they are two of the best that we have ever experienced.
