Family Dental Care of Mill Creek is the Best! Dr Szerszen and staff are friendly, gentle and thorough. The office is clean and welcoming. I don’t dread going to the dentist!!

So glad I made the switch to this office. Dr. Szerszen does excellent work and makes you feel comfortable while in the chair. Their dental hygienist and assistant are also great and very friendly! Extremely pleased after my first few visits!

From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor they are all very friendly and helpful and professional.Very clean environment.I was very nervous going to dentist during COVID time but they were very very careful about sanitizing surfaces and also having filtration system in the room so it is well ventilated. Dr. Szerszen went above and beyond anything he needed to to help me! I was a patient of the dentist who was there prior to Dr. Szerszen and hadnt been there for a couple of years, but when I got a scary report elsewhere, Dr. Szerszen offered to give me a free second opinion. He even took x-rays and helped me to know what my optional next steps should be. He didnt need to do any of that. His staff were all so friendly and helpful, too!

This dentist saved me 3988 dollars! I am not insured and I needed two crowns. I have visited one dentist office and I was quoted over 5000 dollars for two crowns and two root canals. I decided to try another dentist and I have visited Family Dental Care of Mill Creek. After taking an x-ray I was informed that root canals were not necessary and all what I needed were two crowns. In addition Mr. Szerszen has explained that I had a choice of different types of crown and has recommended the most economical choice since we were dealing with my back teeth. (Appearance did not matter to me)Ten days later all work was done on time and professional manner and at affordable prices. I strongly recommend this dental clinic.

Ive had several interactions with Dr. Szerszen since he acquired the practice from Dr. Kane. First a double crown and second a filling. I am not the best patient as the numbing agents dont work very well on me - Dr. Szerszen has been incredibly patient in making sure Im comfortable and pain free. I also enjoy that the staff is very personable and that I never have to wait more than a few minutes before being seen. I recommend Dr. Szerszen to anyone in need of a dentist in the Mill Creek area.

My family has been coming to this office for nearly a decade and we have been extremely satisfied with our level of care. Dr Szerszen is an excellent dentist, very attentive to our needs and helps us understand all the treatment options available to us. What I like best about Dr. Kane is his willingness (and knowledge) to consider different solutions to dental problems. My last dentist seemed stuck on one, expensive answer to whenever a tooth needed care. Dr. Kane looks for the best answer, and luckily for me, often it is less expensive, too! He knows what he is doing, and does it kindly and without discomfort. The rest of his staff is also skilled and gentle. I highly recommend this practice!

Recently I had to have a cavity repaired and a crown replaced and Dr Szerszens care was professional and painless and good results.The front office staff are warm and welcoming.

I came here for a teeth cleaning and was glad I did. No wait time and everyone at the office is extremely nice and friendly. Gail did my cleaning and it was the most gentle and painless cleaning Ive ever had! Dr. Szerszen did some checks on me - he is quite a funny guy and awesome! Id definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs. They also have a cool fish tank in the office in the ops area, which is nice to look at when youre in the dental chair.

Im glad I found a dentist Im comfortable with! I have always been scared of the dentist since I was a kid and so I have avoided seeing a dentist for years. Luckily when I finally went in for a check up, I only had one cavity. Dr. Szersen walked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease. Im actually looking forward for my next cleaning! Dr. Szerszen says Dental care is not a commodity and thats what impressed me the most.There are certain services which bring in irreversible changes or at least it takes a very long time to get back to normal - for example having a haircut, getting a tattoo OR dental services (cleaning, filling, crowns and what not). I had a bad experience with my previous dentist when she accidentally filed a portion of my teeth while cleaning. And so, I wanted to be careful before choosing my dentist when I moved to Seattle.I decided to go to Dr. Szerszen after a lot of research. There were several positive reviews but didnt want to base my decisions only on external reviews. So, I talked to him. I wanted to understand what does his job mean to him and if there is any real care in his dental care.He really and he sounded pretty knowledgable. And I liked him for several reasons:a) He is young, totally in touch with all the latest in the world of dental care, what are the recent trends etc.b) His set up is pretty frugal which gave me an idea that he doesnt passes on his overhead expenses to his patientsc) He has a great team. I was helped by Dr. Tasha and she apart from being really good at her job is a great conversationalist. She took the xrays and spent some time to talk about my teeths condition and explained a bit before she started with the cleaning process. While cleaning my teeth she was very gentle and invested a good amount of time to make sure I was comfortable.I look forward for a couple of other follow up appointments and I would definitely recommend a consultation with Dr. Szerszen if you are in and around Mill Creek area. I drive all the way from Capitol Hill to Mill Creek but I know its totally worth it.

Like many people, I have never really been a fan of going to the Dentist. Until now. I have had nothing but great care and excellent experiences here. If you are looking for a dentist with friendly faces and great service you wont be disappointed.

Dr. Szerszen extracted a wisdom tooth that was bothersome and needed to be removed. He did an excellent job, and it healed up very quickly! Dr. Szerszen really knows his profession and tackled my problem without any difficulties. Hes and his staff are all Terrific!

Teeth whitening - A1 experience----------------------------------------------------I used to smoke and I drink a lot of coffee. I definitely needed a whitening to get rid of stains from cigarettes and coffee. I wasnt able to make a decision due to cost and safety concerns.Dr. Szerszen suggested me Zoom Whitening. I love how he candidly explained me the process giving me pretty un-biased opinion. He explained about whitening procedures, associated cost, time and impact on my teeth and then waited for me to make the decision.Heres why I would recommended Dr. Szerszens whitening procedure:a) It was perfectly safe and painlessb) It is very cost efficient - perhaps the cheapest in the marketc) Didnt experience any gum irritation, very brief teeth sensitivity which went away after a few minutesd) Overall process took less than an hour. I gained 4 shades - Prior to whitening my teeth were A4 and after whitening they are at A1e) Had 3 rounds of whitening (15 mins each) during this session. My hygienist Coleen demonstrated great care, she was patient, friendly and she definitely knows her business very well.
