This is a very dishonest business. They run an Amazon store titled The Time Store Authorized Dealer. However they sell watches through that store as an unauthorized dealer. These watches then do not have a manufacturers warranty. I purchased a watch that was broken as soon as I received it, and have spent two weeks trying to get it repaired until warranty, only slowly learning of their full deception now. They dont respond to emails, messages through Amazon, and their phone numbers dont work.UPDATE: I didnt think that this business could get more dishonest. I just purchased the same new watch on EBay from a different seller. The same exact broken watch arrived. So after I returned it to them for the Amazon sale, they went and sold it to another retailer, knowing that it was broken, but passing it off as new again.
