I bought necklaces from here and after 4 months the chains broke. I had to repurchase a 250 dollar necklace and I had to pay an extra 50 for it to get fixed. After that, I bought 2 name rings and after 4 MONTHS one ring cracked. All the gold was still on the ring, nothing had to be replaced. When I brought it one lady was telling me 50 to get it fixed and another lady was telling me 120! The money wasn’t the problem, customer service is terrible! If you are not able to give the right price don’t give it at all. It’s been a month and a half and I still haven’t got my ring back. The gold here is cheap and not worth the price at all. You’re going to end up paying double for it to get fixed

I love this outlet. It’s more like a cute spot for jewelries. This place is so addictive; you wouldn’t want to leave cause the jewelries are so beautiful and colorful. The prices are good and the guy there was very helpful when I asked all the questions.

Terrible customer service. You stand near the counter and no one acknowledge you. I even took out my zales card to show that I was ready to buy! Needs more staff. It wasnt that busy. As Im writing this Im still waiting..... On a hello

This Zales store is the utmost horrible place Ive ever been to. My fiance got a beautiful ring, within 2 months after getting it sized a diamond fell out. We also sent in to get a brand new eing made sonit will have no problems after w months of calling and aski g aboit thw new ring they finally looked into and said thwu cancelled rhe order becauaw rhwu no longer make the ring,.. seriously, thanka for calling. After all that we also put sizing beads to make the ring a size 5, they made the ring with the beads a size 3 which kills my finger. Then another diamond fell out in a different spot. Now when I went to go pick up my ring, they refused to give it to me because its not my fiance and I dont have the proper receipt. The service that has been provided was rude, I couldnt believe they refused to give me my ring after all the other times of dropping it off and picking it up with out it is was able to.. Im still in shock and pissed!!!NEVER BUY A RING HERE, GO ELSE WHERE, YOULL GET PROBLEMS LIKE MINE AND RUDE SERVICE!!Im ready to throw in the towel to get our money back for all these problems and Ive only had the ring since Xmas 2015.
