After being waitlisted for almost a year I got a call a month ago informing me they had a new therapist available in the Milford location which was great since my sons last therapy was coming to an end. Three weeks ago we show up to our first appointment and the therapist never showed. They called and apologized, and set it for last week, 20 minutes before the appointment they call to cancel, this week we show up and they didn’t even call me to cancel, a different therapist had to get ahold of them. It is very clear the people at the front office do not care about mental health and have a very poor set of communication skills. As a parent and a professional I would highly suggest seeking services from a different establishment. I will not be strung along any further. It’s unfortunate.
