I started out seeing Dr kalkstein. I wasnt happy with his up-to-date knowledge of psychiatry as he is rather old a 70 plus. I then switched to Dr chew it in Milford and was 10 minutes late for an appointment and they marked me as a show and discharge me as a patient as I had no prior no shows I have never been so disrespected as a patient

Went once in 2019. Had to cancel due to financial reasons. They just hit me up for a cancelation fee 2 years later! Thanks for helping my mental health. Obviously worried about money more than helping people.

If I could give zero stars I would. They cancel appointments at the last minute, The business office is rude. Half the people there arent sure what insurance is accepted. This place is just a mess. I have an autistic adult in my home that cant get the care she needs because this place cant get it together. There is a reason for a 2.5 star rating. I need therapy myself after dealing with this place.

The staff are courteous and very caring. Dr. Chua is awesome.

They are terrible at this place. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here! Aside from sitting in their waiting area for 45 minutes one visit, before having to reschedule, they made things worse with the patient, to the point where shes refused to go back. Additionally, Ive been charged a $40 No Show Fee for an appointment they canceled an hour prior to us arriving and the woman in the billing office is rude about it. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB.

The woman In the business office ar very rude, they will keep you on hold for thirty minutes, talk down to you make disrespectful comments and treat you like your on Obamacare. Very unprofessional and a sad display of individuals who deal with people who have mental health issues.

After seeing a counselor for many years, when I moved to Delaware I found this facility. I feel that I am receiving better services through their counseling and medication management.

I have called several times to set up an appointment and I have received no response back . The one and only time that I was able to talk to someone they gave me the impression that they were too busy and I would be lucky if I could get her in . My question is if you’re trying to reach out and help somebody this place does not seem to offer the support you need .

Keeps changing my husbands appointment time and saying hes late when he has an email from them saying what time his appointment is. Rude, disrespectful black woman constantly has an attitude for no reason every time we go. They never pick up the phone, its a major hassle just to even schedule as a new client because you have to call Dover then get transferred and half the time they dont even answer. And if you need a prescription you must be in a video call with someone up in Dover.

My daughter saw Sara... She gave horrible advice to my child. I was amazed and confused. Besides the poor customer service the therapist only made things worst. If you think your delusional or depressed, shell make you feel worse. I was shocked at her behavior but not shocked when I read these other reviews from so many others

Ive had alright experiences with the practitioners I see here, but every time I have to call for something, whichever location I speak to (because youll be bounced around, depending on what you need) they sound like they could not possibly be more annoyed/rushed.
