Unprofessional people who prey on people who are powerless. So sad to see people who abuse the little power they have to make peoples lives as difficult as possible. There should be an ethics committee to report to. I came to this location with 2 years clean and full take homes a full time job and my life together. The transfer was horrible i was forced to continue to drive from Upton to Boston for an extra 6 days after doc approved me just because they didnt feel like calling and telling nurses Id be starting. Just to make peoples life difficult.My take homes wouldnt transfer which is fine, however the immature security guard ( only the one out of 4 the others are great) decided to flex his power one day and harass me not even on their property for finishing my work call before pulling in the driveway. When he saw me report him he reported me for literally nothing. My report on his harassment was ignored and they penalized me without asking me what happened or any type of trying to see if in fact I deserved to be penalized. When I tried to report to higher staff I was ignored and told basically too bad Id be penalized even though they couldnt say a thing I did wrong. Shame on people who want to feel powerful and make people suffer, especially looking at people like they are lower than you and can be bullied because they may be in a weak point in their lives. I am far past that point in my life you can go ahead and flex the power make me have to struggle its a shame on you people and sad for your life. I am however looking into who takes reports on unethical behavior for the clinic. Maybe the medical board of the doctor who runs the place would be interested.

This place is absolutely disgusting how it is run. Please read all the reviews before even attempting to come to this location. I have been to other facilities prior to this one .the reviews are true in regards to Milford spectrum, they truly only care about their $-profit-$ rather then their patients well-being and health. As patients we have done what is asked of us, yet when we need help they refuse to work with their patients in any manner. The rudeness by staff is not only unprofessional but outright horrifying. We come here to better our lives not make them miserable. If you have a job and your occupation be prepared to loose it. Their groups and counslers wont let you dose if you do not listen to them or adhere to their schedule. The groups run at horrible times during normal blue collar working hours. They have no other options for this. Even if you call out with notice like they ask you to you will be penalized and either not dosed (yes they will do that) or asked to leave. They use your urgent need for sobriety as a weapon against you. Basically what it has come down to is do exactly what they say no matter how un-reasonable it may be, or else. This is absolutely disgustingly ran facility, if you choose to not head the, many, many, many, negative reviews all I can say is good luck and I hope you have better luck then the many many before you. Sincerely a concerned patient.

The employees here get it. Theyre not trying to push their own agenda. Or if they are, your their agenda. Straight up recovery. No BS! Serious people doing serious work.

This place is horrible!!!!!!! The clinicians and nurses purposely single people out and treat them poorly. You have to call repeatedly to get in contact with anyone you need to speak to but god forbid you miss 1 netting because if you do you will be picked on for the entire time you are here. They would rather people go out and use than do their jobs and help a client. Awfullllll. Switch to Framingham where people are actually helpful. I wonder why I have 5 clinicians in 2 years at Milford. Just awful.

I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star, all they care about is money. They DO NOT try to adhere to their clients work/home schedules; and demand you do groups on their time. Yet your paying them for your own recovery! These people are so strict and unbelievably incoherent/careless of your life and work schedule outside of treatment they would rather punish you by not dosing you or discharging you... forcing you to be sick and obviously use. The clinicians are constantly leaving/resigning and the head clinician is so stuck up and rude. Also billing dept has tried multiple times to tell me I owed over 500$ and after I called Corporate... They owed me money. Save yourself a relapse and dont go to the Milford location!

Worst patient care I have ever seen the management singles people out and fabricates storys to fit their agenda they look to penalize people for no reason other than to make working contributing people working back into societys lifes unobtainable Michelle and Karen have no concern for any of the patients and get joy from punishment
