I had my husband drop some clothing off at the dry cleaners for me, didnt realize he took them in September, I was very nervous they wouldnt be there any longer and they were so that made me happy. The nice lady behind the counter explained to me they would not get rid of clothing unless its been there for at least year. Very good to know! Time can easily get away from you.
It’s a hit or miss with this particular cleaners. the first few times i used it it was ok. The last time, I brought in a rug- a wool runner for dry cleaning. I didn’t have a chance to unwrap it for several weeks as my rooms were being painted and redone. When I finally unrolled the rug it was clear it wasn’t cleaned at all - dirt showed on the edges and tassels and the lighter areas of the rug. I wish I could post photos here. Peninsula, in Milford, refused to rectify the problem because I didn’t report it within 30 days.
I went to pick up my items after FIVE MONTHS & they thankfully still had all 3: my daughter’s junior bride dress, my step daughter’s flower girl dress & most importantly MY WEDDING DRESS was all still there! & they got every stain out from my girls dresses!! Let me tell u they were FILTY! I couldn’t be happier ☺️
Had three pair of chefs pants altered and when I got them home they were still way too long. I even put the pants on while I was there so the lady could pin them to the accurate length.I took the pants back to have them altered to the correct length but the lady said I would have to pay........again because I agreed to the length when she pinned them. I dont know how to alter or much to take off thats why I tried them on for her! Ill be taking my business else where.
Poor customer service and worst drycleaning ever. We have beautiful down comforters that we have taken to various dry cleaners across the nation as we are a military family and have travelled a lot. Our comforters average $600 per comforter. Being new residents to Milford, we decided to support our local business by taking both comforters to this facility instead of Dover where we usually go to. Worst decision and experience ever. First they were $16 more expensive than Dover and worst of all our comforters came back more dirty than when we dropped them off, and also smelled like spicy food. To make matters worst, instead of dry cleaning, they submerged our down comforters in plain water. Everyone who is familiar with down comforters know what happens when it gets soaked in water. We tried to work things out with them and they were incorporating and denied to issue us a refund or even redo the dry cleaning. I’ve just not had the time yet, but as our comforters seat in a plastic bag at home (smelling the entire guest room we have them in), we will still be filing a small claims case with this business. Whatever you do, take your cleaning some where else. They are expensive and do a very poor job. They are rude and arrogant. Also, i spoke with some colleagues at work and each person I spoke to said, they have only used them once and will rather drive to Dover than use this place. There’s also another cleaners across (adjacent) to Wawa. If you want to support a local Milford business, take your stuff there. Let’s all make sure bad business like this and bad business owners don’t get our business in Milford .
Very good experience. Took 3 suits and 6 shirts all turned out great.
I had an awful experience with their dry cleaning services. I wont recommend their services cause nothing was done to remedy the unsatisfactory work performed on my items.
I was called last week and they told me to pick up my things by Feb. 15th. I went there today and I was told the owner changed his mind and donated not just my cloths but others on the 3rd.
I took my daugthers prom dress for alteration and cleaning and they did an excellent job
