Brought in a mother of the bride dress that needed extensive hemming, lots of layers. They did a fantastic job and only took a week. On top of that they are making me a gorgeous shawl with the left over material. Couldn’t be happier! Only place I will ever go for tailoring. Highly recommend!

My company and myself have been doing business with Executive Cleaners for years and as someone who has been in many cleaners I can attest that I have rarely seen a better run dry cleaner. Immediately when you enter you are greeted by a friendly smiling employee and quite often the warm and welcoming owners. You can see their dedication and attention to detail by the cleanliness of the plant and call area. On top of all this their quality of work and pricing are hard to beat. You should feel absolutely comfortable leaving your clothes in their well trained and professional hands.

I have been using executive cleaners wash and fold service for a few months now. They are quick in turn around and do a great job! I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I brought in some clothes for alterations and the staff that assisted me were courteous and professional. Additionally they offered to alter the jeans I was wearing the same day, and I received them back expertly altered. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I will be back for all of my alteration needs, just like you should be.

Been using Executive for years. They do a great job & have a friendly staff. Usually 2-3 days for dry cleaning. Wish they had a same day option (even if more expensive)- would come in handy sometimes. Would recommend their services.

I was looking for a quality tailor to help with a last minute, same day alteration and Executive Cleaners came to the rescue! I saw the service online and decided to leave them a chat around 4 am. To my surprise, someone responded almost immediately. Long story short, they took care of the alterations same day. They were kind, courteous and prompt. Couldnt be happier with the service. EDIT: Executive Cleaners called me in less than 24 hours regarding my review and advised me to bring the quilt in for a re-wash which was not done the first time. I believe it was just dry-cleaned the first time. Very professional and responsive. The comforter smells soooo much better now. Thank you Executive Cleaners.I have two French Bulldogs that sleep with me at night so I took my Anthropologie quilt in for a cleaning. I gave this review 3 stars because 1) it took 5 days to get the quilt back - I had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket to sleep with for 5 nights when it got cleaned and 2) when I received the quilt it honestly smelt so bad and almost like a burnt type of stench. I had to immediately drive and buy linen Febreeze to get the smell out of my quilt. Anywhere I have got my items dry cleaned - they are returned clean and smelling good but it was not the case at Executive Cleaners in Milford.

Over the years I have used many different dry cleaners and always found something that has kept me from staying loyal to them. For the past few years, I have been going Executive Cleaners and have no plans of making anymore changes. The service is friendly, and I love the convenience of the drop off bag. Executive Cleaners IS NOT the closest dry cleaner to my house but the friendly staff, speed of service and quality work makes it worth the extra time it takes to get there.

Very polite staff and great service! I bring my clothes here for alterations, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results! Today I brought over a coat with a “broken zipper” to be repaired/replaced. After evaluating the condition of the zipper, the woman behind the counter (sorry didn’t get your name) explains to me the coat has a double zipper and in fact it doesn’t need repair. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and professionalism displayed by this staff member. I highly recommend this business to all in search of dry cleaning and tailoring services. I would highly recommend Executive Cleaners! I had my wedding dress cleaned by them, and they did an AMAZING job! On the night of my wedding, it rained and the bottom of my dress was covered in dirt. After Executive Cleaners cleaned it, you would never even know that it was dirty! It looked exactly how it did the day that I picked it up. So appreciative and thankful!

I had a bridesmaid dress emergency 2 days before the wedding, a water stain directly in middle of my beautiful gown. After being turned away by MANY other companies we found Executive Cleaners to be the most promising and showed up as soon as they opened (6:30am, the earliest Ive seen in my search.) They were sympathetic and understanding to the situation and told us that they will do everything they could to get the dress back to its former glory. THREE HOURS LATER they called saying she was done!!! I am so thankful for their hard work!!

I took a pair of expensive(and loved) khakis to Clem at Executive coated in tar as I walked on a road near my home that was being prepared for paving.The outlook was not good, these pants seemed destined for the garbage but I took a chance with Executive Cleaners.Clem and her husband took immediate action and were able to save my beloved khakis.I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the friendly customer service and will return to executive cleaners regularly!

Not only does executive cleaners do an excellent job with clothes, but they are extremely honest. A relative of mine left cash in the pocket of their dry cleaning. Such a great place!!! I was in a total pinch to have my suit pressed for a friends wedding. No iron in the house and with barley anytime to spare I called on a whim. They had no problem getting my clothes clean, pressed and looking good in no time at all. The owner was so nice and helpful. Such a strange world compared to the big city I’m from. I’d move here just to be able to use this dry cleaner on a regular basis.

My first experience with Executive Cleaners has turned out to be wonderful! I was looking for a new dry cleaner, as the one I used to use went out of business some time ago. I had not tried Executive Cleaners because I was (wrongly) under the impression that big wasnt necessarily better. Well, I was completely--and happily--wrong in my assumption! My husband dropped off his winter jacket along with my trusty raincoat, which were both in need of a good cleaning, and when I picked them up tonight, both looked brand new, wonderfully cared for, and very clean!! In addition, I received Excellent Service from both Magda and Jaime, who cheerfully and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. By the time I left, those two very nice young ladies made me feel that I was one of their long-time, valued customers! As said in an old movie, I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship! I took 2 wool coats and 1 down mid-waist coat to be dry cleaned. I had a coupon that was suppose to grant me a discount of $14.99 for the wool coats. Once the cashier applied the coupon it didnt seem like a discount at all. The cashier explained the discount process to me that I had accepted in the end. But, what got me was when I picked up the items one of my wool coats had a lot of hair at the bottom. I had expressed my concerns and not one cashier looked at me. One continued to mend someones clothing, then she told the other cashier to get me a lint brush. I got the hair off my coat my self. No apologies from anyone. I will not be patronizing this facility again. It was convenient because I have to pickup medications for my dogs whose doctor is nearby on a weekly basis.

Very nice people but what would be nicer if $300 of my clothing wasn’t ruined now. Jacket shrunk, and they had no explanation for it. I could’ve done that washing it myself actually. And a sweater had bleached armpits. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe I changed my deodorant but I didn’t. And I’ve had these sweaters dry cleaned before at a different place. She said, “this happens all the time”... nope, never had it happen to me until going here.

Amazing service. While changing an ink cartridge in my printer, I blotched a half inch circle black spot on the front of my blue sweater. Although my first reaction was to throw the sweater away, I gave Executive Cleaners the challenge and, the sweater now looks like new. Amazing service! Had my prom dress tailored at the Milford location, there was so much fabric they had to work with. Dress came out amazing and was so fast. I got my band pants tailored here. I folded them to the length that it needed to be hemmed and the girl who helped me suggested that we measured it and have an actual inch amount to be safe. Very helpful and my pants are now perfect for my height. Definitely would come here again.

I brought my very used uggs to get cleaned. They had some water damage on the front from being worn in the rain/snow and pretty much flattened on the inside from the constant use. When I got them back the front looked 10 times better than it did before and the inside felt fluffier, not worn down from use. I was really impressed that I brought my other pair to get cleaned that werent as bad to store for next fall/winter. I would definitely bring them back to get cleaned.

I’ve been going to Executive Cleaners for 10 years now and every single time I’ve had a great experience. Recently I had a mold problem in my apartment and had to have multiple winter coats, pants, and uggs cleaned. This is the second time I’ve used executive cleaners to clean uggs and I highly recommend them. All of my garments came out looking like new.... as always!

I took a leather/cotton jacket to be cleaned, but afraid that cleaning two different materials would be tricky....I must say, the jacket came back looking new!! The leather remained soft and shiny, the cotton perfectly cleaned...the colors were brighter!! I was so pleased with the results, and take all my clothes to Executive Cleaners!! I’ve never been to a business where it’s almost like they’ve been trained not to greet you!? Since I take the same items it’s become obvious that the prices change every time I go. Yesterday I asked the employee why? She told me that they increase the charge 10% when use a credit card. That is not what I was told my first visit and even if that was true the increase was more than 10%. I merely shook my head, paid my charge and left.Lastly, their quote to clean an area rug, 5 x 7, was double the cost of the 3 others I phoned.I will not be back!

I have been going to Executive Cleaners for years. Occasionally, one of my shirts came back more messed up than when I had dropped them off and I never said anything because life gets busy. Recently, I dropped off a pair of linen Banana Republic pants to be cleaned. When I picked them up, a part of the pant leg was torn and there was a hole at a part that had clearly been ripped and worn through some part of the cleaning process. When I received a phone call back from the owner she repeatedly denied that her business caused that problem to my pants. This was surprising, since there was not a hole in them when I dropped them off. She then continued, repeatedly, to downplay the quality of the pants, blame me for the problem, and indicate to me that my pants were old. She then offered me store credit, which I did not want, because I will never give this organization another dollar from anyone in my family. Executive Cleaners does not stand by their product and if you have any other choice for drycleaning do not give business to Executive Cleaners.

If you love your Uggs PLEASE DON’T BRING THEM to Executive Cleaners. I brought a pair here to have them cleaned and the cleaners shrunk them. They told me that it was impossible to shrink Uggs but they fit me before I dropped them off. Then they told me that the reason they didn’t fit was because I was pregnant. I dropped my Uggs off in September and when I got them back in October they didn’t fit. All of my other shoes fit my feet from the beginning, middle and end of my pregnancy and they still fit now but the Uggs that I left in their care still do not fit my feet. I can’t get the Uggs past my toes. The manager told me that sometimes when you’re pregnant your feet grow and never return to the size that they were pre-pregnancy. Maybe that happens to some but not all women. I have over 150 pairs of heels, flats, sneakers and boots and they all fit me pre and now post pregnancy but why don’t my Uggs fit. The answer is because they damaged them. Accidents happen but the fact that they didn’t want to compensate for damaging my Uggs is wildly unprofessional. They refused to compensate me for destroying my property. They made a bunch of excuses and accused me of lying. I would not refer my worse enemy to this cleaners. If you love your belongings DON’T BRING THEM HERE.
