First off, the employees r excellent!! I was concerned my truck was too tall. They both watched the height bar as I inched in. Max height was 7 2. I cleared by about 2. They were very patient with me. I always order the works for an incredibly clean service.Second, they offer complimentary vaccum cleaners for cleaning the interior.My 2014 truck would not look like new if it wasnt for the employees, atmosphere & reasonable prices.I HIGHLY recommend Golden Nozzle. I wont go anywhere else!!

EDIT #2 12/20/20: I am done with this company. They raised rates for the folks who support them every month with the subscription service, by 25%, in my case. So Im driving and washing my car far less, due to telecommuting, this increase (to $300/year, now), put the nail in their coffin, for me.EDIT: Ive noticed that the photos added to my review are missing. I will re-add them. If they disappear again, something is fishy.OLD REVIEW: They get high marks for value (the monthly pass is great!), convenience (the workers do great getting everyone through quickly), and the free vacuums.I dock them a star because this design of car wash doesnt brush the back of the car well enough to clean anything but the smoothest surfaces. Compare the front and rear logos in the pictures, taken right after my weekly wash.The workers haphazardly spray down the sides of your car going in, but Im pretty sure that does nothing. The sides and front come out great, regardless. If anything, they should concentrate on spraying any irregular surface on the back of the cars, though even that may not be enough.Also, I got the hot wax upgrade a couple times, and it made no perceivable difference in how it looked afterwards, nor how long it stayed clean. I didnt see any water beading at all.

Very fast and efficient. But they still are courteous and energetic.

Speedy service and the staff is generally pleasant. I recommend going with a membership and just getting a weekly wash done. Vacuums work well!

This is a great car wash. If you get your car washed frequently, buy the monthly pass. You get as many washes as you want for the cost of 1.5 washes. Service is very good. Free vacuuming!!

I have been going to the Milford location for a couple of years now . Every time I go the staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you if you need help. The wash is a great value. It doesnt matter which day you go whoever is on duty is pleasant and friendly. I totally recommend this place.

The manager Chris was very rude. I asked of he could spray my wheels and he told me that if I wanted better service I would have to upgrade my plan. Wow!! I simply asked of he could do that for me and he barked that at me.

Gets the job done could you please fix the air blower on the right at the end of the car wash it comes so close to my mirror I doubt if you could pass a credit card between the two I drive an F250 pick up I would use the car wash more as needed but that blower scares me Ive mentioned it before and nothings been done about it I cant be the only one that has mentioned this if you can remedy that problem which it is a problem it would be greatly appreciated Ive been a customer of golden nozzle for a couple of years now thank you

Wash is adequate, but misses a few places on my vehicle. Signed up for wheel wash... Lousy job on the rims. Overall I always need to go over some places.

Quick easy wash, good price 15$ per month. vacuums are okay, BUT there free.

Love this place. The workers are almost all very friendly and you can use the vacuums for free.

Good car wash. A regular wash is 11 bucks. A monthly unlimited pass is 15 bucks. Seems simple enough!

Its okay, its now the best clean. Sometime I have to go 2 times in a row to get my car clean. They do offer plans monthly for unlimited washes which is good to save money if you use your car a lot

Nice wash. Free vacuums (awesome). The spinning things dont destroy your mirrors. The guys there are on the ball. And the monthly membership for unlimited washes is a really good deal!

Vacuum machines not working . How hard is it to put an out of order sign up.I well never go here again!

Unlimited wash pass is great, free vacuums are great, the only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because the wash doesn’t fully clean the back of my car, also when they’re busy cars are loaded unnervingly close together (I’m surprised I haven’t been pushed into the car in front of me or hit by the car behind me)

Brought my car in, paid $17 and came out with the same dirt on the car. The guys are in such a rush to get you outta there they dont take the time to properly spray you car and especially the wheel wells!

I was very upset to find one of the attendants in the garage was not wearing a mask. If I could have backed up and driven away I would have but he had already put his face nearly into my window!! I had 2 small children and an elderly man with me and needless to say will not be going back there!

Nightmare experience! Just came here for the usual vacuum and wash, but instead had a different experience. I was in line for the wash and the driver in-front was doing some weird stuff that I couldnt make sense of, so I pulled up to the wash, I was instantly aggressively confronted by the staff member Brendan, he started throwing out accusations and progressively getting louder and more aggressive. I politely explained the situation and he made no attempt to act with reason as he became more hostile. I decided to leave and go elsewhere as I have no intention of going to a business where the staff can be as rude and confrontational as such. I instead went to EZ carwash and had a much better experience. Highly recommend you go elsewhere as no customer deserves this treatment.

I stoped in to INVESTIGATED there 14.95 UNLIMITED carwash for the month also free SELFSERVICE vac. For me I asked if I could upgrade if I wanted extra and of course they can. The PROPRIETOR GREETS ME EXPLAINED TO ME MY OPTIONS AND INFORMED ME THE I CAN USE THIS AT I BELIEVE 3 OTHER LOCATIONS MILFORD BURLINGTON AUBURN MA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☆☆☆☆☆ GREAT CARWASH.

$14.99 wash pass is a phenomenal deal, but its not washing the middle of my car. Seriously, theres like a stripe of still dirty straight down the middle of my car every time I go through. Also it smelled strongly like mildew in there the last time I went through, I could smell it over the soap of the car wash and through my closed windows.
