Quite a few months ago when my wife and I visited Natural Marble & Granite in Milford in our search for new countertops we were fortunate to have met with Phablo who listened to our interests and provided excellent guidance to help us make selections of colors, design, and fabrication approach. Phablo was always available to answer our questions and went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely pleased with the plan and installation. The end result was beautiful and we appreciated the fine fabrication work of the craftsmen at Natural Marble & Granite.

Sadly, it’s rare to find an attentive, pleasant, fairly priced home building supply company, but Natural Marble and Granite is just that. In the office, Rose was extremely accommodating. Be it a quick turn around of quotes or scheduling an on site visit she was a delight. When an issue arose Phablo found time to immediately address the situation with knowledge, courtesy and integrity. As a real estate developer, this “going the extra mile” attitude has earned my business!

Rose was so helpful in my new countertop selection. She found exactly what I was looking for. Even though there was a delay in installation due to a delay in product restock, It was worth the wait. I admire my new kitchen every day! Pablo was also great to work with. Very accommodating and got back to me with questions and concerns. Loved the fact that this is a family run business. I already have recommended them to friends and I would use them again myself for future bathroom remodelling. Installers knew exactly what they were doing. Everything fits perfectly and to my specifications, including new sink and faucet. Thanks for a great experience. Along with my new floor, I have a completely new kitchen!

After visiting many stores I found myself at here. There is something to be said for family owned businesses that have lasted the test of time. They have a wide selection but not overwhelming, they were very knowledgeable and they listen. Pablo was great and after a long search I was able to make a decision. The rest was easy and fast, it all took less than 2 weeks. Everyone kind and polite and professional, I can not recommend enough!

After visiting and meeting with other countertop companies, we decided to use Natural Marble & Granite as our source for our new countertop. Their prices were very competitive and the level of their involvement was noticeably much higher than anyone else we met with. The suggestions from the template maker greatly added to the visual impact of the counter. From our first visit to their Milford location, to the final installation, they exceeded our expectations and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade/replace their countertops.

Had all 3 bathrooms upgraded to granite countertops. Phablo and his team were professional, courteous, and quite helpful in getting us the right product. Installation was very clean and professional also. I would recommend again.
