Bath Fitter of Milford is a great company. We interacted with Jacob, Igor, Winslow, and Scott and all were very helpful and professional. They answered our questions and came back to fix some minor issues cheerfully. They showed us what cleaning products to use and how to clean the tub. It’s nice to deal with a company like this one. Highly recommend.

This year, we had both our showers installed by Bruno. HE DID A SPECTACULAR JOB. He was hard working and patient, professional and incredibly skilled. The entire company, from Jacob in sales to Pamela in the office and beyond were kind, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure that the we had the perfect experience from start to finish. We had some special requests that Jacob made happen without blinking an eye. In a time where customer service is an afterthought, and one usually only hopes that the job will be done correctly, is a pleasure to work with this company.

Nico who worked at my home was professional, meticulous and courteous. The office staff was very accommodating. Jacob who was my initial contact at the showroom and came to my home to review my options was courteous and helpful. I am very pleased with my new bathtub and shower enclosure!

Our experience has been incredible, and our installer did an amazing job. Getting rid of a 50 year old tub and getting this fresh update was a great decision.

They communicated with me the way I needed, I cannot always take or make personal calls, always showed up on time for quote and installation, and Bruno who did the install left the place cleaner than he found it, with a gorgeous new tub abd shower of course. The process was seamless from beginning to end. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and the technician respectful by covering hardwood floors, etc. My new shower is just beautiful. I am extremely pleased.

Oh. My. Goodness. Absolutely amazing! My bathroom is totally transformed and looks 1000 times better than it did before! Bath fitter is the way to go! Our installer, Bruno, was the SWEETEST and super efficient. He came at 8am and everything was completely finished by 5:30 — I couldn’t believe it! He was very helpful and explained how to clean everything, how to take care of our new shower/tub. He made it all so very easy and my bathroom looks perfect thanks to him! I would recommend him and Bath fitter to anyone I know! :)

My install guy was Jeff he was superb!Respectful and cleaned up as he was working.The bath fitter came out beautifully looks like a new bathroom! Definitely 5 stars!

Jeff the installer was amazing! On time, professional and personal. Plus he did a throrough clean up after. I would totally use him again . The install took only 2 days and the caulk lines were perfect.

The contractor did a great job and we appreciated his hardmanship. He is very clean and take his time to make it right. I do recommend.

I was in the Milford showroom on wed.aug 21 2019. The sales woman did not spend anytime with me to show me the samples in the showroom. She said this is what we have so i looked around myself. She gave me a book for colors and then told me to ring the bell if i need her. It seemed she couldnt be bothered.It overall was not a good experience in the Milford showroom.I am booked for a evaluation with the home depot. They where very accommodating and wanted to work with me.They will be getting my business

The work was started at 8am as we were told and was completed by 2pm the same day. There was no disruption to the day and when finished there was nothing left behind except for what looked like a new shower.

My installer Bruno surpassed my expectations! He was professional, informative and polite. He was on time, provided great customer service while being very patient with my questions during the process. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was due to the huge disappointment with the sales representative, Ted. Upon arrival to my home when discussing the details on my install, he made me feel rushed. During our discussion we agreed to an additional part in my bathroom install and come day of the install, it was missing! This was very frustrating because when I mentioned this to him, he then added more to my install cost the same day. He didn’t even try to accommodate me or provide his apologies for the “miscommunication”. The outcome of the bathroom install was beautiful but the sales representative should pay more attention to detail.

The service was timely and professional and posed no interruption to the household for the duration. jeff (our tech) explained the process and used drop cloths and cleaned up afterwards. the work is incredible, it is a gorgeous tub + shower, the family is really happy!

Salesman told me that the surround would cover all the tiles. When surround was installed tiles remained visible. Now I am stuck with a column of tiles that I have to take down and put drywall in its place. There was no attempt to appease me with a discount or any other way. Do not use their services

I recently got my master bathroom re done by this company and I couldn’t be happier! Compared to other quotes these guys hit it out the park and you can’t even tell it’s the same bathroom. I would recommend this company to anyone :)

We had a very good experience with regards to changing our bath tub with bath fitter. The installer Bruno Alves is very warm and knowlegable in answering our questions and very efficient in finishing his job.

I registered online for a free consultation. No one ever got back to me. I then traveled with my wife to the show room to book an appointment. Joy was very helpful in booking the appointment. On the day of my appointment an employee called me 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to ask me if he could come out three hours later. I had the time so I said yes. Upon his arrival, he entered my bathroom, looked at my bathtub for less than 60 seconds and then told me it would be $1650. I, admittedly, know nothing about tubs, but was a little shocked by the price. I told him that was too high for our budget and I would have to just leave it as is. The gentleman then rolled his eyes and proceeded to start to walk out of my house. I mentioned that it wasn’t my intention to waste his time and that i wish i had an idea of cost before he came out. He then tells me that it’s not Joy’s job to tell me price and that she has been trained not to talk price and was just doin her job. I guess if they had some idea of what my budget was, they could’ve not wasted my time and theirs. But since it seems they’re only concerned with gettin people into your house without knowing what they can afford, then they’ll keep striking out. While I understand that we all have bad days, and this guy was definitely having one, this is not a company that I would ever recommend to anyone. And unfortunately that has zero to do with the product and 100% based on the customer service.

We just had a new shower installed by Bath Fitters and we are 1,000 percent pleased with the outcome. When our old shower was removed, we had no idea (nor did Bath Fitters) that additional work would need to be done to the underfloor and the walls before the shower insert could be made. Niko was our installer and he clearly showed us the repairs necessary and got us an estimate for the extra work - which by the way, was more than fair! Niko was an excellent worker - calm, pleasant and worked non stop over two days - Thank you, as well, to Igor who assisted in adjusting the shower door which was a difficult fit. The end result is a beautiful new more spacious shower that looks like a million bucks! As a side note - be sure to ask how long it will take for your installation - the company is extremely busy - and our job order was placed in May and installed in August - We thought it would be sooner, but well worth the wait. Be sure salesperson gives you a date on the calendar when you sign the contract, so there is no disappointment or misinformation as to installation time!

Installer dan came out to give me a quote and was a complete jerk. Didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Dan was acting like i was being a inconvience to him for using the company he represents. What a joke! Would never reccomend this company ever. Would go else where and pay more just to not deal with them. Take my word for it. I should of looked at the reviews first 1 Star is to much for them

I had someone come out and give me an estimate on a new tub. I knew the estimate was kind of high but was ok with it due to the convenience. A few days later the sales person came back to my home uninvited and I was watching my 12 month old child. Keep in mind I work two jobs have a pregnant wife and a small child to support currently. I signed the document quickly as he said it was just a minor addition to the job. The next day I looked at the change order and it basically explained that they would have to break my ceramic shelf (1 of 2) and replace it with a smaller plastic shelf with some type of sheething to hide the damage to to the underlying tile. It specifically contained written in verbiage including not responsible for “cracked or damaged existed tile” and may leave unfinished edges. Just what you want to hear adding hazards to your tub while you will be having babies and toddlers in there. I called the sales rep the next day and cancelled the job.I waited a few months and never received a credit so I called back. I eventually got the owner on the phone who said I am out of luck and they were keeping my $425 deposit. Meanwhile I did not place nor knew of any deposit. The contract does not specify the deposit amount and I paid for the entire job initially. In my opinion it is really pathetic to pay $1700 to have a cover put on your tub then when the company realizes that they cannot do the job as specified they try to get you to cancel so that they can take the deposit. No person in there right mind would allow someone to come in and damage there bathroom and charge them $1700 for it. Futhermore, I called right after getting the change order and the owner would not honor the 3 day cancellation policy because it was not 3 days from when I originally purchased the service but it was 3 days from when I received new information about what the job entailed.The contract also states that deposit only applies to custom items and I specifically asked the sales person something to the extent that how could I know that this tub would fit exactly over mine and he responded that this was a stock tub. Up to this point the owner is staying stubborn and not even recognizing that people do not want hazards installed into there home.
