We had our bathroom remodeled by another company 8 years earlier but were looking into possibly replacing our air bathtub as the one we had was not working properly. (The other company no longer does bathrooms)When we called Bath Planet, they set up an appointment and the representative arrived when he said he would. Harold Ives was very professional. We would highly recommend Bath Planet for any bathroom related project. We had called several other companies to come look over the job and give us an estimate which none of them bothered to show up or even call us back to tell us they werent coming. Bath Planet called us the day of our appointment and confirmed the time and was here at the time he said he would be. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, Harold listened to what we were looking to accomplish. Although the project was more than we anticipated, it was refreshing to have a company come in and offer good old fashion serviceThank you very much for your time.

They resurfaced my kitchen cabinets with new doors and drawers. They are so beautiful. I get compliments from everyone who sees them. The workers were very nice and professional. Very hard workers and very clean. I would recommend this company very highly!

What a great job Bath Planet did on our bathroom! I thought wed be stuck with that old cracked tub forever but they came in and replaced it with a gorgeous shower. Be aware!! They missed estimation appointment TWICE!! TWICE!!?? And without any call back or explanation. What a ridiculous company to put 4.9 start in their website. Its lucky that I had chance to screen them out at estimation phase, otherwise I almost can image poor quality, poor value...etc. issues later on with them.

We hired U.S. Windows & Siding to install a new roof, new siding, new leaders & gutters, new windows & doors and a new bathroom in our home. Not only was every facet of this major overhaul done at an excellent price, even more incredibly it was completely done in THIRTY DAYS! From top to bottom the materials, the workmanship and the crew were phenomenal. Weve all heard the horror stories of contractors who get the job and the deposit and then disappear extending the work well beyond the original time estimate. U.S. Windows & Siding laid all those tales to rest! Id give them Ten Stars if I could!

Called to set an appointment, Friday at 5 pm.Great, No wait, is your wife going to be there.No.We know what we want as this is the last bath in our home that we just remodeled all the others. Already have tile, vanity and toilet but after much thought, did not want tile. As its a kids bath and just felt it was over kill!US Remodeling Group would not schedule, company rules he said.Augh... To me these people are selling you not providing a service, just trying to get my bathroom finished not purchase a used Ford Escort with a loan :)

I made an appointment for August10thfor an estimate for 16-17 windows. The salesman came out walked around the rooms without taking any estimates. He talked about other window companies. He left saying he would send me some brochures and send me a email Friday or Saturday. To date I have not heard from him. We have moved forward and ordered 19 windows and an entry door.

This company is bad news. Their installers are nothing but scummy subcontractors from the bottom of the barrel. They installed gutters on my house with drywall screws. They rusted and fell off in the back causing damage to the roof below and my skylight. When I complained I got the run around for three months. Then the same scumbag came out and argued with me that he wouldnt change the screws on the rest of the gutters because they were still up. I contacted an attorney and it would cost less to hire a local contractor than to pursue them in court. I am even more disgusted to find out this warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on. So much for a big family run company. Theyve only been in Milford for three years. Before that they had no employees no address only a p.o. box. This is my second review on Google. The last one was removed. Makes me wonder if any of the others were real. I know one was written by their office manager. Shame on you Joe Thomas, and shame on you Paul Atwater for robbing a senior citizen like this.
