I love the cut and coloring. Diana is very patient. She listens to how I want my hair done and then works around it to make it look good. I have had lots of compliments on the color and the cut!

Like most guys, I usually just hit the local barbershop for a haircut, but more often than not, I wasn’t thrilled with the reflection staring back in the mirror. But I just kept going back for even more, and to add insult to injury, sometimes I had to wait an hour or more because of all the kids packed in on a Saturday. Quite by accident, I ended up at Looks when they were still in the Mall, and Diana has been cutting my hair for the better part of 25 years now. I make an appointment, she takes me on time, and out the door, I go. I’ve never been disappointed with the haircut she’s given me, in fact, as my hairline has changed, she’s made adjustments that fit my age. Five stars *****

I have been a customer for over 20 years since they were in the Ct. mall. I had been searching for a long time before that and had been disappointed every place I went. Finding them in the mall was pure coincidence and luck.From the very first visit, I knew I was going to keep coming back. They are incredible. They make you feel at home while maintaining their professionalism. Everyone there is so talented, friendly and helpful. Their work is exceptional and consistent no matter how many times I go back. Ive been a client at Looks since I moved to Milford in 2012. Even though I have moved around within the state, I will always go to Looks! The salon is very clean, and everyone is friendly and professional. Christie and Diana are my go to ladies. They both do an excellent job. They even did hair and makeup for my wedding a few years ago, which was special to have my trusted stylists by my side!
