I have very thick wavy uncontrollable hair and my grandmother recommended this place to me and to see danielle. She did a wonderful job on telling me how to manage my mess of hair and she trimmed it, gave it layers, and gave me curtain bangs. Overall an outstanding hair salon and would totally recommend to come here if you are looking for a new salon 👍👍

I am upset. I made an appointment for a haircut and then decided in the chair that I wanted to tone my hair back to my natural color. the color is obviously not the same, but thats not the worst part. Included is a photo of what my hair was upon arriving, what I asked for (cut wise) and what I received. my sideburns are almost not existent. I cant even put my hair in a pony tail because the pieces fall down randomly. And I really didnt want my bangs cut, they were finally at the right length for me. I feel really bad because Im so unhappy and upon first glance, I told her I liked it. Upset.

Jamie cut my hair. She was fast and it looks great.Ill go again.It was around $20 for a mens cut. I think like $18 or $19 dollars.There was not a wait, I went after 5pm on a weekday.

Stopped in for a cut during a work trip. I go months between haircuts so its usually pretty long and Im not much help in describing what i want done but the young woman that cut my hair was very helpful. With other chains Ive often had to go back to get the edges cleaned up after it dries as i have very thick hair but she kept it very neat and i have no complaints. Dont listen to the bad reviews. I didnt get her name but ask for the girl with purple hair and pretty eyes.

The hair stylist here are very professional. Make sure you call them ahead of time to book your slot. They are following all the rules & regulation for Covid-19 with max 3 people allowed at the same time. Good rates for hair cut.

First I had to wait outside for 15 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for. I told the hairdresser I wanted long layers and a slight angle in the front. The layers look terrible they are so choppy, and the angle is so messed up I dont even know what she was trying to do. My hair looks terrible now I have to get it recut somewhere else. Dont recommend unless youre getting something very very simple.

Ive been going to cost cutters for a few years, never make an appointment, always get in pretty quick. Ive had many of the stylists cut my hair, but my favorite by far is Carrie, she always does a great job on my hair. All the stylists are very pleasant, chatty, and always professional. Keep up the good work and thank you.

These are the rudest people on the planet! I wouldnt trust them to cut my dogs hair and thats the truth. Most people who read this will scoff but dont say I didnt warn you, youll have to learn the hardway

I was referred by a friend of mine to Danielle. I came early for my scheduled appointment. She took a client before me who was 20 minutes late and had to put color on her. I asked the other stylists what was the reason for me not being taken and she gave some long story that Danielle is running late. First off the client who was late should of either had to wait or reschedule. I was upset and said I dont want to wait, it was already passed my appointment now. She said take it up with Danielle, pretty much saying its not my problem she was rude and very unprofessional. Her solution to this was you can reschedule.Now why would I want to reschedule because they dont know how to run there schedules. I should have been notified by phone. Not a very good first impression. I got up and walked out and they could have cared less. Salons and stylist are a dime a dozen. If you want to retain and build business that certainly isnt the way to go about it. Never again.....

This past time I went, I really loved the way my hair was done. It was cut well and this hair dresser was super nice about everything I was asking for. I didnt like this location the last time I came here because the hair dresser I had gave me layers when I said I didnt want them and she kept trying to get me to spend more money. If they get rid of that woman who rushes, doesnt listen, and also has her own hair salon where they make more money, it would be a better establishment.

Ive only been getting my haircut here for maybe a year. Which is three or maybe four haircuts. Luckily I have not had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Pretty much they keep a record of what you have gotten last time. If you want to stay with that they know exactly what youve done if you dont you could start with a fresh haircut. Like something new. Very reasonably priced

Ive been going here to get my hair cut by Danielle for over 20 years. Friendly service for great price.

Went to get get my hair straightened and haircut. Was told the price over the phone and asked if it matched the site . Got there prewashed hair . Everything was fine till checkout not once did the girl tell me the original quote changed in price just because the stylist barely knew how to style my hair . I look like a fifth grader flat ironed it .Also they dont give you receiptst they only hand sign them so they dont have proof you were a customer ! The Girl The girl with glasses and short bob with waves that did my hair was very nice but could of said sorry I dont know how to style your hair . Not going to state her name because its not her fault she was told to style my hair when someone over the phone said there was someone there who knew how,

One I am mixed Hispanic African American and they told me over the phone a style and cut is 25$ ! I got there they did my hair and it isnt even that straight I can do it at home and it would have of been straighter . I asked could they style my ethnic hair over the phone and in person. They agreed they could by the end of it I look like I just blow dried it straight. Charged me 75$ I do feel bad for th stylist she spent two hours frying my hair and I could tell after an hour maybe she didnt know what to do but thought hey its only $25 she got practice and hopefully they will gain more knowledge but no it cost $75 and didnt tell me the price till the end ! I asked while she was doing my hair how much and she said only a little bit more for a just straightening my hair . Well $50 is not a little jump. I will never be returning hereAgain. They could of just said we dont know how to do your hair . Or say sorry for the miss information the prices on the site dont match the store the owner decides them . So beware ask when you get there or you could end up like me . Now I have to pay someone else to fix It

Have been going to this cost cutters for the past 6 yrs. never had a complaint until the last few visits. They have been doing some wierd things recently. Like losing records, careless and forgetful staff. Here is what i have experienced in my last recent visits in a row. Both me and my son visited here and they couldn’t find our records in their system. And after some efforts told us that they found them and took the print stub along and asked us to get seated on the chairs. I had a doubt as the person attending me was addressing me with a wrong name, I simply picked the print stub to verify if they had the right person and instructions. And of course it wasn’t my details. On noticing that I saw the stub the attendant said, yeah its not yours as we have lost a lot of data recently. So there was no point to bring that print stub to show off customer centric its and professionalism. So I made sure she had the right order and uses blade 3 on sides and the back and give a slope with blade 2 in the back towards the bottom. And use clippers for the top and front. She started off with three on the sides and she then started of with a small electric tripper at the back which I thought was for shaping but kept continuing with it all the way to the top. I had a feeling something is not right and asked her if she was using three. She assured it was. Later when she was almost done she didn’t even pick the clippers and started off with the trimmer for the top and from hair. I stopped her and reminded her and she was like oops sorry and started off with the clippers. By now I was totally sure that it was all messed up. Once she was done and i was about to pay she was instructing the person at the counter about the details and mentioned that she used NUMBER 1 all the way on the back by mistake and thought it was three. And told me they will grow back. And if that was not enough even my sons hair cut was all done totally wrong and the person attending him was also apologising that she forgot to use the clippers and did number two all the way on his head. I didn’t wanted to make it a scene over there and paid and let It go but made it a point to put a review here. I hope there is something that should be done about this carelessness and non professionalism. And that’s for sure that I am mot reccomending this place to anyone and of course not visiting this place ever.

Good but they messed up on my mom a couple years ago

I got a very nice hair cut, ended up spending double. The rates are confusing, and there are alot of added on fees-I would rather pay one fee and not be concerned about the final cost.

I had a terrible terrible experience on 5/6/2017. I took my 2 year old to have a hair cut, and I arrived about 15mins prior to closure. The lady at the desk agreed to cut his hair, and swiped my card. I was astounded by her impatience. She didnt brush, comb or allow him to calm down, and she drove the clippers back and fort on his head like he was an adult used to pain. At the end, his hair was uneven and patchy. I asked her if she was done and she said yes. She then asked me if I wanted him lined. The job was so poorly done that I had to leave and not subject my boy to more pain.I wont come here again.

They dont have a diverse staff who can work on other ethnicities. Basic cut they can do.
