I’ve been to the Bedford VIP as well as the Merrimack VIP. Neither compare to the service at the Milford VIP. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone I know and I will take the time to drive out to them to handle anything with my vehicle. They are incredibly personable and willing to take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. Any time I have a problem with mine, they are the first and only place I call.

This location has some of the nicest and most reasonable people I have ever done work with. Everyone is so great you kind of forget you are going to a chain. I highly recommend this location.

This VIP store was VERY helpful and they helped me save A LOT of money. I will be continuing to do business here and tell others that they should go to this Milford VIP store as well. On two separate occasions, I went to tire warehouse and was given a price for tires and another time a price for changing the rims and it was hundreds and hundreds of dollars more expensive than VIP. I figured out that VIP saved me $600 this year. There are very nice people that work there. I definitely am very happy that I went to them. :-)

Came here for an inspection and to my surprise the service was excellent. While they werent able to do it the same day they still got me in pretty quickly. I will definitely be coming back when I need other services for my car

I went in to get my brakes done, the guy insisted I needed to replace the brake rotors in addition to the pads, I failed to ask what the minimum thickness of rotor required by standards was, and ended up spending 400 dollars. Likely I could have used the same rotors but the way he phrased his statements made it very difficult to get the whole truth. Sorry that I trusted him. Do your research before going here. EDIT they did reach out to me and explain more about how the rotors just get so trashed, still waiting to hear from the store manager but they are making an effort.

I thought I needed an appointment however, Tthe manager, Garth took the truck in right away and had me out of there in no time. They were great. I had mad an appointment for a day over the weekend. They were swamped. When I showed up they were open and honest about how busy they were and what my wait time would be. When I decided to reschedule, they gave me a time on Monday. I ended up being late but they still fit me in and got me on the road quickly. I was so appreciative of their flexibility and speed. Great experience. There is a VIP location right down the street from where I live and I make the drive to The Milford shop because these folks are always so great.

Between myself my wife and several kids cars we have had alot of work done, bought tires and had many oil changes. The staff at the Milford NH location have always provided us with good service and at a fair price. I highly recommend them with no reservations.

I really like the service at vip. They get me in quickly. I like that I can show up without appointments. VIP is the only place I go for oil changes. The only bad thing I would say is expensive for labor. I bought four tires. Get one free. Asked for the cheapest and they offered me 137.00 per tire on the website they had tires from 97.00. Other than that they have the best deals. Would highly recommend VIP for oil changes. Adding to review. Was the only place that I would go for inspection not anymore. Brought my 07 ford in for inspection. Failed due to bad upper control arm bushing and wheel stud. Ok. I replaced both upper control arms and bushing. Put new wheel stud in. Brought truck back with repairs. Failed due to power steering leak. The boot to my inner tie rod had grease on it. No fluid leaking out, but ok maybe the seal was leaking. Brought truck home opened boot. No steering fluid in boot. Just grease. I let them know the inner tie rod was replaced not even a year ago. Was packed with grease. I checked in the boot no fluid and checked the steering fluid level at max. I haven’t put steering fluid in the truck for over a year. Wouldn’t recommend VIP for inspections they are very quick to fail without actually checking or diagnosing correctly.

This location has been recommended to me for years by many people in the surrounding towns. I got an oil change and service at VIP and it was a great experience! I have driven my car back and forth to California 3 times and they have made me feel safe and secure with their services!

I need an alignment quickly after replacing my front struts and they fit me in that day and the price was very reasonable. While waiting I inquired about having a rear bearing replaced. I couldnt believe that the quote I received was less than 2/3 of what the dealership would charge me. So because of the prompt friendly service and the $, Im going to have VIP replace the bearing.

I used to go to the drive through oil change places for convenience, but after my first visit to VIP in my hometown of Milford, I wont go anywhere else. The staff is courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I might have. They make it simple to set up appointments and are on schedule 99% of the time. Got 4 Goodyear tires . At first I was told would get a 150 rebate but found out it was only 100 when I applied for it. Garth the manager refunded the 50 with no hassles. Impressed to say the least! At s time when customer service with a smile is rare the guys here are a breath of fresh air!

Called for a state inspection and got an appointment the next day. It was efficient and then I was told no charge! I happened to be there when a special was being run. I have previously gotten service at a VIP in Massachusetts and was delighted to have the same great experience here in Milford.

I have been going to VIP Auto in Milford for a couple years now for various preventative maintenance and repairs, and they have always treated me and my vehicle with respect. They have always completed repairs and appointments very quickly and Ive never been confused by my bill at the end of the appointment. VIP also consistently has deals and coupons on their website, including free inspections which also keeps me as a returning customer.

Good place to find reasonable tires and other auto parts

Called on Thursday and by Friday afternoon we were able to get a oil change. The customer service man on the phone was extremely polite. We were having a difficult time on the online service to schedule an appointment but I am sure its because of the limited hours and staff, so took a chance to call and he picked up on the 2nd ring and it was already after closing time. :-) Thank you for your service.

Milford NH VIP served my needs with Superior Quality. I went in for an oil change and found out that my previous oil change from Take 5 that I got last year, when I was stationed in Virginia Beach, had over tightened my drain plug and messed it up. VIP ordered me a new drain plug from Manchester and it arrived in an hour. I overheard their phone calls and customer interactions while I waited and everyone was treated with professionalism and kindness. They addressed my concerns and have become my main auto service I will do business with.

I have gone here many times for my oil changes and have had them check things out for me with their free services.Update:They give great service and are always helpful. I dont know who gives these guys good reviews, maybe family members or something. Tried to soak my newly licensed daughter for almost $600 to change an upper ball joint in her F-150 (mechanic book calls for 2 hours), also claimed it was a $190 part (Orielly auto sells it for $83.99 and is attached to them). Also 2 other mechanics have said its fine as it is....because these guys put in the inspection report to the state that the part is bad she now cant get her inspection without the part being replaced.

The shop is clean and conveniently located next to Market Basket where you can walk over for groceries if you need to.

First time using VIP in Milford. Friendly staff and very timely. Showed up for my 8:00 appointment and was greeted by a nice fellow. My truck was taken in right on time. I was only there for an oil change however they were very nice to point out that it was time for a fuel system cleaning. I did not have time for it as I had many things to do but did indicate I would come back soon.

I’ve been going to VIP since I got my first car. I now have a newer car with less problems but I still go to VIP for oil changes, state inspections, tires and anything else I need! The service is great and all members of the team are knowledgeable and very helpful!

I purchased 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. The salesman was helpful to me when explaining the different tires. I felt I was able to make a better choice based on his help. The installation happened the following day. I was prepared for a long wait in a cramped chair. However, I was quite comfortable and the time passed quickly. Thanks for a great experience!

These guys were great they did an awesome job on the installation of my new tires. The salesman was most helpful finding me the best tire and a great deal on top of that. I would recommend this place to everyone.

No low pressure light before new tires light on after, told 3 sensors no good, they were good before. After $600. light still on. Ill go some where else to get it looked at, could not waste any more time there. Unhappy UP DATE sensors fixed the next day at VIP, but only for that day light came back on the next morning

They tried to take advantage of my daughter who brought her car in for a front light bulb change. They said there was an electrical issue for the light and it would cost $500. I took the car to another place and they did the work for $89. Someone from the company called so I did appreciate their professionalism in calling me to inquire about the service.

I have never had service issues at this location. I trust the reccomendations given and would reccomended them for tires and minor maintenance.

I have been here previously for service and have never had a problem. I scheduled an inspection appointment online during the week. Received email confirmation and reminder for it. When I arrived the employee working the service desk wasn’t able to find my appointment. Told him I did it online and he said he hadn’t received any of the online appointments. They apparently still use a paper log for appointments. Why wouldn’t it be on computer? He seemed very flustered. He pretty much told me he couldn’t fit me in. The inspection shouldn’t take them long. I recently purchased the vehicle from a out of state dealership. I ended up rescheduling my appointment in a few days. But I truthfully am not happy and might look into getting my inspection done elsewhere.

I had to get tires quite unexpectedly (as it usually is with tires) and got a quick quote online. When I got there I was greeted pleasantly and they quickly pulled up my quote. We discussed my options and when I made my decision they didnt try to up sell me. They are friendly, professional and the job was done quickly.

Good, better best - surpassed expectation! Had a long-standing slow leak in a front tire, (yes they are old tires but Im not ready to replace them) they took me in right away, fixed the leak (yea!), didnt hassle me to buy new tires AND added valve stem caps all around - no charge (Id left them at an air hose some months back...) Was able to get an inspection at the time I needed on Sunday, the staff was friendly and helpful even helped by explaining the benefits of purchasing a discount booklet (49$)which save me about $100. And I have a couple more free oil and filter changes and this is with full synthetic. A very good deal.Extremely convenient was able to get a free inspection on two cars and a free oil & filter.I have always like this location and the staff is courteous professional and friendly.I was always afraid these places will come up with fake repairs but they did not do any of that.

I needed a new battery and the franchise stores refused to install it because they said it would be too difficult. So I went to OReillys VIP and they put a new battery in right away. I was charged for the installation, but it was reasonable and fast - less than 30 minutes!

I have been coming here for many years and have only had one issue, which was resolved quickly. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is nice and clean and the store is well kept. The best thing about this VIP is that I am never there for very long regardless of what work is being done. Other places I have waited hours, but this is not the case here.

Great service. Technician at the front explained to me the issue with fixing my fleet vehicle tires. Took it in anyways, found the problem but the leak was too close to the rim of the tire. Excellent customer service. Couldve easily just said he couldnt do it but he tried! I like that.

I have been to the Milford VIP several times over the past two years, mostly for tire rotations, tire inspections, and alignments. I have found the staff to be not only friendly and helpful, but especially customer service oriented. The actual work Ive had done on my vehicles has always been exactly as advertised with no problems of any kind. And I find the transparent pricing to be a refreshing change compared to some private mechanics Ive in the past. I purchased the lifetime alignment (which is an excellent deal) and plan to continue utilizing this particular VIP for years to come.

I stopped by the Milford, NH, VIP on my way to work thinking Id need an advance appointment to get my annual inspection and an overdue oil change. They were able to fit me right in. They did the inspection in a jiffy and quickly identified the singular issue, a very obvious bulge in one of the tires that required that one tire to be replaced. They didnt try to upsell or find otherwise additional work like some other places Ive been to for the annual inspection. I really appreciated the honesty, integrity, and fair pricing. On the day of a Christmas party my husband and I were loading up the kids and all the dishes we had made the night before. When I went to the drivers side of the car I noticed my front tire was completely flat! We were so stressed because we live in Peterborough and on Saturday NOTHING related to cars is open. Also this Christmas party was a few hours drive and we were already a bit late. We were able to put the spare on and drove straight to VIP. They so graciously took us in immediately. Our daughters were dressed up like elves and the guys clearly were enjoying them. They checked the bad tire promptly and said there was a leak and it was fixable. They corrected the tire and when we went to pay for their wonderful service they wouldn’t allow it, said not to worry about it. We were shocked and thanked them up and down. What was a very stressful day turned into a wonderful day. We made it to our party (2 hours away) a little late but are so grateful to the gentlemen at VIP. Thank you for treating us like humans and friends. We will absolutely be using VIP in Milford NH for all of our car needs. It’s worth the 30 minute drive FOR SURE! Brought my vehicle in for an inspection at the Milford, Nh location. I was greated with friendly staff. The facility was very clean. After the inspection which was done in a timely manner. The staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and informed me of everything about the inspection. Along with any upcoming maintenance I should be aware of.

Ive been here a lot in the last few years. They have always been quick and done a thorough job. store has recently been updated and remodeled. The prices are fair also. Call ahead scheduling has been effective and easy.

Just ripped my teenage son off by preying on his ignorance and upsold him a $65 oil change, plus tried to tell me a seasonal tire swap may have also cost him a lot more because of the EPMS sensors that my car may or may not have. Shady & dishonest. $120 for two tires swapped and an oil change is not normal price for a little hyundai accent.
