These guys were excellent unlike the large tire change that couldnt make special arrangements for my installation. They were able to locate my tires when none of the big stores could. Courteous flexible decent waiting area with nice TV and small area for the kids to play and a computer kudos! Also 50 ft back from route 1 so you couldnt be more convenient great place to stop on the way to the beach.

I had an 8AM appt, got there at 8:03, the car went in and at 9:30 I was on my way home.. Corvette tires so two different front and rear sizes. Of all the tires I ve bought over the years this was the easiest and most professional tire buying experience. This was not my first experience with King Tire.

When I first walked into Kings Lube I thought wow this place is really nice. The front desk, (3 guys I can’t remember their names), were extremely nice and professional. I felt very reassured my car was in good hands when I left it. They also gave me a loaner car(free of charge), to be able to get to work and get back since that was my only car. When I came back on my lunch break, one of the guys gave me a very detailed sheet(which I so so appreciated because everything was listed with a description of what the problem was and all the estimates) and he went through all of them with me. This is the 4th mechanic I’ve been too since I got my car and will now be my preferred mechanic. I felt like the prices were decent and comparable to the work they were doing and they were very professional and honest. So glad I got the recommendation off Next Door and decided to schedule an appointment with them. Thanks guys!

Very expensive. It took them 10 days to change the alternator. The price was 122 dollars more then it was said on the phone. I negotiated, they gave me a discount. 3 stars, at least got my car back.

I’ve bought probably 4-5 sets of tires here. Always been great to deal with. Also never had any wheel damage from anything from low profile tires on powder coated wheels to oversized off road tires. Always name drop them when people ask.

Amazing place!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire.I called them. It was almost closing time. They told me to come in.Came in and they changed the tire. It was quick, easy and painless. I was so lucky i found them. Was back on the road within a hour of having the flat tire.

If you want honest people to work on your vehicle, this is the place to come. Cheaper than the dealerships and they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Super friendly and stand by their work.They offer a military discount which is awesome.

This Service center is a rare find and represents some of the finest customer service available in our area. They treated us like we were their only customer.Most importantly, they were very transparent and honest about the repair. There was an opportunity where they could have really taken advantage of us and they of course, did not. In fact, they drilled even deeper into the issue and were able to solve it in a most inexpensive way, They passed those savings directly to me. It has been about 2 months now and the car is running very well. I couldnt be more pleased. This place is everything you could hope for when your car suffers an issue, very friendly people, top notch mechanics, fixed right the first time, honest and fair pricing. They provide the traditional great local small business service that the big shops just cant understand or replicate. Finding an honest, competent mechanic is almost like finding a unicorn. Well, I found such a unicorn in this place! I had heard from some locals about them, and I decided to roll the dice and give them a try. Glad I did. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; the work they do is top-notch; and their rates are completely reasonable! Even their prices on tires is very competitive. I needed a set of Continentals to replace the rear tires, and the price plus installation was better than Tire Rack! Give them a try! You wont be disappointed!

A friend broke a wheel on the side of the road and they were more than helpful with ordering a new wheel and tire, and having it the next day. Great people and great service.

Bought 4 new tires...Immediately started losing air in one. Called and took car back in. Was told there was nothing wrong. Continued to lose air, called again and took back in....this time told there was a sticker near the stem...sticker was removed. Continued to lose air....called again. Took in again, they were going to put a patch on. However this time they said there is a hole (amazingly found only on the 3rd time) and guess what....??? NOT COVERED BY WARRENTY !!! Imagine that.!!. So I called the next day to talk with the owner. I did talk to one of the brothers who then told me there was a nail in it when they looked at it yesterday. However they never said anything to my husband who has taken the car in. Apparently if there is a manufacture error or any issues with the tires you buy they stall and stall until they find or make up a problem so they are not responsible.....We have been going there for more than 10 years and this is the first time we had any issues with them. But the way we have been treated this time, we will never go back. SOMEONE IS VERY DISHONEST THERE !!!!

They do a good job working on my car. But way to much money to get it fixed. For the labor it way to much. High way robery if I should say so my self. But have to have my car fixed

They told me I needed a new tire pressure sensor but that didnt kill the dashboard light. They charged me $ 60 and sent me on my way. I went back, giving them the benefit of doubt. They couldnt figure it out. Went back a third time and they said I had to take my car to the dealer for a software update. They didnt offer to refund the $ 60 they charged me when they declared that the sensor was the problem (3 visits earlier).I have spent over $ 2000 there this year and went be back.

Even after making an appointment the previous evening with verbal guarantee parts were on hand and along with a suitable total, I encountered dishonest practices and horrid customer service from service writer and apparent owner/manager. After waiting nearly twenty minutes, excuses were made along with my knowledge insulted and staff was crass. Absolute waste of time, will not return AND do not recommend this facility even for an overpriced oil change.
