The mechanics were very friendly. They were able to fix my brakes relatively quick. If I lived closer to the area I could see myself going back for regular oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

I had a small blip with a towing issue and was honestly a little worried to call and make any issues for them. Ron handles the situation immediately with the utmost professionalism and haste. The driver who came to fix it Jacob was so friendly and helpful, the kind of person that you want helping you when you are stuck in a jam. I 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing company!

These guys saved me in a pinch! Was driving through town on i-95 when I got a blowout. I put the spare on which had low air, and was only a donut. Town Fair and Firestone down the street each told me they couldnt put air in my tires or fox fix the flat until next day, which did me no good since I was otherwise stuck being from out of town. At Firestone another local patron recommended I visit Anthonys High Tech. As soon as I pulled up Greg got right to work to make sure i could make it home safely. Thanks High Tech!

Came to Anthonys with my first car that had check engine light. Greg was extreeeemly caring and did all he could to do the service. They resolved the problem even better than any dealership. Price was good too. All guys were very nice and supportive. Will come back regularly for oil change!

I walked inside the shop and 3 men inside (2 employees and 1 customer) were not wearing masks. I have an autoimmune disease and this is no joke! The service was fine.

I had an appointment for a Emissions test (due to COVID outbreak) at Firestone. When I showed up, there was a long wait. The gentleman finally came to me and told me the Emissions machine was not working. I left and went to Anthonys. I pulled in the lot. I was greeted by some friendly employees, immediately. When I asked how long the Emissions test would take the gentleman asked me if I had a few minutes to take out of my day. I was out of there in under ten minutes. Such a pleasant experience.

Over the years I have had my vehicles serviced here. Greg Hughes, Service Manager, has been fair, honest and straightforward. I trust Doc, the mechanic, to give me honest and accurate info about any repairs that need, or dont need, to be done. Recently my 2004 Jeep decided to have a heater core revolt. Greg and Doc took care of me and had the repair done in under an hour and at a fair price. Thanks guys! Much appreciated.

I used to go to other auto shops that were in the area, like firestone or town fair tire. Those are the staples that everyone tells you to go to for anything. Not to say they dont work with other body shops, but usually your car will stay there for a few days. Sure, those places are fast, but Id go, pay $100+ for each tire for something small. If something else major needed fixing, Id pray 🤞 that my insurance will cover it and fix it in the Toyota shop to avoid hassle. Recently, I got into a fender bender and heard about Gregs shop through my family. They spoke highly of his work, so who am I to discredit that. My insurance quoted me for like $500 or something like that. That quote was only based off pictures only, so they missed a lot of damage that was not just bumper....the car took some hood and underneath the bumper damage in the process as well. So Greg personally handled it and got insurance agents to actually arrive this time. They inspected it and actually gave us the full check for the fixes. Its a brand new 2020 thats been on the road for 2 months. Car was mint before hand, and Im sure brand new parts are expensive. Just like the rental enterprise offered me at first....regardless, Greg was able to work the insurance company so his guys got to working on it promptly, and he put me in a 04 Hyundai in the meantime, fully covered. I was completely blown away by the excellent service Greg and the Anthonys staff provided. Completely stress-free situation and thats what you get when the workers have passion about what they do.

On 1/21/19 @ 5am I caught a flat tire on the corner of route 67 West & 63 South. After waiting for 45 minutes for my roadside assistance. A tow truck/flatbed pulled up and asked if I was waiting for AAA, I told them I was waiting for the roadside assistance I had called. They pulled over and after a few minutes Brian & Chris came to my car and told me that they were not going to let me sit on the side of the road in the freezing cold and insisted that they were going to get me back on the road ASAP. These gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful and all companies should have people like these individuals working for them. Thank you so much!!!!

Their prices are fair, their mechanics (especially Doc) are very knowledgeable, and they have always attempted to work with me around my crazy schedule. I would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a car repair. My car had not started due to my starter failing. The guys at Anthonys took such good care of me. They took a highly stressful situation and de-escalated it to where I felt so much better. I was giving an extremely reasonable quote and time frame that my car would be fixed. Super friendly and very fair. I will be going to them with any other issues I come across with my car!

Greg is far and away the most responsive and easy to talk to service manager I have ever dealt with. Although we have taken our cars (which are far from new) elsewhere, everytime I take it back to Greg and Co. at A1, it makes me wonder why I ever dealt with anyone else. Fair prices, really nice work, and honest. Hard to come by with a lot of mechanics outside the dealership environment.

Ive got to give these guys (Greg and Ronnie) a shout out. My daughter was traveling on the interstate with 4 of her friends when the car stalled and started smoking (150 miles away from me and our home). Her friend had AAA and Anthonys came to the rescue. They came promptly and got my daughter and her friends to safety quickly. Upon diagnosing, Greg determined that the engine had seized (potentially from low/no oil). He offered to replace the engine at a reasonable price; however, I told him I had to check to see if the cost would be covered under my CPO warranty. In order to have that confirmed, it had to be diagnosed at a Jeep dealership. When I mentioned this to Greg, he offered to tow the vehicle from his shop to the dealership at no charge. He said If they dont cover it under the warranty and you want me to fix it, call me back and Ill tow it back to my shop and get started on it. When I learned that the engine had experienced a catastrophic event due to a defect in the engine that was not our fault (that made the car burn-up the oil prematurely), I called Greg to inform him of such. Greg was genuinely happy for me and said Thats great news! I told him that according to the warranty, Jeep needed to be the one to replace the motor, but that didnt seem to affect his genuine happiness for me. So, in the end, these guys did a great job getting out to my daughter and her friends quickly, getting them back to safety, estimated a reasonable price for the repair, and even offered to go above and beyond to help me get my car to where it needed to go, without any certainty that it meant any future business for them. Greg didnt even charge me a storage fee for the 2 days it sat in his garage (or the 2 quarts of oil he used to diagnose the damage). Its not often you find compassionate guys like this in this business. Though I hope not to encounter a situation like this again, and likely not in the Milford area, I recommend anyone considering bringing their car to this place to do so. UNBELIEVABLE! Our car breaks down wo warning on the Merritt Pkwy. Its a holiday weekend, very hot and muggy, wife has asthma and copd. I check out whats wrong as Im getting yelled at from the wife like its my fault and she cant breathe and has to pee (no she wont go in the bushes). I realize the cars not going anywhere on its own.I google towing services in Milford. Most are closed. I called the closest open place but he said he was outta town and recommended Anthonys. I gotta thank him. Greg answers the phone, knew right where I was, and said which ever of his guys finished 1st, hell get em right over to us. Now, I was in no position to demand so I just inquired, do you think it would be 1 hour....2 hours oh he said definitely with in the hour . THE TOW TRUCK WAS THERE IN 1/2 AN HOUR! Even before the cops came.Now, I wouldnt have been surprised if an aggravated guy stepped out of the truck,having to work on the side of a busy Pkwy in the heat on a holiday weekend. BUT NO, it was a very pleasant young man Nate. Very profession and quickly assessed the situation and was concerned for our safety. Then the cops show up, but he saw we were in good hands w Nate, so the cop went to bustem on this other truck that broke down the same time as us (who obviously didnt call Anthonys) and the cop wants us all outta there.Weve all heard of hi-way robbery, well, Anthonys dont roll like that (pun intended). They asked where we wanted to go and they gave a more than fair price. My wife and I were both shocked how reasonable. Nowadays you almost expect to be taken advantage of. These guys are the real deal. No bs. Never dealt w them before, but if needed, I will use them again. Highly recommended! Thanks again Greg and Nate!

This company is the worst saw a couple on the side of a bad intersect so I pulled behind them in my truck and put my flashers on and waited over and about 2 hrs for the tow truck to show up. Really guys its almost midnight and they have been stuck this long in a dangerous spot I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go someplace els if you need a tow called 3 times and got sucked around if I didnt put my truck behind them they would have gotten hit. This place is a joke

My Car was towed from Milford Center in an entrapment scam they have with one of the local businesses. they are towing vehicles and overcharging owners of the vehicles against what the state DMV relegates. these people are crooks and i would not recommend them for any business.

Took 3 days to tow my car from Bridgeport to New Britain and during that time $1500 in Karate gear was stolen from my vehicle. When I called to find out the drivers name and inquire about the incident I was hung up on twice, then, when he did answer, was rudely yelled at and accused of lying.
