I had an excellent experience at Stevens, I found a truck online, called for more information and spoke to Bridget. She was very helpful and got right back in touch with me with what needed, and when I decided to put a deposit down and make the trip from NJ, she was very kind and willing to help me navigate and plan, I really appreciated that. I met with Patrick once I arrived and he was very personable and willing to help with anything. Any question I had, he found the answers. We hit some bumps trying to do business on a Saturday, when banks etc are closed, but Patrick helped us sort everything out and stayed with us the whole time. He got us to John for financing and he worked with my goals to get me a finance plan and a rate that works for me. I never felt pushed by anyone, I only felt they were giving me the best, honest answers to help me get on the road with my vehicle, that definitely made the whole process as easy as could be. I certainly recommend them, especially to those looking to buy out of state or interested in financing. Thank you all!
After searching all over Long Island, NY for a new Expedition or Suburban, we were quite frustrated. Supply of new vehicles was very low. Long Island dealers were also trying to take advantage of the new inventory shortage by charging well above MSRP. We even had a dealer sell a Tahoe that we were in a contract for and paid the deposit. Finally, we looked toward New England and took the ferry from Long Island to CT.Ford of Milford was a breath of fresh air. No games or tricks or unscrupulous sales tactics. They were so pleasant and accommodating. They will pick you up at the Bridgeport Ferry Terminal, if needed. They can even register your new car in NY for you. Excellent experience. Even the head finance person will not try to up sell you!If you are tired of the games that Long Island car dealers play, head North, board the ferry and go to Stevens Ford of Milford. You wont be disappointed! We love our 2021 Expedition Max Limited.

Disrespectful, inappropriate and borderline discriminatory. The manager wasted my time and treated me like I was accusing him of being a liar. Guess what, he was. The salesman made inappropriate comments and sent text messages to me throughout the evening. The gimmicks and games were laid on pretty thick. When I didn’t get what I wanted I was told I could walk away, that is what I did. The customer is not right at this place. I was ready to purchase a car and they lost the sale and treated me like an inconvenience. I was a return customer from years ago. I will never go back. They turned what was meant to be an exciting experience, into a ridiculously pathetic waste of my time and energy. Not worth the trip.

I had a mixed experience with the company... Would probably rate it at 3.5 stars.The service was good, and I generally liked the service staff more than the sales side. This company gets a lot of mixed reviews - people seem to have no issue or every issue with the service/quality of the vehicle.... You get what you pay for for the most part. Dont just blindly trust what commissioned salesmen say.Do your homework, consider purchasing some extra protection for yourself.

Searching for a replacement truck for my husband’s 20 yr old one was proving very difficult. No supply of smaller ones on any lot we went to. A chance run through at what we thought was after hours we ran into salesmen Patrick Baker as he was leaving for the day.He graciously got out of his vehicle and spoke with us for a few minutes, gave us his card and was on his way.A week later a couple of new trucks became available and the rest is history. Steven’s Ford in Patchogue N. Y. Zero stars. TWICE I was treated like garbage from Fernandez in serve. I made an appointment on line. Then I called and spoke with the service manager, he said “ when making an appointment on line you can’t wait” makes no sense. He said” don’t worry it’s okay to wait.” Well I got there service was rude and got the second time they made me cry. He said we have you down for an oil chance, I told him my car was ready to break down. He said we don’t have the parts to fix your car. For the second time I was sent to Browns dealership, They are great and took me in right away.Since I made my appointment on line I have gotten four relentless call from sales, where I was so busy they wouldn’t let me hang up, Treated like garbage, and actually when I thought about trading in my care months ago the finance woman was so nasty. I would strongly recommend you never step foot in that place. They are nothing but trouble.I promise you that you will eventually run into trouble. Go to Browns next to them great great people.The first time I went to Steven’s Ford last year Fernandez in service told me they looked at my keep and don’t have the parts. I got my jeep from steven’s Ford. I was sent to Browns jeep and they said thank god you got here when you did, your jeep could have went on FIRE at anytime. I guess Stevens didn’t care if I went up in flames. True idiots.
Test drove a vehicle, and crunched numbers for two days with Stevens on what turned about to be the wrong car. Discovered their error when my insurer informed me that the VIN provided didnt match the vehicle purchased. I alerted Stevens - they apologized and increased my monthly payment + $50. A complete waste of time (and credit check). My mistake for thinking these relics competent.
Stevens ford of Milford has the best customer service and professional support amongst its staff members in assisting me in my purchase of a 2020 ford explorer St. Every one said hi how are you doing and friend smiles all around the room as customers and personnel comes and goes. I got treated like it was my birthday as soon as I pulled into the parking lot by pat the salesman and John the financial wiz got me the super great deal of my life and I mean that literally. My credit was fair and I have some money to put down to close the deal. The floor general Craig and the GM all gave me a warm welcome and okayed the deal through. From behalf of my family and I we are extremely grateful and gratified with our new car. Thanks again Stevens Ford staff members. My car buying experience was quick and easy and fast and was the greatest car buying experience I ever had..Stevens Ford is the best !!!!
Emergency service -- took my vehicle in the next day. Diagnosed the problem, caused by another dealership. Fixed the issue and performed a few more requested services. Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. Great experience!

Our sales lady was Maria Medina, who was so helpful, she was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchase a 2013 Ford Focus. I have always been a Chevy person, but after my experience with Maria and the General Manager I am won over and Fords will be what we but from her eon out. I just had an oil change but the service was great! I had Tyler as the supervisor and he knew exactly what I needed and got it done in a timely manner. Everyone there is also super nice!
The service department here is a NIGHTMARE!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. I purchased a pre owned Ford Fusion with 97k miles and 10 years old. Power steering failed on me mid drive after two months. I did some research and found that There was a recall on the electronic power steering gear that was covered for replacement up to 10 years and 150k miles. I called Stevens and they couldn’t take me for a week but when I got there they told me my car was just outside the warranty by 3 months and they wouldn’t do anything to help me. Upon further research I found out that there was a service update done to this vehicles power steering unit 2 years prior. The dealership told me it would be $2000 to repair and that they wouldn’t do a thing to help. When I went to pick my vehicle up and said forget it I’ll just drive the car as is I was surprised with a “diagnostic fee” which nobody even cared to mention when I dropped the car off.The response from Ford corporate and a KID named Tyler was so EXTREMELY unprofessional and not understanding at all that I would recommend everyone and anyone to stay far away from this place.This was a problem with fords manufacturing of this unit to begin with, had been worked on two year prior with this car (while under warranty), AND was well within the mileage coverage but outside timeframe coverage by 3 months and literally nothing was done even though my daughters, wife and myself were almost KILLED by oncoming traffic when the power steering failed mid drive. This is sickening to say the least and the only decent action taken during the whole process was by Anthony (the service manager) waving the “diagnostic fee” but only when I yelled and made a big issue over the phone.Again, everyone stay far away from this place unless you want to be fully ripped off and taken advantage of.

When I contacted Stevens Ford service to have my 2018 Ford mustang gt 5.0 installed with the Roush phase 2 supercharger kit. Tyler in the service department solved all my problems. Im not quick to leave a review but these guys have earned one. After 22 years in the automotive business this is by far the worst service department Ive ever seen. I dealt with them on 2 different vehicles they both were horrible. They lie don’t answer their phones make promises they don’t deliver on, and misdiagnosed on several occasions. Simply put they have no idea what yhey are doing I have no idea how these guys are still in business its amazing to me.

If your looking for a Ford Service Department, youve found it at Stevens Ford of Milford! I was using another Ford dealer and had just figured that I should expect inconsistent service and a service department that just does the minimum. Well, Stevens Ford is completely different. From my first visit when I met Paul Harris, I knew I had found much more than just basic service for my car. Paul is the kind of person who just keeps you coming back with his respect for you AND your time. He listens and speaks with so much knowledge about car service, its like speaking to a car expert every time. I recently had some warranty service completed and not only did he keep me updated on the progress but had MY car completely inspected and only suggested minor repairs. No pressure, no technical talk...just suggestions to keep my car running right. All of the work that I have had done at Stevens has been top notch and my car is always ready when promised. They make you feel like the most important customer each time. Having a service adviser like Paul, that i trust, is a huge thing with me. Stevens has my business for life and my new car purchases.

Ignorant and arrogant not helpful at all in my situation of falling apart my engine because they demage on previous service, stripped screws, broken electrical connectors wich later show up as misfire and many more problems.He is in wrong position as a MANAGER not call me back in two weeks with any help

Recently purchased my second SUV from Stevens. My first one I purchased there I had a wonderful experience. I didn’t feel rushed and my salesman, who is no longer there, showed me the features of my new car, helped me connect my phone and the car was clean and ready to go. The salesman this time told me I was his first sale. I was given 3 different prices on the car and when I signed the papers, the number was different than originally discussed. When I picked up the car I was simply handed the keys. Nobody showed me the features of my car. The more was a large brown stain on the inside and I had to wait an additional 2 hours for it to be re-cleaned. I received the car with less than 1/2 a tank of gas. I discovered I had wheel locks, something I’m unfamiliar with, don’t know how to use them. The printer wasn’t working so my contract and papers were emailed to me because there was a sales event going on and they needed to rush me out of there. The emailed contract was cut off and I still am having difficulty obtaining a full contract. It wasn’t until I went to a different dealership that I learned about Ford Pass, a rewards program. I also learned there was a recall on my car that was never disclosed to me. When I called to share my bad experience with the sales manager, Jimmy, he was extremely rude to me on the phone and told me that I left with the car there’s nothing that can be done. I will never take my car to Stevens for any type of service and I will never purchase a car from them again.
Although the parts department made me wait months for recall parts due to them forgetting to order them, the service end was good. Kimberly was the service advisor and she was great to deal with.
I found a used truck online and went to the dealership to look at it. We had the pleasure of working with Annette. She met us outside and immediately got the keys to bring us over to the truck and give us all the details. From the very beginning she was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make sure we got the best deal! Since we brought the truck home she has followed up with us to make sure everything was going great with it and to schedule the appointments that we needed. Dropped off my work truck Friday morning for brake, called this morning to get an update, truck was moved to another location not Ford without a phone call to me. Reason provided is that my truck GVW IS 27000, an the lift can only handle 20000 which is a straight lie my truck weight is 19,500. Will never go back. For service to ford.
Initial sales was great, but now I feel like I was lied to about the maintenance plan, which kind of seemed like a bait and switch.Car had a recall and needed oil change. Told them I had the maintenance package when I brought the car in for service. I get a phone call saying that it would be $400+ for front brakes and rotors. I bought the maintenance package. Apparently, I was shown and told about one maintenance package which included brakes and rotors and then was signed up for another just basic oil change only package. BAIT AND SWITCH. I would have NEVER signed up for JUST AN OIL CHANGE PACKAGE which is so ridiculous making about an oil change $90 each at Stevens Ford.Very disappointed.
Annette Corzo was wonderful throughout our first “online” new car purchase. She was sensitive to the situation we are all in now and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! Caring, super knowledgeable about the vehicle features and just an all around good person. Stevens Ford should be proud to have her representing them. Very happy new Ford car owners!!
After browsing all the numerous local car dealerships & being turned off by a lack of adherence to COVID safety protocols, I appreciated Stevens ability to really follow their guidelines, which matched current best practices. Hector was great to work with, respectful the whole time, never pressuring (we needed three trips to be convinced it was the right car!) and always eager to help answer any questions or schedule another test drive. Weve been the satisfied owners of a new Ford Escape Hybrid for about 3 weeks now. If you go, be sure to ask for Hector!
Finally stopped leasing cars after 12 years all because of Annette! She had a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge that I just could not pass up. She was such a delight to work with and made the whole process quick and easy!
I recently went to this dealership looking to purchase an F150, and found one that was a demo model with the options I was looking for. That was about the only good part of the experience.When it came to the pricing, things took a huge downturn. The salesperson I worked with tried to price the vehicle at the MSRP BEFORE the factory rebates, bringing the total MSRP up about an extra $4,000. They did offer me about $6,000 in incentives for it being a demo model. When I brought up the incorrect pricing for the MSRP, they corrected it but then magically the demo incentives dropped down the exact same amount. So they wanted to sell me a demo model truck for roughly the same price as a new truck, minus around $1,200. The truck had a little over 2k miles on it. No thank you.The service guys here are great though. It is really the only reason I will ever be visiting this dealership again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership for sales experiences.
This past Sunday I visited Stevens Ford to cross the 2020 hybrid escape off the list and instead I found out that 1. it was a great car & 2. Annette is awesome!. She made the process easy and took all of the stress out of buying a car (which is amazing). She was very responsive and attended to any questions we had immediately, so we could make our decision knowing all of the facts. She was one of, if not, the best weve ever encountered and an absolute pleasure to buy a car from! 10/10 would recommend working with Annette, we drove 40+ minutes (because this dealership is open on Sundays!) and then drove back the next day to buy the car - because Annette was so great.

Ron at Stevens Ford got us out of a real bind! Our car recently broke down while up in Canada, and the part that we needed (transmission coolant line) was on nationwide back order and not available anywhere. Out of desperation, I called our Ford Dealer (Park Ford in Mahopac NY), and they looked in the system and saw that Stevens Ford was showing one in inventory. I talked with Ron, and he confirmed that they did indeed have the part. He worked with me to UPS the part to the Ford dealer up in Canada where our car was waiting for servicing. He had never shipped internationally before, but persisted, and ultimately we got the car fixed and were able to come back to NY without delay. Thanks again Ron for your excellent customer service!

I had looked at copious other dealers where I was shown a plethora of vehicles that didn’t meet my needs... wasted a lot of my time. Annette was very patient and listened to me. She presented me with vehicles exactly that I wanted within my price point. Incredible service, professionalism and follow up.I am the proud owner of a 2015 F350 Lariat diesel that I purchased from Stevens Ford brand new. They are the only place that has serviced the truck since I bought it. For me that’s’ unusual because my friend is an awesome ASE certified mechanic and could do the work for me at his shop but I choose Stevens because of the incredible level of service they provide.On the service and maintenance side the price is always very reasonable especially for a dealership. When you drop the car off they get you in and out quick and if you want to use night drop (I have done both drop off and night drop) they call you first thing in the AM to greet you and talk about your needs before they do the work. They call you with updates throughout the day and they will call you when it’s ready for pick up. They have a really awesome text message system that can keep you updated throughout the service being done as well if you choose to use it.Here is where they really won me over for life; I had a computer problem, my Advanc-Trac and Hill Decent error warning messages kept coming on and off. If you know anything about cars, electrical problems are the most difficult to solve for and they take tons of time. I drove the truck to the dealer with the error message on and the service manager pulled a tech from what he was doing to plug the diagnosis tool in on the spot to see what the problem was. The electrical problem was not easy, they had to chase wires in the harness and replace & adjust 2 control modules, it was a very complex issue. I learned they have a tech support team at Ford Corporation to assist with super complex problems and they assisted as well. The truck was at the dealership for a total of 5 days as they were working through the problem. After day 2 because it was a complex problem Anthony offered me a loaner car which was also very nice of him but I didn’t need it because I have several cars at home.Throughout the process they were in constant communication with me to tell me what was going on in detail, where the parts were, they used Fed Ex to speed up delivery so I didn’t have to wait longer and I was very comfortable throughout the process because I knew exactly what was going on. Once the problem was solved when I went to pick up the truck I asked to speak to the tech Keith and he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He came out to greet me, shook my hand, and took the time to explain all that he had done to determine and fix the problem. They did such and incredible job. I was super impressed and very thankful. So thankful, I gave Keith the tech a small gift to show my appreciation.The people that need recognition are:Anthony, Service Manager, what an awesome leader, proactively wanted to make sure he and his team were doing all that they could from me.Keith, Technician, can’t say enough, Keith is the man, never gave up, found and fixed a super complex problem. Cars & Trucks today are 50% computer controlled, maybe more. He is an expert and he knows what he is doing !!Rich, John and Arnie, 3 service advisors who called me regularly to keep me informed. Always pleasant and helpful, all 3 are great guys.So, in the event you are in the market for a Ford or just need service I highly recommend this team. As you just read, my experiences have been spot on every time and when it got complex they got it done.In closing, I was NOT compensated for this review. Our sales associate Logan was extremely helpful and not pushy, especially since we were looking at 2 different vehicles. I brought my car in for a check engine light. It took almost an entire day just for them to get back to me. When they called they told me it was $700.00 for a repair. Upon researching the claimed issue they wanted to charge me $700.00 for an unnecessary repair. I declined service at that time to which they advised they would let me know once my car was ready... that was almost another full day. Then when I got the car back I had different mirrors on the car! The only reason I even noticed is that my previous mirrors did not have blind spot built in and these did! NO ONE at the dealership advised of an issue with my mirrors.Side note: upon getting the car back for the $139.00 diagnostics fee and the $33.00 part for a total of $172.00 my car has been working perfectly no additional engine light issues. Luckily we have an honest dealership that provided is with accurate assessment of the REAL issue. It took my husband 30 min to replace the part in question...Needless to say I will not be going back for service or future repairs.

The manager of the quick lane is very knowledgeable about anything automotive related. He answered all my questions politely and accurately. Compared to other places I have purchased tires, Stevens ford was absolutely the best.
Recently leased a Ford Escape and Bobby was my salesman. Right away he made us feel comfortable about the process and treated us like family. He never pushed me into anything just to make a sale. The experience was great! I’m never going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle again. I’m loving the car, but the experience that Bobby made for me. Made me never want to give any other dealership but theirs business. And the best part was he went out of his way with his own money and bought my son three toy sets just for hanging with us that day and being good. What salesman would ever do that ? My experience with Joshua in finances was like sitting down with a friend, he as well is not your typical business guy that just cares about money. He did his job but talked with us like he’s known us forever. These guys are great! They actually care about people. Highly recommend this dealership, never going anywhere else.
After being turned off by poor adherence to COVID practices by other dealerships, we appreciated Stevens ability to follow their own guidelines and best practices. Important. Whatever you do there do not buy their warranty the people they sell the warranty for they do not honor their warranty stay away from their warranty. It’s not your Ford warranty is the extra warranty you sold me for $6000 that cover interior and everything else

Had my Explorer in for a Recall on Saturday. Made appointment online and arrived and met John in service who was polite and friendly. He quickly got the car in and Sean called a few hours later. The service department was extremely clean and organized. My whole experience was excellent.
As an owner of a 2018 GT350 I am very nit picky with my car and I have problems letting people work on it and worry about the care as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. HOWEVER when it came to a concern about my car Paul Harris (Service Advisor), at Stevens Ford, really stepped up to the plate. He dealt with at least 10 phone calls from me over a weeks period and was extremely thorough when checking over my car and making sure it was well taken care of. He even went as far as to make sure my car sat inside the shop over night into the following day when I could pick it up as to ensure it wouldn’t get dirty from sitting outside or having the possibility of someone driving it. Every time I showed up he was helping me within minutes of my arrival. If it was up to me I’d be giving this man a raise. Overall best experience I’ve had at a Ford so far. I look forward to continue working with Paul Harris in the future.-Harrison

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Short version - they are unprofessional, unkowldgable, and caused more damage to my car than they fixed. Due to Steven Ford Lincolns carlessness and lack of knowlodge I now had to spend $600 on a problem that could have been avoided.I originally brought my car to their service station for a simple oil change. I was assured they would perform an inspection of the vehicles and perform a complimentary tire rotation. Upon paying they told me everything looked good and there were no concerns. I returned to get my card detailed a few weeks later. This was a nightmare. I took time off of work to get my car detailed and paid over $200. When I received the car back it looked like I had just gotten a $10 car wash and there were additional scratches that were not there before and the rear driver door panel was broken. I called to complain and was told by the service manager it is not his problem and I had to call the company they sub the work to directly. I did this and went days without hearing back from the guy. I called Steve Ford back and told them I simply wanted a refund. Thankfully I reached a women who was a manager and she straighted things out for me.When I was driving this weekend (less than a month from getting the oil change) I began to hear grinding from my brakes. I immediately took it to the service station this morning and was told that I need new brakes, roters, and calibers because they were so worn out. They also stated whoever performed the tire rotation stripped most of the lug nuts and and I needed them all to be replaced since it makes it nearly impossible to get the tire off. Due to Steven Ford Lincolns carlessness and lack of knowlodge I now had to spend $600 on a problem that could have been avoided if they had told me then the pads looked warn and needed changing.
We worked directly with Annette during the COVID crisis and she was extremely efficient and diligent in helping to secure our vehicle and complete our transaction. She went above and beyond to make sure we received our new car, despite the nation wide mandated closures and challenges. Thank you Annette!

My car repair is taking longer than expected at the Stevens Collision Center and my 30 day insurance rental expired. Stevens has given me a nice loaner car to use until the repair is complete. Excellent service from this dealer.
I took the car to reset the air bag because the air bag was changed at dealership in Stanford and I told them what happened in Stanford they wanted to change the module my car never been hit and Im the only owner of the car they charge me for nothing they said is extra to look into the problem they should it told me what was wrong then and there to see if I want it to fix it

I received a quick reply from the Internet Sales Manager a fantastic price that was before factory rebates.I went in and was met by Joseph, a sale person at the dealership. He was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. He really made the entire car-buying experience stress and drama free. There were no hidden fees or tense moments to speak with a manager....everything was amazingly smooth. It was great!The day I came in to pick up the car, Joseph spent a good 45 minutes going over all the features of the vehicle and made sure any questions I had were answered. He introduced me to the Service Department and set up my first (FREE) maintenance. Hes a fantastic person to deal with.Would I recommend Stevens Ford / Lincoln? ABSOLUTELY! I come to Stevens Ford Express Lane for all my oil changes. Raul the service advisor/manager is great. Very personable, professional and does a great job managing expectations and keeping me informed about the status of my service. Sometimes they are very busy. It is first come first serve but Raul will be honest and accurate about how much time it will take for the service to be performed. If it is too busy, I just come by another time when it is not as busy. It is very convenient.
