Michael welcomed me into the shop promptly at 7:15am upon opening. He said they’d diagnose the problem and call me shortly with the problem. He did exactly as promised. Explained in detail what the issue was, which part of the problem he could help with and wrote down what I should say to the specialist for my classic car for further repairs. When I picked up the car, he answered all of my questions throughly and only charged me minimally for the part of the repairs he could complete but not for a penny for the diagnosis to share with a specialist for my car. Michael has earned a loyal customer for this shop. Very grateful.

The store manager Dan is friendly, helpful and has advised me well on my numerous visits. I’ve had small jobs (brake light replacement, emissions), full brake pad and rotors repairs and tires done to my satisfaction. The work done by the mechanics has not disappointed.

As this is my 2nd time there, it’s always been clean, decorated with beautiful murals of Milford;,which is a bonus when you’re waiting.Dan, Owner/Mgr is always friendly, respectful, & helpful.But the ‘keeper” is that he refused to perform addl services to my car as recently recommended by a Dealer.Dan even showed me proof on the computer showing the maintenance for my car’s warranty was not needed until long into the future.You don’t often receive this kind of honesty in the car industry & it was much appreciated by me. I will continue to back & tell others!!

I originally went to my Hyundai dealership for an oil change and they tried charging me $250 to change my air filter. I went here and Dan said the filter didn’t need to be changed at all, and it wouldn’t cost near as much to change it. Very nice guy and cheap prices. I will definitely continue to go here

I needed an emissions test done. I called, the gentleman answered and was very courteous. I got there at 4:54pm (they stop testing at 5:00pm). He was such a pleasant person!! He seemed like someone that actually enjoyed his job. His attitude totally made me feel like I would definitely return for other services in the future.

I had the emission inspection done . It was done and I did not have to wait long. They were very nice and professional.

7 bay garage, but you cant pull in and get a simple oil change???seems like everytime i tried to get something done here, always turned away until next week, when there isnt even any cars being worked on in any of the empty bays in my opinion anyone should be able to stop in for a simple oul change, that takes any good mechanic 10mins, i can just imagine if my car needed something fixed and i pulled into their shop...and id be told to sleep in the parking lot until they pulled the one car out and pulled mine in? Question is, why have 7 bays and only use 1? Its 2021 get a few good mechanics and take on some work!!!!

I needed some work done on my car. I called on Friday evening and Dan fit me in the very next day, which was super convenient for me. He helped me out. The service was quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. The people, Dan in particular, were very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They are not trying to rip you off at all. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

I had to give Dan 5 stars for baiting and switching, lying, and getting very aggressive over the phone demanding I pay for storage from an unrecorded line.It all started when I called to get a price for the exhaust system on my 1977 Thunderbird. I told Dan what I wanted and he said, “500, 600 bucks.” I dropped my off and awhile later Dan called me with a price of 950 dollars, that’s 37% higher. “What happened to 500, 600 bucks?”, I asked. Dan replied, “that was just an estimate.” I asked for the break down of the parts and labor. The labor was 377 dollars, Mufflers 115 dollars x 2, tail pipes 124 dollars x 2, and exhaust hangers 10 dollars x 4. When I dropped the car off I told Dan I wanted Thrush Turbo Mufflers something like that, nothing expensive and he said, “ok”. I questioned Dan about the mufflers and was told, “I don’t sell cheap mufflers”. Dan spoke very quickly and tried to rush through the estimate. I had to ask Dan 3 times to slow down. Each time Dan repeated himself he became more frustrated and aggressive. The price magically came down to 742 dollars with tax after that. I asked for my military discount of 10% and Dan said, “l gave you all the discounts I can”. I tried to explain to Dan that I only budgeted 600 dollars because of his estimate, but I could come up with another 100 dollars if he would give me my military discount. Dan continually talked over me and got louder and more aggressive. Dan finally said, “if you want to pay 500, 600 bucks go down the street to American Muffler! You’ll be back there in two days when it falls off! I guarantee my work!” I called Mieneke customer complaint line and they were no help. Four days of calling and the end result was, that location is a franchise and can do whatever it wants.On Wednesday around 3 o’clock Dan called me yelling and screaming demanding I pick up my car and pay for storage. I said no and he held my car ransom until Mieneke corporate explained to him what I tried to while he was yelling and screaming at me before he hung up. I never signed anything and he knew he couldn’t legal charge me so he tried to use intimidation to get me to pay. I went to pick up my keys he made me wait for my keys and then threw them at the counter. When I got in my car the brake pedal was very spongy. It was perfect when I dropped it off. When I got down the street I checked the brake fluid and it was low! 5 stars for the most dishonest shop in town.

I stopped in on a Friday & was told that’ll take 30 minutes to complete my emissions test. So I sat down to handle some personal business. Approximately 10 minutes later my car was finished!!

Great service all around. They took excellent care of me at all points! I was able to make an appointment with very little notice. Dan was amazing and explained exactly what my car needed both now and what it could need in the not so distant future. He even told me what to look out for. With all of that, I was about to leave as a pretty happy camper and then I got the price. Dan had applied every discount he could do the $2000+ bill that I was expecting was actually closer to $1500. I’m very happy with the service I was given today!

Great place for a good price. We were heading to MA from New Jersey when our timing belt suddenly broke and we pulled in. They were fast, kept us updated on the status of the repair constantly, and charged a reasonable price. The guy at the front desk was friendly and personable. Would recommend!

Years ago they made a mistake in not replacing an engine part with an oem replacement. I understand mistakes happen but what impressed me was they made good on it and were very professional and ever since then the service has been 2nd to none. They melted the cv axle boots on my truck using a torch to heat rusted tie rods, and denied causing the damage. I replaced tie rods, as per their work order, noticed grease leaking from boots, called them and was told it wasn’t them. How could I melt the boots using wrenches????Meineke wrote tie rods are frozen and need to be replaced. What kind of muffler shop writes bolt/nuts frozen with out trying to heat with a torch!!!!

Worst worst service I’ve ever experienced. The parts they provide are too expensive and they don’t budge on price. If you are looking for an affordable and friendly service experience, this is not the place.

Went there with my wife and her 2017 jeep grand Cherokee for oil change pick up car drove it half way across devon bridge engine lost power turned around went back told manager what happened he you must of drove it in like that he checked it out turns out he had a new kid do the oil change and forgot to tighten the oil filter which is on top of the engine then every thing was good but I will not bring my cars there for an oil change only emission testing that it .

I asked them to check my transmission as it’s leaking fluid. He told he is have to take it to the dealership since it was as a part he couldn’t get. So I asked him if he at least put fluid in since it’s so low, he said he couldn’t because the cap was too tight! Really?! I will never come back here !

Went for an estimate. They were very kind in offering a no cost estimate and gave me full details/description of the problem. Price was higher than expected and the estimate took 1 hr, but overall I was happy with their service.

Every time I go to Meineke I know I am in good hands. They are very all professional and very thorough in every visit (from Dan to the mechanics) . Dan is an great guy who takes care of everyone with car issues. He is up front with the problems and the prices (that are a good value). He lets you know the important issues and he lets you decide what you would like to have done. i cant say enough good things. I trust them and always bring my car to them with issues.

Thankfully it was a smooth transaction the gentleman that helped me was very polite being that I had my earbuds in and was busy listening to music he politely came up and tapped on the shoulder to give me the rundown on what my car needed because of his Demeanor I promptly signed in for whatever he suggested, which entailed new a/c filler and a entire front end suspension and alignment.He’s a keeper! Bait and Switch! The advised price of a basic oil change is 17.95 on the Meineke web site.When I arrived, I was offered a 34.95 “synthetic blend” oil and when I asked for the 17.95 deal, was told, “that’s not offered at this location”.
