LOVE Franks Appliance Service! We unexpectedly had to replace our previous refrigerator (which was NOT from Franks and was still under warranty) back in December 2020. We were told that it was going to be over a month before it could be fixed, and they couldnt guarantee that they would have the parts needed for the repair. We even looked into having it fixed through a third party, but the costs to repair it would be half of a new one, with no guarantee that it would work long term. After several discussions with my husband, we decided it wasnt worth the headache to stay with the brand we had (this was our 5th refrigerator replacement from them in less than 5 years). We had heard a lot of positive things about Franks Appliance Service, and decided to give them a call. This was, hands down, one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. Stephan Saraidarian was knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and then some. We purchased our Bosch refrigerator, sight unseen, and it was delivered two days later. It fit in our space perfectly, like it was always meant to be there. We have had our refrigerator for over 7 months now, and are so pleased with this purchase. We would definitely recommend Franks Appliance Service to others and will be using them for any future appliance purchases we may need.

We have purchased several appliances from Franks over the years, so when we decided to renovate our kitchen, we knew where to go for our new appliances. Stephan provided information on the different appliances we were looking at. The information he provided helped us to make an informed decision on what to buy. Franks has been our go to place for appliance service for many years, and for new appliances in the past 5 years. Recently our upright freezer started to fail so I called Franks first. I got Chris on the line and he had us fixed up with exactly what was needed in no time. We actually got very lucky and Chris had a new freezer delivered and operational within 4 hours of my initial call. Wow.

I am so happy with the service at Franks! The sales person Chris was very helpful and friendly, the price of my new fridge was less than I expected (how often does that happen?), and the delivery guys were great! A much better experience than dealing with a big box store!

Ok, My fridge broke I have insurance, it was fixed two times by them, I was waiting for it to be fixed the third time for 3weeks and I do understand that insurance send the parts but insurance tracked down the parts ad they were sent 2weeks ago according to insurance, I called to understand the reason of the delay I was frustrated, and that showed in my tune, but there front desk lady responded that I should be patient and she is more patient than me !!Then the owner left me a voicemail telling me if I kept yelling he will not provide the service and I called him explaining that I am frustrated and not pleased he said he will not fix my fridge and hung up on me .

We went to Franks to purchase a new washer/dryer. Store manager made it very easy and swift. we knew what we wanted and he pointed out perks. We expected to be there a long time-like buying a car but we were done in no time

Franks Appliance in Milford is still tops for me. This is our second appliance purchased this year from Franks, Forget the big box stores. Franks Appliance delivers better value and service. Stephan ( Store Manager) is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. My electric range failed just before Thanksgiving. Appliance supply is low due to Covid. We communicated with Franks on the phone and by email to determine the best replacement product. Stephans recommendations were excellent and the range will be delivered on Friday. My wife and I are happy campers

Purchased the Electrolux washer and dryer from Franks. Looked at several big box retailers and other local appliances stores, but Franks by far was the most knowledgeable and straight forward regarding the appliance performance and price. Worked with Stephan who was awesome and courteous. The fact they service what they install with technicians they train in the event something happens provides additional piece of mind.

We recently renovated our kitchen. When the process first started, I went to a local appliance store, that I had used for years, to order new appliances. Four weeks after placing my order, I received a call telling me my appliances were on back order with no scheduled delivery date. That’s when I turned to Frank’s Appliance! Corey, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and very professional. I placed an order for 4 appliances. The process was seamless. The appliances were actually delivered early. There was a manufacturing problem with one appliance. Stephan at Frank’s went above and beyond to solve the issue. I will never buy another appliance from anyone other than Frank’s. Tremendous attention to detail and customer service!

I purchased all my appliances at Franks as part of a new house built back in 2003. They helped me select everything, gave me a good deal and installed everything perfectly.Last week, after 17 years, my refrigerator stopped working. I came back to Franks to purchase a new one. Due to manufacturing delays caused by Covid, the exact model I was looking for was not available, but Stephan did a great job of helping me find a suitable replacement. He gave me a good deal, told me about additional rebate, and even squeezed in my installation date to help me out. On the day of the install, 3 technicians came out, 30 minutes a head of schedule and did a great job of removing the old frige and installing the new one. They even put down plastic mats to prevent any damage to the hardwood floor.I highly recommend Franks to anyone looking to purchase appliances. They offer competitive prices and great service. I bought a new house and needed all new appliances. My builder recommended Franks. Stephan was very polite, helpful and attentive. I chose all appliances and checked the price for each of them online, trying to find better prices. But Franks had the best prices for everything. Also, I hade some troubles with the rebates company, and Stephan helped me resolve this issue with them. Im glad that I chose Franks and will work with them in the future.

Working with Stephan (the store manager) at Frank’s Appliance in Milford was a pleasure! I contacted him with what I was looking for and what my budget was, and he quoted on what I liked, and also made a few suggestions and explained why he thinks those products are a better fit for my needs. I agreed with his suggestions, and was happy with the new (barely higher) quote. He was able to provide me with in-stock quality products that not only look great together, but are within my budget, and will be delivered within a few days! Many locals shop at Franks Appliance. Today was my first time there to buy a dishwasher. The sales rep Corey was super helpful. I looked at other appliances too while there. Franks sells a lot of super high end appliances for upscale home owners. Along with more affordable appliances. I bought a new dishwasher from Franks that was on a 60 day back order at Lowes or Home Depot. And it was on sale. Franks is just a great Appliance store. Ill get the dishwasher tomorrow.

I highly recommend Franks Appliance. Franks is a family owned business and they go the extra mile. I have bought appliances at Franks in the past. Even their delivery people have that family owned attentive feel. Most recently I bought appliances for the kitchens in a two family historic property. The store manager was on top of it all the way, pointing out issues in the layout of the historic home that impacted my selection. Yes, we have good local chain stores and there is nothing wrong with their appliance departments, but why settle for shopping chain stores when personalized expert service is available?

Terrible business. Would not even send me an email for estimate of services that she was quite happy to walk me thru the phone on. Stay away from this business. No customer centricity. Read owners response. I had a broken dishwasher and needed all appliances checked after a lightning strike. I asked for an estimate not an invoice. I was told first appliance is x and second and third and fourth is Y. Any business would want to write up an estimate. All this bunkus about insurance fraud holds no water. Happy to provide them my adjustors number if they want to call him or her up. If a business cannot put a proposal in writing its not worth doing business with. It was not even the negative response it was the curt response to multiple requests to send me an email with their proposed charges. I cant hire them if I cannot provide an estimate for approval.

Franks is a store that hasnt forgotten about the importance of great customer service. Our sales experience with Stephan was consultative and very low pressure. The delivery was a total white glove experience provided by TJ and Matt. When we found that we had forgotten to order a pedestal for our washing machine, Stephan rushed one over to our home so the installation could be completed the same day. Franks certainly has our loyalty after that experience for sure!

I recently went through the process of getting a freezer on order from Franks Appliance. The staff was quick to reply to questions and answered concisely. When we ordered they contacted me before charging my card to be sure I understood the item would be back ordered and gave me an idea of when it would come in. Ill update this review once the freezer comes in and Im able to pick it up.Update: Freezer pickup was easy. Franks called the day it was available and were available to load it into the back of my wifes SUV. Great experience all around, especially given the limited stock and delays from manufacturers. Franks is recommended.

I needed a new dishwasher and wanted to support a local small business so I ordered one online from Franks. Stephan (the manager) got in touch with me within hours to follow up on my order, share his professional expertise, arrange for delivery and also referred me to plumbers he could recommend to do the installation. This transaction was SO simple, seamless, pleasant and efficient !!! What a refreshing change from shopping at the big chain stores. Weve been a customer of Franks Appliance Service for 6 years; they provided all the appliances to our house and weve used them since. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to resolve it. Its easy to sell a product, but not enough companies stand by what they sell. This is why we will continue to use Franks and continue to recommend them.

Our washer died and Frank’s was recommended by a neighbor; new to the area so we weren’t sure where to go. We stated what we wanted, and what we didn’t want; we appreciated only being brought to models that matched. No pressure and given pro’s/cons of all models we looked at. We spent a little time thinking about it, after shown the different options, still no pressure. We picked the ones we wanted and delivery was quick; they did an excellent install & cleaned up after themselves. We were so happy with our purchase and the install, we are now in the process of getting a fridge from Frank’s & expect to get all of our appliances from them, in the future.

Worked with Stephan for a suite of new appliances for our new home. Delivery for our range was tough - it was a tight stairwell. Delivery crew was great, and purchase experience was excellent. Would much rather patron a local place than a big box store, particularly with the personalized level of service you get. 100% would recommend.

Charged for service visit plus over $300 for a new circuit board for dishwasher. The dishwasher was still not working correctly. Came back a second time, ran analysis, said everything was fine and its still not working correctly. We run a load and half the items get cleaned but they tell us nothing is wrong! I never saw them physically remove the dishwasher to check anything. I will not be calling them again.

Refrigerator died a week ago. Bought a refrigerator on Sunday that was delivered Wednesday but the installers refused to even take it off the truck after doing some quick measurements, said it wouldnt fit. I re-measured then went out to a different store and bought another refrigerator that same day. That one was delivered Friday morning but the installers (different ones from Wednesday) refused to take that one off the truck and said it wouldnt fit either.Am I going crazy or is it just that I dont know how to measure? That is when I went to Franks Appliance, should have gone there first. Best experience ever! I met with the manager, he showed me a refrigerator that I told him wouldnt fit because it was the same size as the other two. I explained my entire ordeal, he got in his car came to my house measured and we went back to the shop. I bought the same size refrigerator (as the other two) but better-quality. Oh, I bought a matching dishwasher while I was there too. Less than 4 hours later, Franks Calvary showed up.....two trucks parked out front and four extremely professional and hard-working delivery men showed up at my doorstep to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one...... It fits perfect.I could not be happier with the sales, delivery and service of Franks Appliance. What an AWESOME team! These guys are great. I will never buy an appliance from a department store again. Franks Appliance has gained a customer for life. You should also check them out.

Over the years I have had nothing but EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES, both sales and service, With Franks Appliance Milford, MA. If I needed service they came and had the appliance returned to function within 1 day if usual part to die or 3 days if UPS shipment involved. I gave up on big box as they all farm service out to Mr. Appliance, and I went 3 weeks w/o final repair one time. Franks Appliance is the way to go! The first was when they found a difficult-to-find substitute replacement part for a part that went on my dishwasher and was no longer made, and the second was when my dryer went, they Stephan (the manager) gave us a recommendation but gave us other option to look at so that we could make the right choice to buy a new dryer. Theyve even resolved a unique issue I had where due to the year my house was built, todays dishwashers are different size wise but Franks owner (Frank) researched the needed item himself and then personally came out and installed it without having to do any structural reconstruction. I had done enough research on induction ranges to have an idea of what I wanted. Stephan, at Franks, was able to offer exceptional advice. He responded to my calls and emails even during off hours. His recommendations matched my research. However, he had first hand experience with the two manufacturers I was considering that I would not have known otherwise. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Franks Appliance customer rating speaks for itself. Our LG refrigerator conked out on us and Franks sent out a very skilled technician named Bill. He was polite, courteous, and took time to explain what he was doing and what was needed to be done. He helped us realize that the refrigerator was most likely under warranty and worked with us to straighten things out and come up with a game plan to get the fridge up and working. We will be using Franks moving forward and will request Bill if he is available but I suspect everyone who works there is a rock star skill wise and with customer service. Nice Job!

This is why we dont go to the Big Box Stores..About four months ago we purchased a stand alone freezer from Franks Appliance. A few weeks back my wife discovered that the items on the top shelves were thawing out. For them to be thawing out we knew that it must have been off for a couple of days. We called Franks Appliance and they said that they were swamped but someone would be out the next morning. We explained that it must have been broken for a few days and because of their great service is why we purchase from them.. They said they would see what they could do. In less than a half hour, they called back and said that someone would be there in an hour. They arrived; quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan. If we had purchased one from Lowes we would probably still on hold with customer service.

We always get our appliances serviced by Franks, and its always top notch in every way. The repairmen are very polite and thorough. Our washing machine (LG) recently broke again. Franks was able to diagnose it over the phone, explaining it would be quite expensive to repair. They suggested we get an Electrolux. Stephan helped us with the whole process. Its great. The delivery guys were very nice as well. I highly recommend Franks.

Wonderful staff and experience

I have been going to Franks appliance for over 5 years. I have always been happy with their sales dept. and service, but this time was the best! My fridge was not cold anymore, I had just gone shopping and spent $150 groceries, I had to put them in my daughters fridge! That happened Sunday night, I called and left Franks a message (830pm Sunday) that I wanted someone to come out tomorrow if possible to fix it. I got a call the next morning at 830am and they were there by 12 (Monday)! Unfortunately my fridge was done. Stephan called and told me he had one that he thinks that would work $3,599 MSRP and after sale and $150 Rebate...it was 2150! I ordered it and he had it there next day (Tuesday)! I trusted his judgement and bought it without even seeing it, literally it is the best fridge I have ever bought ( I have had three in my lifetime) . Franks is wonderful and trustworthy....highly recommend!sue

Great customer service....again! I went to Franks this afternoon with a broken top rack from my dishwasher. As soon as Stefan saw it, he told me they had the part and went to get it. He then said that he wasnt busy at the moment and offered to put the new piece on. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! All I had to do was put the rack back in the dishwasher!
