Clarke Customer Care came out to fix a recall with my Cove Dishwasher. However, in the process of the repair they broke something else. Two additional technician visits have yet to resolve the issue. I am now in an endless waiting game for parts that are never available. Every time I call the service hotline its a 15 mins wait to speak with a representative. I have now been 2.5 months without a dishwasher thanks to their inadequetly trained technicians.
We have a nice 20+ year old natural gas Wolf Oven that we came with our house which we bought. We started smelling gas (only when using the oven), so called around. Clarke gave us an appointment quickly, and they set up a time, texted us before they arrived, and arrived on time.The technician was obviously comfortable with what he was doing, and diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes.The technician wore a mask (properly) and distanced appropriately.He had the part with him, and replaced it then and there - its been working perfectly since. He was able to answer some questions about the appliance that I had, which was extremely helpful.
Clarke came over to perform warranty work on our Asko dishwasher. Repairman was on-time, very friendly, clean and also adjusted our door to work properly that a competitor (where we bought the unit) couldn’t repair after two visits. Highly recommend.
Clarke Customer Care has helped us with our Sub-Zero fridge on two occasions lately, and we are extremely happy with their service both times! The office staff were always courteous, especially when I called in a panic (old water filter started leaking and water dripping onto floor). They expedited service visit when I called again (also directed me to shut off water supply to fridge from basement, stopping the leak immediately).Finally, yesterday technician CARL came to our home and replaced filter and receiver apparatus. He was able to communicate with Sub Zero directly, who covered replacement cost entirely. We are extremely happy with CARL and CCC, and recommend them highly.
Clark customer care came to our home yesterday and the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He called ahead and kept us updated on his arrival time and was very thorough on the repair. Thank you Desmond for taking what has usually been a difficult experience with other companies and making it a great experience.
I must say I am pretty disappointed with Clarke Customer Care-I was scheduled for someone to come out today(2-11-19---which was scheduled 7 days ago) to fix my Wolf stoves ignition switch that unfortunately keeps clicking on my gas stove and somehow I did NOT get the automated call from them on Friday-needless to say my 2-4 hour window of opportunity came and went since I was NOT home to meet the service technician this morning at 8:30am. So NOW I have to wait ANOTHER 10 days BEFORE they can schedule someone to come out because they are all booked up...This to me is not very good customer service perhaps I should have bought lower end appliances at least I would have had someone out to repair it a lot quicker-If you have schedule out this far for repairs then perhaps you should add more service technicians to your team!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

I called Clarke because the display panel on my oven wouldn’t go on. They said I needed to schedule a technician to come to my home. The first thing the technician asked when he came in was if I tried turning off the breaker and then turning it back on. That fixed it. Why couldn’t they suggest I try that before scheduling the technician? It would have saved me $135! If you ever have a problem like this make sure to try turning off the power before you call anyone!

My positive feelings for the company evaporated when they called to tell me they would have to reschedule the pre-holiday service call for our 3 appliances that we made a month ago so Clarke can accommodate an emergency for a customer in our area. Had scheduled time off of work to be home for the appt. How is it possible that they are unable to handle a previously scheduled appointment and an emergency call in one day? The discount they are giving us on our rescheduled appt. does not begin to make up for the inconvenience.
