Rental places are rental places. This was like a personal experience like I would never go to Eterprise Rent a Car again

Super helpful staff. They helped us save money and put us in a nicer car. They took good precautions for COVID-19. Would definitely recommend.

I have worked in the rental car industry for a few years. I learned all of the policies and the majority of the rental car companies arent that bad. I also rent a car now for a week at a time every other week for work. I have used all of the companies out there and I can not suggest to use this one to anybody. They really dont care about customer service or loyalty. If you are wanting to have the best experience with customer service then you need to rent from Enterprise. I have spent spent around $500 a month with Avis/Budget renting cars for my new job and even when they are not busy and have 3 employees just sitting in the front office with no customers, they say that they cant give a person a ride home less than a half mile away. Enterprise has picked me up and given me a ride home even if it was 10 times further at 5 miles away. Avis Budget will also charge you for an hour late fee at the 30 min marker. Another issue is mainly just this particular location issue. At Avis Budget in Midwest City I have picked up 3 different cars that were never completely cleaned. Sometimes it has some trash in the back or in between the seats. Other times the car is filthy on the outside. I will not be using Avis Budget moving forward and I dont suggest anyone reading this either. You can do better.

Staff are usually nice. Weve only had one incidence that a staff person was snippy with us. We use this location for 99% of our rentals and they are usually very accommodating. TIP: Be sure to return the car clean and with a full tank of gas to avoid extra charges.

The Avis location on Tinker Diagonal is pretty good. I was not impressed with the Norman location and had to come to the Midwest City location. I rented a Ford 15 passenger transit van and I had zero issues with it. I will be back for my next rental. My only drawback is a somewhat long wait process on Saturday mornings. I know this is probably the busiest day, so I cant knock them too much for that.

I rented a car from Avis last week and had a great experience, the only problem I had was that I noticed a whistle at certain times while I was driving a Nissan Sentra and hit a windy area... and better yet I got a fantastic deal from Avis

Nice folks, but very expensive. Was given a Kia Soul, very scary. Go to Budget Avis in Edmond.

The rental agent is quite a character at this place. When I first picked up the car she was a little harsh about all the charges I could incur, I know it was for my information. When returning the car she was having a bad morning with an irate customer over something not her fault. I felt bad for her, but it took nearly 1/2 hour to turn in the car. All was well and an ok experience.
