Ill update my review to a three star since Enterprise MWC finally did come through, but it was like pulling teeth to get into a vehicle that met my needs for the weekend after having one reserved for over a month. This could have been handled much better and much more fairly than it was handled at first. This simply isnt the Enterprise that Ive known and rented from for years. Id like to think its just this one location and possibly one or two people because Enterprise has always been our go to whenever we needed to rent a vehicle since back in the early 90s when they used to pick us up and take us to our car and drop us off at the end of our time.Weve rented from Enterprise for years. This location said they had our truck ready. We went to pick it up and were told its not there because the person who had it rented wanted to keep it longer. The did offer us a compact car, which would never work with the number of people we were taking camping. When we asked what they could do for us, they said nothing. I spent the rest of the day trying to salvage my trip thanks to the kind hearted folks at Enterprise. Ill walk or ride the bus next time if my only choice is Enterprise in Midwest City.

Wow, wonderful experience with the enterprise in Midwest city, at first the vehicles were all booked and I so happen to go to the enterprise in Midwest city crazy but true I thought I wasnt going to make it on my trip to south beach 🏖️. Came through end up getting a van but the thing about it the first van was not working for me went back trade it out then ended up with a Chrysler voyager wow that van was wonderful except for the back wiper stop working leaving Florida traded it out and receive same model but different color road it like it was mines, Wonderful trip and the rest was history,
Went with my mom in law, theyre so busy and we totally understand it because of the pandemic. But when we took back the car and we need a ride to go home, they send us home for free. Shout out to that lady who worked there last July 21, 2021 thank you for your help.

I rented from your company from Nov 2 2020 thru 6 Jul 2021, about 8 mos. I dont own a car so the weekly rate worked for my budget. Then I was told that rate had to increase because ....anyway I felt like it was not right considering how long I had been renting. The local Midwest City OK was great, but the pressure from Corporate forced them to make the change. I wouldve kept renting but prices are too high.
I rent from Enterprise a few times a year. Ive had good luck with them. I hope in the future they will pick the customer up and drop them off as they used to in the past.
Avoid this place if you can. They will miscommunicate the terms or something to keep your deposit. Two occasions they have twisted the experience to cost me more. Bad form. Update: after talking to Regional manager and explaining my issue, they admitted fault and corrected their error. Thats how you conduct business 👏

This was a very easy and satisfying experience. I got exactly why I needed in a large SUV. It was ready to go when I arrived. When I returned it was a very fast and friendly check in. I plan to rent again here very soon. I strongly recommend this place.
I had reservations to pick up my rental on 6/13, when I arrived at the Midwest City location they had no idea as to why I was there. I gave them my rental information and they were still clueless about my rental. After digging around for about 30 minutes they told me that they tried calling me and when I asked what number they tried calling they gave me some off the wall number that wasn’t even close to mine. They then proceeded to tell me that they could have a car ready in about 30 minutes so we waited. Another gentleman (who was rude) told me that they couldn’t get me that rental until after 3 PM the next day. Thanks for leaving me without transportation because of your lack of competency!
Very friendly and helpful staff, that helped me get into a rental quickly. Easy process to pick up and drop off a car. They also sanitized the vehicle, which I appreciated greatly.
Vehicle was not ready when I arrived.30 minutes late. Vehicle was nice and clean. Very upset that when I placed my reservation that it did not state online that I would have to pay on top of insurance, an extra $300 deposit which was temporarily charged to my card. $300 of my vacation money I saved and could not spend!
We have been renting from the Enterprise located in Midwest City for years & have always had such a great experience with them. They go out of their way to take care of their customers and to get us in the right vehicle we want. Customer service is excellent as well as the employees there.*****5 Star
Have rented many cars from this location and I am always happy with the service. There are not surprise billing issues. Some other rental companies can disguise information to purposefully confuse the customer into paying more or not understanding the contract. This office is straight forward. What you see is what you get. I will say sometimes they are out of the type of vehicle we reserved but they always offer a good accommodation and free upgrade. Last time the representative asked if I wanted something more comfy or something better on gas mileage. That kind of care is something that customer service should strive for. The staff here is on the younger side but are quick and super professional. The woman in the office (who I assume is the manager) always greets customers and is very professional as well. We will continue to use this location for our rental needs!

Thank you, Rishi and Logan, for all the help and awesome customer service!! I was sent to Enterprise in Midwest City after my new vehicle was serviced due to a back ordered part for several weeks. The vehicle they had at the time was not comparable to my new vehicle. Rishi promised that he would contact me the next day once they could locate a vehicle that they could provide me. I was prepared to not hear back from him. This was from experiences I have had at other car rental services. When I received a text, the next morning asking how I was doing and that I was still on the list I was pleasantly surprised. Even more so when just a few hours later I received another text letting me know that my vehicle was ready. This may seem trivial to some but being able to have a replacement vehicle that fits your lifestyle is a blessing. Thank you, Rishi and Logan, for making a bad situation into a wonderful solution!! The entire process was painless and extremely fast. You are both superstars!!

Ive never wanted to say so many bad words in my life. The men at Enterprise Rent-A-Car refused to open the door when I got there exactly at the time I was supposed to their doors were locked and they would not let me in so I did not get that were in the car I will not get to go see my dad before he dies
Good service and professional staff; however, the car smelled like Bigfoot took it on vacation before me. I had to drive with the windows down to make the experience tolerable.
They were able to accommodate to my time of pick up before they opened according to hours on the door. When I discovered my car smelled like cigarette smoke, I called them and they notated on my rental contract so as to not charge me. They worked well with the body shop I had chosen in picking up the car. Made for incredible convenience. The attitude of the employees was impeccable. I would use this place again.

Absolute horrible customer service. Booked a rental was told 2 hours before my trip they couldnt get me anything. Have rented there many times and was offered zero help getting another one brought in or helping me book anywhere else. So much for loyalty and wanting my return business after ten years of business.

Called, they seemed really nice, got me over to reservations. Then we get there to pick up the vehicle and they tried telling us it was 6 times more than what we were quoted ($200 deposit plus $250 for 3 days) and then a few minutes later they came back to say that they out of rentals. Thanks for wasting my time. I will never ever go through enterprise.
This was the most disgusting Enterprise Ive ever been to. I had to switch out the car because the interior smelled like vomit and seats were just awfully disgusting. The next car was just as bad with smoke smell and who knows what-covered up in car freshener. I gave up at that and left with the car. I will never use this place again, Enterprise should be embarrassed to represent themselves with cars line these.

Update: they made it right! Just make sure you inform them if you are in a hurry.Original complaint: Very disappointed in the service at the Midwest City location. I reserved a vehicle for 9am. Called to let them know I was ready for pickup at 8:45am to give them time. I had to call again 30 minutes later, when they notified me someone had left 5 minutes before. Another 30 minutes passed and I had to make another phone call to get someone to actually make the 7 minute drive to pick me up.And now I have to go to the actually rent the car.I guess scheduling a ride means be prepared to wait an hour.Frustrated and now starting my work day late.. their new motto needs to be “Enterprise; we will pick you up LATE”.

This Enterprise branch office in Midwest City. Oklahoma does not answer the phone or return E-mails. The only form of communication is to show up at the office. If you travel far and have a problem you are out of luck. The National office will redirect to call your branch office who does not answer the phone. I will never use Enterprise again.
My rental was not Available at time scheduled and I informed NO AVAILABILITY FOR pick up at confirmed location with confirmed reservation 2weeks prior..this is the worst experience and this has happened before with enterprise reservation..the store called to report availability 30mins before pick up with no compensate or options due to this
Great caring staff. Attentive and very quick to get you out the door, but not in a bad way. Only down side is not being able to offer any kind of transport. I have a good bud whos laid off by Enterprise as they dont do the well pick you up thing anymore. I understand with N1H1-SARS-COV-2, things changed.
I just rented from the S.E.15th Street location, service is very slow, for the amount of Rental-Agents they have clocked in. The rental was dirty-inside & outside. There were sticky substances throughout the vehicle, inside of windshield had a splatter of some sort, seats still had dirt & dry grass. The vehicle only had a 1/4 tank of gas in it, so on top of the rental, the fees, taxes, & the hold of funds on debit account--I still needed to drop more money just to get to point B.All-in-all, this is the very last time I will use Enterprise Rental Car from anywhere in Midwest City!! Thanks 15th St for making this experience horrible!
One of the gentlemen was VERY RUDE and decided he didnt like the fact I didnt want to rent a compact even though my insurance was paying and had a reservation for a premium. RUDE!!!
Every time I have used Enterprise, I have had a good experience. The people at the location off of 15th Street in Midwest City are very nice. I have always been pleased with the car selection. I have never had trouble adding on an extra day if needed, nor any financial disputes. Please take note that there is a $200 security fee that is held until you bring the car back. So if your rental is $100, then $300 will show on your reservation, but the $200 is released to you once you return the car. You dont have to do anything but drop off the keys. This security fee is not a secret. They communicate that clearly when you go to pick your rental up, but sometimes people do not know that ahead of time. So just thought Id share.I will continue to use Enterprise as long as it is an option for me. Thank you for your great customer service.
Weird place - I picked up the car at 5:10pm on a Friday, 50 minutes before closing. The rep told me thats considered day 1. Thats why if I returned on Sunday at 12:00pm (when they first open), its considered 3 days rental. Even if I returned on Monday at 5:10pm, thats also considered 3 days rental. Confusing to say the least. Im just glad that particular rep is not there when I returned the vehicle on Sunday at 12:00pm and a different rep correctly charge me for the rental.As for the vehicle goes, I drove less than half a mile away from the lot and the tires low in air warning came on. It was 8-10 lbs below the recommended pressure by the manufacturer for ALL 4 tires. Im guessing they dont check the tire pressures when they clean the car. I have to wonder if they actually sanitize the car with COVID going around.
They were suppose to meet me at 8 am as I was dropping off my car and at 8:15 am I called them and had not left yet. They arrived close to 8:30 am to 8:45 am, making me late for work. I recieved the rental and everything was great with the car. The day before the rental was due I was diagnosed with covid. I called and I was hung up on twice. I reach out to the insurance side who connected me to a district manager. The district manager assured me someone would pick it up. I left to pick up my car from the body shop contactless. They then called me and asked me why I did not drive the rental. They stated they could have picked it up from the body shop. I told them I had already left with kids in the car and I was not going back. They said they would call the yukon location. 20 minutes before closing and I did not hear anything so I called to figure out what was going on. They did freeze payments and were suppose to pick it up on Sat. They did not. Monday I called and they said they would come get it. They called me while they were on there way. I rushed to get all my stuff out of the car and forgot my garage opener. I called the buisness in yukon and they stated thier was no garage opener. We reset the garage opener and reprogrammed the ones we had but to have dishonest employees and to steal from the customers is more than just low! I lost more than a garage opener I lost trust in this company!Update! Its been a few weeks and I have contacted supported as suggested and still have failed to recieve a response from the district manager or anyone in authority. So much for customer service! If I could lower the rating to 0 I would. I tried to call the number the care team gave me and it just stated to contact the local office which is not helpful since the management team is not responding to me at all.2nd update! I have continued to follow up and continued to ask for updates and still have failed to reach a supervisor or anyone in charge. It has now been over a month! Absolutely the worst customer service.Third update. Still no response even after calling the customer care number. I am going to keep trying to reach someone. This is ridiculous to put customer through this! How do I reach beyond the area manager? Lisa S? How do I get a response from the company in a timely manner?

The first location I stopped at told me You cant just walk in here and rent a car. After making sure I was at a car rental store I inquired as to why I couldnt walk in. He stated that he was to busy to deal with anyone just walking in off the streets. I called all other local stores and they had nothing available until the end of the week. I made an appointment to pick a vehicle up at the end of the week. When i arrived i was informed that the vehicle was no longer available (a little more than 30 minutes early for my appointment). They called another store and found a vehicle that was going to be available at the end of the day. So after missing my 3rd day at work just trying to get a vehicle, I waited until the end of the day, made the 45 minute drive to the other location and was finally able to rent a vehicle. One week later, multiple stores later, and multiple HORRIBLE experiences later. If they werent the ONLY company Geico would direct bill with i would have chosen another company. Bottom line, i will NEVER give them my business if I have a choice. Horrible customer service and horrible scheduling.

I had to use Enterprise because of Geico. They were about 40 minutes late in picking me up because of no cars being available that early, which I can understand happens.However, the employee who picked me up from the auto body shop was wearing a mask but his mask wasnt covering his nose and his mouth properly, which rendered it basically useless. During a pandemic and with the number of COVID cases setting new daily records in Oklahoma almost every day now and with hospitals close to capacity, I felt unsafe.I would not recommend using their service based on the fact that the employees disregard the customers, as well as their own, health and safety. If an employee cannot follow basic health guidelines then I doubt the company is taking steps to properly sanitize the cars.
I gave 4 stars because I usually have a pretty good experience with Enterprise but I recently reserved a luxury vehicle for a week and a half I received no call the day before to confirm reservation so I got nervous and went up there I found out that my reservation for a luxury vehicle in fact they had no luxury vehicle on the lot and they wanted to cancel the reservation. We were able to get it resolved and they put me in a vehicle that surely wasnt luxury but did the job. All in all Enterprise is a great company but needs to improve their reservations with a notice like I gave there should have been no issues.
Never had a problem with Enterprise until this time. It was the worst experience ever. I made a reservation online like always and when I get there to pick up my car, they had no cars. I waited for about an hour because they said they were getting more cars in. The car I received was not cleaned out. The back seats had white stains all in them and it smelled like smoke real bad. Ashes from cigarettes were all in the vents and on dash board. The front tire was low so I had to put air in it as soon as I drove off parking lot. I was supposed to have the car from Friday to Tuesday. I returned the car Saturday at 2:45pm. There was no way I was gonna Drive all the way to Dallas smelling like smoke.
Reserved an intermediate car but got a free upgrade to a Jeep Cherokee!

Reserved a luxury vehicle months before my trip only to arrive at enterprise and be told they did not have anymore. Wish I could have been given a heads up and upgraded to a better vehicle. So after I get the full size they wouldn’t let me use my points on my account because I reserved a luxury vehicle originally.
Devon and her team in Midwest City, Oklahoma has always treated me respectfully and most efficiently. Their service is set up where a person can get in-and-out rather quickly. And the pick up and take home service is very desirable.The only thing I wish better, is that, they have more car selection in the neighborhood offices. I understand the airport has more categories in inventory and I wish some of that would trickle down to the store level in my town.Thank you for the outstanding service Devon!
Lazy! Horrible! Dirty!!! Rude!!!!!I chose Enterprise because I used to work for them awhile back. Fast friendly service with clean cars was our motto.My car was put in a shop due to an accident, so first car okay, however, employees not wearing masks as required by company policy and for customer protection. I did not say anything at this time. About three weeks ago by, location calls and tells me to bring back my vehicle because it was sold. Did not offer to bring me one, of course I understand because of the times.Switched out to a different SUV, but it was a little larger, reps again not wearing mask, and gas tank in empty! Company policy requires tank to be at half full!!!!!!!! I mentioned it the tank and the mask, all he said was sorry for the mask, and at least you don’t have to bring it back with gas🤷🏻♂️One week goes by and another call from the location asking ME to take the vehicle in for an oil change. When I said no, that is time it was brought to my attention I could also exchange again. Oh, and pay for the upgrade they forgot to tell me about!!! I got those charges cleared👍Third SUV, thought my car was going to be done by 08/18, so we took the second vehicle in to exchange it just in case it was not, and of insurance company called and it’s going to take a couple of more days to fix. So we took the second SUV into exchange for another, again Reps not wearing masks, vehicle was filthy. Asked rep about mask policy, all he said was they are supposed to wear them, here is your car and walked off.Now I’m at the Moore location and Zorie is a blessing! She has scrubbed and disinfected this vehicle.Stay away from 15th Street until corporate does some overhauling, or retraining

I always get the vehicle I request. The last few times Ive received vehicle with less then 10k miles on them. Never any hidden fees. Straight forward. I will continue only renting from Enterprise.UPDATE : Since original review Ive had nothing but issues. Showed up two separate times after booking online for them to tell me they dont have a vehicle for me.
The mwc location went above and beyond in customer service. I couldnt have asked to be treated better. From the minute I arrived until the moment I returned they were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this location again!

Ive dealt with alot of locations with some not so friendly people. However I dealt with a worker named Quinton here and he was very respectful and helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Even though he had dealt with an irrate customer just seconds before over something he had no control over. Dude was great. Best customer service I have ever received.

Loved my 2020 chevy impala .. Customer service was very helpful and informative and I really appreciate that this location was following safety guidelines to keep everyone safe . Keep up the Awesome job guys !

Picked up a car yesterday and was helped by Joshua. He was friendly, got us in and out quickly and even offered an upgrade for a couple bucks more. Ive rented from Enterprise several times and always had a great experience.
Don’t answer phone. Also, they reserve you a vehicle and you show up and they don’t have anything. Great job guys lol .
My spouse rented a car for a trip to Nashville. We rented the car for several days. When we returned we realized that we had left our handicap sign in the vehicle. When I realized that the sign was still in the rental car I went to the Midwest City location to retrieve the handicap sign. The agent, I believe his name was Quinton or Quin, that I spoke to was rude and belligerent and told me that the car was already rented out then followed up with Do you see the car on the lot!? When I had simply asked that he ask the cleaners of the vehicle if they had seen the handicap sign. I did not appreciate his tone or his demeanor and if they are not cleaning their vehicles properly during this pandemic I would be very concerned to rent a vehicle from this establishment again. The cleanliness of their vehicles are questionable and the customer service was terrible.
My insurance rented me a carI had never rented a car before so I knew nothing about their policies.I had to keep the car longer than expected so I went by the MWC location to let them know, I was told by the guy at the front desk that if I did not return the car cleaned I would be charged $50.00. I spent $25.00 and an hour of my time cleaning the car. It was cleaner than when i rented it. When I returned the car I informed a different guy at the desk I had cleaned the car. He had no idea what I was talking about until the guy who had originally told me this walked up to the counter. Then he went along with it. He actually went out to see how clean it was. It was so clean that they informed the employee to drop me off and to pick up another customer. When I realized what they had done to me I called my insurance agent at AAA and informed him... I had the guys card but I trashed it before I wrote this review. Enterprise you should be very ashamed if you let your employees do this to customers. I will never do business with Enterprise again. I did not find this a bit funny!!! I would expect the company to look Into the complaint/review because it seems that I was not the only person told to clean the car or I would be charged. Just read the other reviews. I would expect the company to check into the complaint/review as it seems I was not the only one told I would be charged if I did not clean the car.

Received a rental because my auto insurance company contracts with Enterprise. When my credit card statement came in, I had a charge of $280. I called their corporate number and they stated the charges were for the purchase of full coverage insurance for the rental.I verbally declined full coverage insurance. I never purchase insurance from the dealer because I already have insurance. I managed to reach the branch and the person who answered my call happened to be the person who gave me my rental. She stated that I verbally requested full coverage..... which would be like a waiter bringing a vegetarian a steak and the waiter telling the vegetarian that is what they ordered.She said she would speak to her manager and call me back. Never received a call back. Called another time and the individual who answered said the issue would need a manager and that the manager was out, but he would have the manager call me. Never received a call back. I sent an email to corporate and I never received any follow up.I accept my share of responsibility because I initialed the agreement, which did have the full coverage listed. My only defenses are that I trusted the staff and that the charge is very easy to miss in the agreement (see attachment). I skimmed the document, saw at the top right that I had declined supplemental liability protection, and signed. The portion that included the charge was one line in a different column.I know we are supposed to read everything before we sign. I got caught skimming the document and signing. I learned a $280 lesson.
When I got to Enterprise, I was real upset to find out that the minivan I had reserved was given away even though I called a week ahead and that morning to verify my reservation and to ensure they would have it when I arrived after I got off work. But they did upgrade me to a nice 7 seater SUV at no extra cost. We have rented at the Midwest City location many times for many years and they always take good care of us.
My husband rented a car this weekend for our family of 5. It smelled so much of cigerette smoke that it made my 5 year olds asthma go off. It had also not bern cleaned on the inside or in the trunk. My daughter even found a lighter under one of the seats. Very disappointing

Terrible experience. They were supposed to drop a vehicle at the body shop where I was dropping my vehicle off. They told me noon and still weren’t there at 1:00. I got a ride from the body shop over to Enterprise . The guy who supposedly was helping me was extremely rude. I was renting for 10 days but brought their vehicle back next day and rented from Hertz.
I have never had such a bad experience renting a car as I did at this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were 40 minutes late meeting me at the body shop a few miles from their location even though I called them a week before and an hour before they were supposed to meet me. I was told they would be there. The staff was rude on the phone and in person. The rental car was dirty. They put me in a car that was over my insurance limit without discussing it with me and charged me for and overage for the 17 days I had the car. I would not have agreed to this if they had notified me. They also charged me for two days that the body shop was supposed to pay that I discussed with them. I will never use this location again and may not ever use Enterprise anywhere again because of this experience.

Didnt have the vehicle i asked for then switched my cobtract to a mileafe limot knoeing i was going out of state bad service
Car was good but, it was very dirty inside and smelled of cigarettes.
Josh was great. Wonderful and respectful customer service. Lamar was my driver and he was very polite. And drove well.
Gave me a free upgrade when my car wasnt ready.
I posted most of this review on Yelp and my mom got a negative follow up with no resolution. This is really beyond disappointing considering that other clients got a resolution.I would give this location negative stars if it was an option. My family came from Hawaii to visit family that lives locally, and we were planning to take a trip to Florida because we have a 5 & 6 year old. Could you imagine their excitement at seeing Disney World? We called around to 5 places before we confirmed a reservation for the perfect vehicle through Enterprise.On the day and time of the pick up the manager called to say no one had turned a van in yet so he will call at 2:30 PM. Time ticks by and we call him at 2:40 to check on the vehicle. He says we close at 3 and Ive been here since 8:30, and no one is ruining my weekend. My mother tells him we live 5 minutes away and were on the way. HE HANGS UP ON HER AND CLOSES BEFORE WE COULD GET THERE. Thats over 4 grand gone just in airfare, and worse time we will never recover.
A very nice attractive young lady named Devon helped me in a polite, professional, and friendly manner. I always feel good when I leave with my rental. You are treated like a friend and the reservation process is easy. They have saved me money and time. They explain everything and answer questions gladly. The process is quick and easy. I would say if you need a rental you will be very happy doing business here.

This location has a friendly staff and great customer service. Its convenient if you live in MWC. Weve rented vehicles here multiple times and have always been happy with them. Its a smaller lot so get there as early as possible for best selection.
The best location to rent a car! Always great customer service! I rent here fairly regularly when traveling and have never had a bad experience. The few times that I have ever had any issues with the car or the bill it has always been resolved quickly without hesitation. I have even used Enterprises pick up service a couple of times in the past. It was fantastic, and its always nice to know its available!
Would be a 5 star review but the vehicle I was given was so dirty I had to wash it and clean the inside of the windshield.
