One of the best experiences I have had with an insurance company, was respectful of my COVID-19 concerns and scheduled calls to discuss my Renters, Life and car insurance. Then when we got everything locked in they showed me the options I had in terms of discounts! and showed me how I could get the best price for what I had. Hey hey Amanda...You Rock!! Actually, Ive dealt with everyone in this office at one time or another and have always been treated with friendliness and patience. I say patience because insurance is not my forte and these folks break it down to my level of understanding and never seem put out when I ask another question. I had to have my car towed home but I didnt have the phone number so I paid around 125.00 out of pocket . I thought Id never see it again they cut me a check and fully refunded my money mo hassle or waiting . When I call on any issues I have they are very fast at pulling up my info and helping me out while being very friendly I tell them my name and they seem to know who I am very well . I choose them over Equity insurance I use to Use and never could get this type of service . Plus Equity was suppose to find me the best deal with the cheapest rate I didn’t get nothing but car insurance . For the same price I get towing and life insurance and I get my car insurance for the same price I felt my old insurance had robbed me all that time.

This State farm agency has excellent, knowledgeable, and caring workers. My family and I have been doing business with them for many years and we have moved with them to each office along the way. If they are at fault they will admit fault and provide a resolution, and when I am at fault they still take the blame and provide assistance. I am grateful for them and the patience they have.

Brandons office needs to stop selling policies to their already established customers without giving them details about things like trackers in cars. Then, when those things are discovered by the customer and they cancel, they need to cancel the policy instead of waiting weeks and sending me another bill telling me I havent paid. Then, when a payment is made for the other policy we had with them (life insurance), they need to put in the system so I dont get more mail telling me I am late and that I need to pay them again. Horrible business accountability lately. Stay away from him at all costs.
