They’re very easy to work with. Brandi is usually the one to assist me when I have insurance needs. She’s alway nice and helpful and gets the job done as quick as possible.

I’ve been with State Farm for 31 years and with TJ’s office for quite awhile now. Everyone is very professional, quick to respond and will return phone calls. I don’t need a lot of help but when I have they’ve always been prompt. Recently switched out one vehicle to for another during a car purchase and they had it added and the paperwork emailed to me within an hour. Amanda and crew were very courteous and got me what I needed very quickly. In this day and age you can’t put a price on outstanding professionalism and customer service. GOOD JOB!!

Out of my 10 years purchasing insurance, this branch has had the best rates and best customer service that I have experienced. I currently have 3 vehicles insured with them and have never had an issue with filing a claim or unwarranted rate hikes. I am also in the process of working with their banking dept. and getting a mortgage through State Farm. So far the process has been super smooth and easy, and being a first time home buyer, T.J. And his coworkers have all been very helpful throughout the whole thing.Will update later once mortgage process is complete.

TJ and his whole team have taken care of me for the last 10 years (Since I started driving!). My sister is insured with him for her house and car. And my parents have been insured through them for as long as I can remember, they are the ones that got us started with TJ. They truly have amazing customer service and have helped and guided us with any questions we have had every step of the way.

My time is valued so she can get me in and out and not b.s. and theres never an issue with paperwork or miscommunication. Before we found T.J., we insuranced hopped; always looking for a better deal. The other agents and companies always fell short so it was easy to jump around.When we found T.J. Painter, they proved to not only offer a great insurance deal but like I said, no-one can beat their customer service. I have purchased 4 different vehicles and with a 5 minutes phone call on each I drove off the lots.After I purchased my last truck, i received the same great service and Amanda from TJs office called and informed me they also could refy me and save me about $200 a month off my payment and 1 1/2 years off my loan; saving me several thousand dollars in interest!
