Love Tom Stidham State Farm. Have been with them since I was 17. More than 40 years. Love the office staff and location. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with all my insurance needs.

He knows his clients (that is what I call us. Might not be right word but he knows our names). If something comes up helpful to us, he has called to advise what is happening. Absolutely would not recommend. Insured for three months, my plan amount changed 3 times! They removed a discount over me not signing a form that I knew nothing about and charged me $18.71 for it and now refuses to give it back or even let me talk to Tom, myself.Don’t bother calling Statefarm either, because they’ll take the word of a rude, hateful office manager.Way to go Statefarm. Let’s lose a customer and ANY recommendations over $18.71.

I was Tom Stidhams client for 3 years after moving here from Kansas. I never met the man and had never talked to him in those 3 years. Last month they thought I was late on my insurance payment (I had actually paid it on my phone the day it was due). They called me inquiring about the payment. NOW...what I can say is the only time you hear from these people is when they want money. There is no personal touch in this office. After I asked them to transfer my policies to another agent, Tom finally called me....3 days later asking why? Not the kind of agent I want.
