Its my sons car and they just bought it the day before it was impounded because of not having it registered or insured they are living in a motel and their clothes and kids clothes and food card were in the car they wont even let them get those things out of the car,The man that works there said that those things are not essential items and that they have to pay $300 to get them out . The last time I checked, food is a essential!!! And clothing!!! I understand they need to make a living but in my book they have the car to sell and make atleast $400 to $500 off of the car they dont need the things in it anyway so their getting paid. What ever happen to compassion and understandingThe owners should be a shamed of themselves!!! Especially what they add onto the charges everyday you cant pay. They set you up for failureI truly hope this doesnt happen to anyone else!I am filling a complaint to the tax commission and better business bureau and consumer protection agency... I was told by a good source to do that

Awesome response time to come and tow a car parked in front of your own driveway. City said snow removal code, except they didnt come remove any snow or tow the other cars on the street. You wake up in the morning to go to work and no car. Calling the police and they have me call these guys. They towed it an hour ago and now want an additional 75 bucks to let me get it out on top of the nearly 200 fee. Its 1/2/2017 the federal holiday observance day since new years day was a Sun. Awesome service guys. Youre real heroes helping the city save us from parking cars in front of our own houses. Its city code to help the snow plows that dont actually come and plow. Its really just a pretense to have your car towed without warning. Yup no warning no ticket saying hey we didnt actually plow but we were thinking of doing it eventually, so move your vehicle. No such courtesy. So if you go to bed and it snows while you sleep and you wake up to no car, never fear the heroes of valley service towing were there for you

Rescued my truck from a canyon. And allowed me to let it sit in their yard until I could afford to pay. He was able to shoehorn it into an extremely tight spot at my apartment complex with the flatbed, first try even. I was very impressed!

The guy on the phone literally told me I cant help you because then your problem becomes my problem. Isnt the reason to tow cars from private property to send them to an impound lot? What a dick.

They are so stupid they willingly let people come in there and steal cars from right under thier noses. i found this out first hand experience.

I called & they said they dont do towing??? Then what the heck do you do?
