I hate doing this, I dont normally put down negative reviews ever. I was rear-ended on Friday as I was pulling into my work, and my insurance went through Hooked Up Towing to get my car to the collision place. I received the following messages this morning from Hooked up Towing that they were on their way and would arrive between 8:57am and 9:04am, and provided a phone number if I had any problems. A.) They never showed up, and B.) the guy turned his phone off and never replied to my voicemail. I ended up going with a different towing company.The first photo is of the messages I received this morning confirming the times that my car would be picked up. The second photo is the page when you click the link in the text message, which states that the ETA of the tow truck would be 4 minutes. That was this morning, now it is 3:30pm and my broken up car is still stranded.

My name is Robert. I am the owner of two businesses who happened to be broke down on the side of the road for two days without any recourse or resources at the time when this man, Junnie, happened by and offered his services at his expense. He was an answer to a prayer… literally… Very professional with me and my vehicle, and gracious to someone who really needed a break. This is a good man, And through our conversation on the way to my house 15 miles away I found him to be a very prudent and fair businessman. He has my complete respect and gratitude and I recommend him and his services wholeheartedly.

My husband, 1 year old, and I were headed home in the middle of the night when we broke down on the side of the interstate. Jonnie was headed back from his break and came across us on the side of the road. He was understanding and was willing to take us the remainder 40 mins home so that we could get our baby and truck home safely. We couldnt recommend him enough! Thanks, Jonnie!

I was connected to Hooked Up Towing through my insurances road side assistance. They arrived in less than half an hour and made the process so quick and easy! The gentleman that assisted us was great! A stressful situation to be in turned less stressful because of them. Very grateful!

I called to confirm the towing they were very rude and ask me to call someone elses hang up on me when they do you know ka bow to do their job

William helped me out super quick and easy very friendly and great service would highly recommend.

The tech was extremely friendly and helpful and arrived on time and answered any question I had and was very knowledgeable and properly secured the car even though it was only a couple miles away. I wish I knew his name he deserves a raise.

When I had called to confirm service at 10:30pm, they said they had a 2hr ETA, which I said was fine, she said he would call when he was 10 minutes away. Well 2 and a half hours pass, no word. So I called at 1:00am and no answer. I tried calling 10 TIMES!!! And not one was answered. I called my insurance and he saw an hour and a half more for the ETA,. But I never got any notification. By that time it was 2:50am. Writing this review, it is now been a total of 4 hours. Waiting with no update or calls from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible

I used my road side assistance through my insurance and it was assigned to them. The pickup and drop off was fine. The customer service I received when calling to find out cost was eh unprofessional. I asked how they charged their fees as it had been over 2 hours since they had loaded my car and not dropped it off. When I asked how they charged their fees the person on the phone stated “don’t come at me like that your insurance is paying it” all I asked was how they charged. Would not recommend to anyone. If you need a tow you are already not having a good day and then to have to talk to rude people like that just makes it worse!

I live in a cul de sac (pg, it) I was outside when a hooked up tow truck speed through just to turn around and speed out. To the two punk boys driving, thanks for not hitting my daughter who was riding her bike!6/26/20202:30 pm

Our car broke a tie rod as we were getting on I-80 westbound at 1300 E. Our roadside assistance put in an order with Hooked Up Towing service. The driver arrived in less than 30 minutes. Leah had the car hooked up and on the truck in no time. She delivered the car to B & R Tires and had it off the truck in minutes. It was such a relief to have such fast and friendly service during this nerve wracking experience. Thank you from a grateful senior citizen.

Kevin was on-time, very friendly, and helpful. He took care of everything and made the best of our tough situation.

Very professional service and the guy that towed my truck was very polite when I made a joke about how right he had it strapped down all he said was well I didnt want it to go anywhere. Needless to say I would definitely use them again

Too bad there isnt a minus to select from for Hooked Up Towing because of how rude the guy was who answered my mothers inquiry for an ETA. Totally rude! In all of my work experience I have always been told that you never hang up on a customer and that is what this rude person did. He was very sarcastic to my mother and when she asked him his name, he yelled at her ITS CALLED CALL ANOTHER TOW COMPANY and actually hung up on her! Her insurance company had to locate another tow company to do the job right! Kudos to FIRST AID TOWING in Orem. Not only was Armando prompt, but courteous! 5 STARS TO FIRST AID TOWING IN OREM!!!!!

Needed a tow from 1100 s and state was told about 45 minutes out was there be for 30 minutes great and friendly service

They were suppose to come and tow my car at 5:30 today to a tire place, but they never showed. They didnt even call to let me know that they werent coming. Awful.
